John was very punctual (a huge plus). He sat down and gave me all the information I could have ever wanted. Had a sample of his window and showed me all the features. He was in and out in under an hour. I have had other window folks come and I started to think they would never leave! I ultimately went with another provider only because I had used them before and knew first hand their work. John's price was right in the ballpark with them. Had I never had windows done in the past I would have been very comfortable giving John my business. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

John and Igor did a great job and their pricing was very competitive. No pressure or sales tactics to close the deal. Another window company told me that my patio door was a custom size, and that I would also have to replace the trim/molding around the windows but John told me that this was not true. John takes his business reputation very seriously and did everything to ensure an excellent experience. I can only assume that recent bad review was an aberration.

Awful. Received referral from neighbor and called several times before getting call back. Finally set appt and John showed up 45 minutes late. Provided good ideas but seemed to complain more about his personal life than assist me. Stated I would receive a quote two days later and never came. I called several times and was told that I was a priority and I continued to never receive any quote. Waste of time and effort. Don't recommend...

Best Windows was excellent from start to finish. John (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive with all our requests. He even came out on a Sunday to give us a new quote for our project. Price-wise his quote came in half as much as all the local window cos. we got quotes from. He was also able to get the project done a week ahead of schedule! His contractors were efficient and cleaned up nicely. Our previous windows were all painted shut by the previous owners. Sills were all rotted and the storms didn't do much. The new windows give our house a much updated look.

I am no expert at replacement windows, but in my estimation the quality of the windows for the price is comparable with a quote from one another company. I found John to be professional. He followed up with all the required paper work and permits, and sent a team of professionals to install windows. The team showed up about 9:30 AM on the scheduled day and finished all work by about 3:30 PM. The installers were friendly, courteous, professional, and they did very good work in my estimation. The inspector from our Village office also gave complements to their work. One observation is the cord that operates blinds for one (out of 15) of the windows swings slowly like a pendulum in winter. I still need to see if there is a minor leak. I waited for a year before giving a review so that I can experience all seasons with the windows. I can't speak to money savings part as it is hard for me to quantity, but I would say the windows are easy to operate and maintain. Overall I am happy with John and his installation team. I would recommend them to a friend.

John and his crew are the greatest. We called him to get a quote to replace our old, ratty basement windows and he came as promised. He was very knowledgeable about what windows could be provided and the positives and negatives of each variety. His quote ended up being more than we had originally indented on spending but it was worth it. We knew that we were getting quality windows that would last for decades to come and were being installed by professionals. Yes, we could?ve gone to Lowes and bought a window for half the price and fumbled our way through installation but the quality would not have even come close. Egore and his team installed the windows in a day and did an amazing job. They were professional and cleaned up all the debris. We are on a main road and cannot hear a thing inside the house now. There are absolutely no drafts in our basement now and the entire house stays warmer. Overall a great job.

They did a great job. The cleaned up and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They also were reliable. It was quick and it was easy for us. Their price was also pretty reasonable.

Hired Best Windows to replace a portion of our casement windows last year. They were never on time and I had to call to see where they were! This year when we had additional windows replaced, they were always on time! John was easy to work with and his crew was very professional. The crew was hard to communicate with sometimes, but we always managed. Windows are very nice, good quality and they were able to work with some interior windows being white and our family room having stained interior. They were able to match our stain color very well. The exterior looks great, matched our painted trim on the house. My one complaint is the interior trim is awful! I'm guessing it is due to us having all casement windows and the ability to fit them in to the existing space. They "stuck" in a small piece of very rough wood, about 1" in length, into a smooth piece of windowsill trim. It looks like scrap wood. Originally I was told that they had to do it so that we could continue to use our custom wood blinds. I could somewhat except that, but they did it in all remaining windows where blinds were not an issue. I've had my carpenter and painter both look at it and they just shake their heads, wondering why they did this. The wood cannot be sanded. The whole strip should be replaced! It's a mess!!! I mentioned that I would use them again, and I would because we have 5 windows left to be done and I want them to be the same. I would say if you want casements replaced, don't use them. I think they are probably great with double hung windows. I have neighbors who have replaced casement windows with other companies and the don't look like mine on the inside! UPDATE: John from Best Window immediately contacted me to address this issue. He sent an excellent contractor out to inspect the windows and determine what needed to be done. Within 3 days the work was completed. In areas where I had stained trim, they completely redid the trim. The white trim was sanded, patched and filled in. Excellent work!! John never once told me the cost to him. All he would say is he wanted us to be completely satisfied and happy with the work! From what I understand, the windows being double and triple casement had a post between them and that had to be removed and replaced. As excellent as the original installers were, they were not equipped to finish the trim as well as it needed to be done. My mistake originally was not insisting John come look at the problem. Once he was aware of how unhappy we were with the finished product, he was right on it.

It was fine. They came out and installed the windows in one day. The two guys that were here were very professional, worked diligently to get it done, and I'm very happy with the windows. The product is good and the company is very polite. I think the owner came out as well and told me that if I needed anything else besides windows and he would be able to get me a quote for other remodeling projects that I needed. They were wonderful and I would recommend them anytime. I was very happy with them. When they installed the windows, I don't think it would fit right and actually had to go out and get another piece and bring it back, and it was already the end of the day and they made sure they had that all done before they left, didn't leave me here with it for the next day but they took care of it that day. It was really good experience, pricing was fine, and did a good job.

The service turned out very well. There were no additional charges, everything was straightforward. The pricing was outstanding.

John was wonderful to work with. He was helpful in creating a few quotes to to help us decide which option was best for us. He came across as very sincere, trusting and no-nonsense person. He honored all of the dates we agreed to, and gave us courtesy calls to keep us in the loop of window-arrival dates. His guys showed up to install the windows, they were great! Very professional, focused, and detail oriented. They left the room in a great shape. Terrific experience!

It was really good. They did wonderful work. I loved it. Not only were they efficient and fast, but also, that they knocked down the wasps nest. They were able to nail that on the second story while they were replacing the window so that was good.

I called Best Windows because my son had used them to replace windows throughout his house and was happy with the service. John was very thorough and helpful in determining what I wanted and offering suggestions. He explained the process clearly. I talked to several other vendors before placing my order with John. His pricing was fair and I felt comfortable working with him. I placed the order in November, not expecting this awful winter. The dives in temperatures caused some rescheduling, but the only one to blame there is Mother Nature. There was some mix-up at the factory on the front window configuration, but John saw it before I did and got things corrected with no hassle. Because my work schedule is crazy, John arranged for a Saturday installation - what a bonus! The crew arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule and started their work by covering all work areas with drop cloths. They were efficient and clearly experienced in performing this big job. The men were freindly and stayed on task tthroughout the whole process. They caulked and painted so well that the only thing I needed to do was rehang the drapes. They cleaned the work spaces inside and out. There was no trace that anyone had been working there - except for my beautiful new windows! Changing two big windows was kind of intimidating. John and his crew from Best Windows made the process easy. I am delighted with the final product.

The job was done excellently. The installers were very conscientiousness.They were right on schedule. The price was unbelievably cheaper than anyone else. We were extremely satisfied with all they did. We could not be happier. A++

Good communication, kept appointment on time, followed up on bid. He proved to be very professional in all aspects and also very easy to talk to. I'm still in the bid process for this job and Best Windows is on the short list.

I finally told him I would have to go another way. His lack of professionalism and care of my time or schedule was unacceptable.

The cost of the service was a good price with the deal. They took windows out from the second floor. They were very professional and ensured that the area was secure and kept the door closed. They completed the work within one day and they cleaned up very well after completion. I had wanted them to come back and check something, but it hard to find a time to get them to come back out. Overall, the service went great.

We needed a window replaced ASAP, so i called around to several companies asking to get a quote on a new window. Many of the window companies i called would not replace just one window,because they don't make enough money. But when i called Best Windows and talked to John i told him what we needed done, they said sure.In a few days later his crew came out measured the window.Because it was a custom order we had to wait for John to give us a quote which he did a few days later,we agreed on the price and 2 weeks later the crew came out installed and the the new window.Which we are very happy with,it's air tight no leaks no problems.

I had originally committed to a larger window company that gave me their sales pitch and told me the price was good for that day. And I had to write him a check to lock in that special price. After he left, I started thinking about that one day price, and talking to my brother, I had a change of heart. It was kind of fishy having a price good for just that day. I submitted to cancel the job and got my money back. Thank goodness for that 3 day Right to Cancel. Then I researched and found Best Windows Inc. With all the good reviews, I called up John. He came out to visit me even in a snow storm. He showed me the product from his supplier and all the positive reviews his company has received through Angie's List and Yelp, and the best thing was NO negative reviews. He also warned me about those special one day pricing to lock in customers. Those are the companies to stay far away from. The warranty John provided on parts and labor was lifetime, including broken glass! Then he gave me his price for the same job and came in so much lower than the big company. So I signed with Best Windows. And was I glad I did! What a wonderful person to deal with and the crew that came to install the windows was polite and courteous. The windows were installed in one day with 3 guys. Although they did not speak much English, they were very professional. The weather during their install was below 15degF. They worked right through and did an excellent job! It was very cold outside, so I did not take too close of a look, but generally speaking, it looked great! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great window with great service, and great pricing!

John is the owner of the business. He did our estimate and and his crew did the installation. They worked quickly and professionally.We are very satisfied with the look and performance of our new windows. We will be calling Best Windows in the future.

I ordered new windows for my dining room and we were given an excellent price on them. They are great quality and really look great. They had a great crew and acted very professional. Everything was installed within a few hours and I would definitely use them again.

From the initial request for an estimate to the project completion, this company has been great to work with. When I submitted a request for an estimate, John, the owner of the company, called me within a few hours. This was on a weekend too! We talked for a minute about my needs and he was able to come out the next day to come take a look. He called me to notify me that he was running late, which wasn't a problem and showed up ahead of his rescheduled time. He took measurements and showed me the exact window we would be having installed and showed me how to use the window. I always get weary when I ask for estimates because so many contractors utilize high pressure sales and try to get you to sign right then and there at that estimate appointment. John's company is the exact opposite of that. He provides fair and accurate pricing so you don't have to play the negotiation game. He even encouraged me to discuss with my wife first when she returned home later that night and to even get some other estimates. I didn't even have to. I knew his prices were spot on and with his standards and friendliness, I didn't want anybody else to do this job. After discussing with my wife and evaluating our finances, we called John back a couple days later to award him the job. He came back to do final measurements and place the order. Once the windows were in, he called to schedule the installation and it was all done in one day by two guys. The day they did the installation was so cold outside, in fact my house with all the windows open fell to 50 degrees inside! i felt bad for the workers so I made them some coffee and they were both very friendly and respectful of my house. They laid down tarps as they walked through the rooms and they paid close attention to every detail. The work was so thorough and clean. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Our old windows were original, wood and were so drafty, ice would form on the inside. With these new vinyl windows that are certified energy efficient in all 50 states, I noticed an immediate difference in warmth in our rooms. I will have having these guys handle two big bay windows in our living and dining rooms when we are ready to do those next. You can't go wrong with this company, I would highly recommend them if you need window service.

Performed work as stated. Was punctual. Good quality. Cleaned up. Had to point out a few things which they addressed. Forgot something on the truck had to go back and get i.t

First, everything reflected in your inquiry/evaluation was of the highest grade and quality. Second, they went way above and beyond just any good installer. They were extremely creative working with our 100 year old house. In our basement bathroom windows, they installed them perfectly, but I had failed to realize that the old windows has frosted privacy glass with shelving attached to the old frame plus an old fashioned swing up sash. When I realized all that was gone, they quickly (without ANY extra charge) added some 1x2 framing on on the inside with shelve standards the inside to accommodate my original shelving. That quick solution made me appreciate, even more, how lucky we were to have talented, experienced installers. Their application of silicone grout/sealer around all the windows made our "old" house appear very snappy and sharp. They're quiet, determined work allowed them to finish the entire project on time, in just one day. And when they did leave, not a spec of splinters, shavings or residue was left in our house, All the old windows and surrounding materials were cleaned up and disposed--evidence of how efficiently they worked to complete the assignment and leave so quickly. If only they did root canals, I would hire their expertise to complete that as well.
