The estimate process was very thorough. I received a printed copy of the estimate along with their certificate of liability insurance. I was also informed of the 12 month same as cash program in which I was able to take advantage of. From the sales process to the execution of the project CertaPro has been very professional. The crew worked with such efficiency and attention to detail that I couldn't be happier. I look forward to working with them in the future. After seeing their work, I have resolved never to higher anyone else or pick up a paint brush myself.

I called CertaPro and made an appointment with Goran Mitch. He arrived on time and assessed what needed to be done. He explained the all the steps of the painting/staining procedure. He had a binder filled with references, certificates of insurance and liability. Lukas, the painter, arrived on the scheduled date and began the power washing. He and a crew arrived the next day to paint. By the end of the day, they had painted and stained all areas. Lukas then returned to finish staining and varnishing the front door. Each day they left the work area neat and tidy. I will definitely hire them again.

They did very good work and had a great price. In fact, the price was approximately one quarter of the amount that another painting company offered. The painters did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves.

CertaPro did an excellent job, from the estimate to the completion of the work! The estimate process was convenient and hassle-free. Goran, one of the co-owners, came out promptly at the time we scheduled and provided a very thorough proposal on the spot. The painters were also very polite, professional, timely, and thorough. They kept the work area around my home very tidy and did a great job of cleaning up. The preparation and the painting were top notch and got done in just 3 days from start to finish. There were no surprises, and I am very pleased with the results! I have already recommended them to my friends and will definitely use their services again.

.I obtained at least 5 estimates before deciding on a painter for my home. While this estmate was not the lowest I received, it was BY FAR the most thorough and professional. The estimator sat me down with a fan deck of colors and a notebook full of 5-Star ratings from the past year to browse through while he took measurements in each room. He also took the time to ask what was most important to me, and what would be the worst thing that could happen during the project. He left me with a folder containing his business card, some company info and his insurance certificates. (The most I got from the other estimators was a busiess card with a $ amount on the back). The day after the estimator (Eric Glab) was at my home, I received a detailed e-mail. It outlined what rooms they would paint, what kind of paint they would use, how much paint they would use, and exactly how much it would cost. The estimate was actually a "contract" so that when I decided to use them, I only had to sign, date & return it. I scheduled well in advance of the actual painting, so I had quite a bit of time to choose colors, and also got to choose the dates of the project. They even sent me a fan-deck to look at to help me choose colors.The painters (Fabio & Luis) arrived on time, and before leaving each day, they confirmed what time they would be there the following day. They were very thorough, and very professional, and very, very clean. They were also super about moving things around (furniture, plants, etc) They even went above & beyond by re-patching & painting an area where they had finished painting, and I had hung a towel rod & then changed my mind the next day.I was extremely please with their work & work ethic, and will call them again if I have another paint job.

Eric Glab and team were true professionals. Not only did they send color specialists out to find the right color for my home, they also sent one out for our deck. The team on site was hardworking and quiet. Many days I didn't even realize they were out there. After the work was finished a thorough inspection of the work was done and extra work that was needed was scheduled immediately. Certa Pro stood by their word and finished this project in the given amount of time. I am very pleased with their work and would certainly use and recommend their services.

We received a couple of estimates previously, but it didn't work out. We called CertaPro to come and correct all the mistakes the previous person made. The way they present themselves is very professional. They come out and gave us a written estimate and were really happy the way it turned out.

Obtaining the estimate was easy. They were very low pressure. They called with an estimated start date. They also power washed all of the areas being painted the Friday before. On the estimated start date, the painter did not come as early as we were told, so I wasn't sure whether the painting was going to start that day, but a call to CertaPro quickly resolved the issue. It took 5 days to paint the entire exterior of our home. Painter was friendly, neat and took pride in his work. Overall, we were pleased.

The whole experience was very good. They even suggested meeting with someone prior (whom I did) who could help us choose colors - which made the color selection process much easier. After the job we were contacted two more times to be sure we were happy with the experience. Eric, the co-owner, came back to review the job. That to me, is excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have interior painting done in their home.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE from beginning to end!!!! From initial contact through final inspection, we could not be happier with the job CertaPro did for us. Workers arrived on time, did quality work, were neat, efficient, cleaned up, and were very pleasant and polite. What struck me most was the quality and professionalism of all written, electronic, and face-to-face communications with the owner, production manager, painter, and office support. First Class all the way. We got another estimate from a painter one our friends had recommended. She told us they hired him for all their painting because he's so reasonable. CertaPro's bid was HALF of that one! We have recommended CertaPro to friends and they will be the first ones we call for future painting projects.

I had outside painting done and a master bedroom completed on the inside. The prep work for both jobs was excellent! They arrived on time. They cleaned up well afterwards. I will definitely use them again.

It was smoothly done. After I decided to go with CertaPro Painters Palatine, scheduled the dates with Gorin, the weather was cooperating, it was done in 2 days. During 2 days of work, Favio and Louis showed up on time and finished neatly. Whenever I had question or request, they always responded and worked well with my request.

We just bought a new house and the ceilings and walls needed patching and painting. CertaPro did an excellent job preparing the areas with drop cloths and taping the walls. They kept things very clean as they went along. The workers were friendly, punctual and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves each night. They started on time and ended on time - exactly a week to do several rooms. They also choose great paint that covered well. We already plan to use them for the outside of our home next spring.

CertaPro Painters did a great job re-staining my cedar-sided house along with painting trim. The painter doing the work was professional and his work ethic was excellent. He did a very neat and thorough job. It took one man about a week to complete the job. He arrived every day punctually, he was very careful to protect my landscaping and surrounding area from damage and drips, and he cleaned up after himself every day. He could not have been more polite and willing to do whatever I asked. The single coat of stain he put on my house covered very well and I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. I thought they gave me a fair price for the work, and the quality of the work was truly excellent. I recommended CertaPro Painters to my brother and he had a similar experience two months later, but with a different CertaPro painter doing the work. Another excellent job. I thought their estimator did a great job thoroughly looking my house over and he prepared a thoughtful and accurate quote right on the spot.I would definitely use them again myself and recommend them to others.

Roman and his team did a great job in finishing the painting and repair job before the Memorial Weekend Holiday. We were told that CertaPro doesn't do Saturdays but Roman and his Team came on a Saturday and worked through noon to finish the job. Great job and thank you. Pricing was competitive and the 12 month deferred payment plan made it more attractive.

Eric came out and gave us an estimate to paint our bathroom. On the day of service, the painter arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He used plastic to protect our items in the bathroom and carefully patched unwanted nail holes and other rough spots so that the walls were smooth before painting. The finished paint job turned out beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better job. I will definitely call Eric at CertaPro for our next painting job.

The owner came over initially and was very thorough about what are needs were. We were selling the house and he was very helpful with choices in colors and keeping the different paints in our budget. They were very timely and flexible with setting up appointments around our schedule. They were very responsive and attentive. The workers were kept a clean worksite. They did a very nice job! I would absolutely use them again for any future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Costco's painter number to set up appointment with Certa Pro. Goran Mitich, one of the co-owners, came out to see the house. He gave me their materials and references to review and then walked around the house to take measurements. He said he would send me the proposal by early next week and said they had their own format so he wouldn't respond directly with my specification. It took him two weeks to send in the proposal after a reminder I hadn't gotten it. The proposal was comprehensive and was the one of the cheapest two out of the 5 bidders who responded. He suggested we use Benjamin Mooore Regal paint which is their 2nd highest quality line compared to some other painters who suggested using Benjamin Moore's Aura which is their highest quality paint. He indicated that he would use the higher quality paint if we desired but did not see a cost benefit to use the higher grade higher price paint. The main concern I had with using him was that I couldn't find any reports on Angie's List about their specific firm though there were reports on other Certa Pro francishes. The references they had in the book he brought with him to their first meeting were good and they were backed by Costco but I felt some of the other painters who had responded would be better at a lower risk. I would ask them to bid again in the future.

I was very impressed with the young man that came out to our house. The price was reasonable.

Terrible experience. They contract out to people who don't know what they are doing. I asked them to tape an area on the ceiling where settling occurred, but they didn't. They left a huge scratch in my new hardwood floors. The quality everywhere is poor everywhere -- it is clear they didn't use tape because the edges are not clean. DO NOT USE!

Crew was very knowledgable, clean, efficient, and work was excellent quality. The only flaws were as follows, but we still probably would hire the company again. One small (1' x 1') area missed prep work so sanding and re-painting were required. Company gladly and efficiently took care of this but unfortunately (due to several weeks elapsed time) paint didn't exactly match. Second, despite giving required dry time plus more, paint peeled/pulled off along edge near hinges of front/back exterior doors. Company gladly returned and fixed, but the same thing happened again. Overall, Eric Glab gives prompt, excellent customer service for the most part, and crews are excellent to work with. Our neighbors and friends keep commenting on how terrific the work looks - including the color (and it wasn't so bad before!) Bid was accurate, and we selected this company from 4-5 other reputable firms. They were also able to meet our tight deadline.

The entire process went very smoothly. I left a message asking for an estimate. My call was returned the same day and an appointment was set up. A written estimate was given the same day they came out. Once the project began the painters were polite, professional, pleasant and not intrusive. Their craftsmanship was excellent, very neat and cleaned up nicely once the job was completed.
