The guy did a drive-by and gave an estimate. He didn?t stop and see since he just drove-by. We are not even sure when he did the drive-by. We didn?t even get a chance to talk to him and he just mailed us the estimate. However, we didn?t use their services since they were quite a bit higher than the other estimates that we got. I would probably not use their services again.

Terrific. From initial sales visit (which included a print-on-site detailed bid) to completed job, process was professional and very well done. What impressed me most was that the two-person painting crew arrived with a work plan in mind, even though they had never seen the house, and worked in an organized and orderly fashion every day. Painters were here for three days. . .worked quietly but very competently. . .paid great attention to detail; cleaned up every day. . .house was spotless upon completion of the work. Crew was unobtrusive but extremely thorough and professional. House looks great.

Everything went very well. He is very professional and the crew showed up on time. They cleaned up well, took care of the job when they said they would and the job turned out nicer than I even expected.

They ran into traffic and called to let me know they would be 15 minutes late. One painter did the primer coats, then 2 more came to help do the rest. Absolutely no paint ended up on the natural wood trim, the wall/ceiling corners were perfect. A 16 x 24 room was finished in 4 hours. They kept the floors covered and left everything cleaner than it was when they came.

After picking the paints, and giving the directions to Eric over the phone, Eric and his team showed up at our new house, totally unsupervised, and did a wonderful job on all of the rooms. They were trustworthy, and very professional.

They gave me the best bang for the buck. Others did not include pressure washing or if they did, their overall quote was hundreds higher. Next came the scraping and priming followed by two coats (not quoted by one of the other two) of stain on the shingles, door trim and window trim (one door was painted). We used three different colors: shingles, window/door frames and window lintels/trim. Certapro was prompt in arriving and cleaned up every day. Certapro finished up on time and came back as requested for some touch up spots. They kept me involved throughout the job. I also received a 2 year warranty on the work. I have found a few spots that I overlooked and they will come back in the spring to touch them up. Thanks Eric and your crew!

They were substantially less expensive than the competition. They followed up with us & asked our opinions during the process. After they were gone & paid, we noticed some spots that needed to be touched up and some nail holes here & there, we spoke with them about it and they sent back out the foreman to take care of it. They were done in 3 hours and even called us back later to make sure everything was okay. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My experience with using them is not traditionally what I've experienced before with other painters. I was really happy with their work and would absolutely use them again.
