Description of Work: I called and asked for an appointment to schedule an estimate for roof repairs and for new siding, and Bill simply replied that that was something that he wasn't interested in doing and that he was too busy. Very unprofessional and didn't even offer any type of solutions. Glad to hear that his business is doing well, but a huge lack of customer service.

Description of Work: We were redoing a house in Arlington House. We had all the gutters and downspouts replaced on a 2100 square foot ranch. The sales person was on time, and told us all our options. He gave us color samples so we could match the downspouts to the color of the siding if we wished. The crew came out and replaced everything, and where done by the middle of the afternoon. when i got there around 4pm, they were completely cleaned up and not a scrap of debris was left in the yard. They did an excellent job. I recently had another contractor give me anestimate for a twenty foot span on my townhouse. He wanted $1000.00 if I paid for it myself. I might have to use this other guy because I live in a townhouse and he is approved by the association. But I just told them about Lake Cook Exteriors, so I hope they will consider using them instead.

Don inspected the work to be done, measured the gutters and downspouts and called with an oral estimate the next day, followed by a written estimate. The work done was excellent. The installer, Michael, worked tirelessly and did an excellent job. He was professional, curteous, and finished the work in record time. He also cleaned up the property so that you would never know he was there had you not seen him working. This company is reliable and a good choice for gutter and downspout replacement. They also offer a senior discount. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
