The estimate was about $3,500 more than the others we received.

He was a really nice guy and he gave me a very thourough report the condition of the roof. He was easy to schedule with and was on time when he came out. His prices were fair and I would consider using him again.

We lost a piece of fascia siding off of our second floor during a late winter storm. We decided that in the spring we would replace all of the 2nd floor fascia siding on the front of our house so that it would look uniform. We had Euclid replace our roof last year. We were satisfied with their work and since they do siding, too, my husband gave them a call. Steve came right out to look at what needed to be done. Within a couple of days, we noticed that the siding had been replaced, but we were not immediately impressed with how it was done. Each piece of siding appeared to have only one nail on the front of the fascia at each edge. Then the weather got warmer and the siding started to buckle. We contacted Steve again and sent him some pictures of the problem. The next day, he had Kraig come out to take a look. Kraig said it didn't look as bad as the pictures but it needed to be redone. Again, within a couple of days the siding was fixed. It looks much better now; you can hardly see the nails and looks like one continuous piece (though it's not). Also, recently one of our 2nd floor downspouts had come apart from the gutter and it was reattached.

We called Euclid to come out and repair leaks on our roof by the chimney and also window area. They came out rather quickly and had to return later the same day with a taller ladder needed to examine the roof. We were told they would mail us an estimate. After not hearing from the company for 2 weeks, we called Euclid. They apologized and said they would send one out in a day or two. Another two weeks have passed and we still have not heard from them. If the job was too small, we would have preferred honesty from the start.

We were very please with the work and the workers. Due to the threat of rain, the job took 3 days instead of 2 but each day the roof was left in a neat and protected state. They improved our attic ventilation. Soffits were blocked by insulation and we were surprised to find out that upstairs we only had 2 soffit vents on each of the house & that the aluminum cladding did not match these vents! They replaced sheathing along the gutter edges because the plywood was only 3/8" thick and was either rotted or fell apart when they cleared the soffits. I would check on the progress from time to time and any issues or questions I had were promptly addressed. Euclid may cost more but they used better materials than our other estimates plus we had 16 sheets of plywood replaced. They are a GAF Master Elite Contractor, too.

The chimney on my house was leaning & had to be partially torn down and rebuilt. The chimney contractor recommended Euclid, & I called for an estimate for both full roof replacement & flashing near the chimney. Steve came over that day & provided both, & both were below prices I had been quoted by another roofer. We decided to just do the flashing, but after the workers arrived to review the job, they found that there was some water damage to the roof planks and repair would be needed. After some debate, we decided to replace the entire roof, but there was a hole left after the chimney repair, and Euclid was able to come out and install a very nice temporary covering. We had a family situation arise and had to change back to just doing the flashing. Steve was extremely understanding about this and helped move forward with this. The workers came out within a week and completed the job in a morning. Cleanup was less than pristine, but overall a very positive experience.

They were very persistent and seemed to want our business. They were very conscientious in their work and did a great job.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND SERVICE OF EUCLID. KRAIG MET WITH ME AND WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE AND ON THE ROOF, EXPLAINING EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY AND POLITELY. WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS HE WAS PATIENT AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE FOR MEETINGS AT MY CONVENIENCE. I WAS ON A VERY TIGHT SCHEDULE AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET MY WORK SCHEDULED VERY QUICKLY. THEY ACTUALLY FINISHED THE WORK IN ONE DAY (HE EXPECTED 1.5-2 DAYS) IN ADVANCE OF A RAIN STORM. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND PLAN TO USE THEM WHEN I NEED MY SIDING AND GUTTERS REPLACED.

THEY TRIED TO PATCH IT UP AND THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. WE EVENTUALLY NEED A NEW ROOF, BUT THIS REPAIR DIDN'T LAST. IT WAS NOT A QUALITY JOB.

THEY FINISHED 3 1/2 DAYS INTO JOB; WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH AND DID EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR. WE WERE PLEASED WITH OVERALL SERVICE. THEY WERE TRULY THE TOP OF THE LINE.

THEY DID IT IN THE TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT. THEY USED A STAPLER INSTEAD OF BY HAND LIKE THE GUY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. THEY PUT ON A DRAIN PIPE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
