From beginning to end this was a complete good experience. John came out and showed us the window and explained the process. After doing my research I have found the windows he uses to be excellent quality. Ordered the windows, 12 weeks to the date they were installed. The install was done in half a day. They team was very clean, helpful and complete. They answered all my questions and even let me watch! We noticed a difference within hours of sealing up the windows how cool my second story remained with the Energy Efficient windows in. I cleaned all of them with an easy process of sliding the clips and opening them. What a dream window and only wished we had done this ten years earlier. The windows were 29 years old, solid wood and clad. From the outside you can hardly tell the difference. These were a great purchase, and we are looking forward to having the other 13 windows done with Best Windows.

This was a good experience. I was a bit skeptical about Kensington windows since I had never heard of them, but my husband did some research and gave them a thumbs up. It took a long time to get them, but COVID-related supply chain issues are affecting everything these days so I can't complain about that. John's two young men (sorry I didn't get their names) came on time, did a high quality installation, cleaned up nicely, and that was it! I love my new windows.

Outstanding! Every aspect was a positive experience for us...customer service to window selection to price. The work was done in a timely fashion and John's crew was great. Cleaned up after they were done and were pleasant to have in our home.

I was so impressed with the work that was done. From beginning to end. I started with calling 3 places. John was the first call and said this is what you need to be asking the companies when you talk with them. When all was said and done, I went with Best Windows. The crew showed up today got my windows in. They left the place clean. I also felt comfortable leaving my house with the workers there. Trustworthy is important to me.

I can't say enough good things about John. If you research across various review sites you'll see he has nearly 5 star ratings (w/tons of reviews) everywhere. That's due to the high level effort he puts in making sure his customers are happy. He truly cares and that's reflected in his ratings. This year we had round 2 of window installation (11 windows), during the COVID-19 era, I was concerned if their team won be good about wearing masks. Steve and his crew were extremely good about this and whenever I would see them in the house they had full masks on - no noses appearing where they shouldn't be. I was so happy about this and made me feel comfortable and happy I had selected them for the job. Overall, John's prices are fair, he can be relied on and if there's something that's not right (that you have concerns about) he'll address. And the windows perform very well! I highly recommend Best Windows.

John and his crew from Best Windows were the best. I searched a few more competitors and John gave me a great price. The crew showed up a little early and immediately began work. They were very professional and efficient. They finished the job in about 4 hours. The windows are beautiful! They did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards and you wouldn’t know they’d even been in my home. I’m really happy with the price, quality, and workmanship. I would definitely use these guys again!!

It went extremely well. Being female, many contractors gave me obscenely high quotes and didn't detail out prices (which I requested). Working with John at Best Windows was such a pleasure. He listened to my needs, was candid, honest, and detailed out pricing. Also, he provides the highest quality service for the best price. His team (pleasant & professional) Installed 14 windows. What a good group to work with. John the owner was knowledgeable flexible sand friendly. Steve , his lead guy gave great input when providing estimate and the three man crew was excellent in finishing job on time and it looks great. !!!!

John and his crew were informative and professional. A crew of four spent the whole day in 30 degree weather replacing 14 windows. The windows and installation look great and could feel the difference in the house the evening after they finished. Good windows and a great value.

Best Windows did an excellent job start to finish. John showed up on time for the estimate. The windows came in when they said they would. The installers were so professional, respectful, and timely. The work they did was outstanding. They took pride in the quality of their work, including every detail. They completely cleaned up as if they were never there!

John the owner/salesman was easy to deal with, he has a no haggle sales approach and was still the best price of four bids. The windows were ready inside of six weeks and the installation was done by a top notch crew. They stayed late to complete the work in one day. The clean up was immaculate inside and out. Some of the crew even took there shoe's off when entering the house without being asked to. It's been three months since the installation and my wife and I are very pleased.

John came out for an assessment. He was very informative and his pricing was competitive among marketplace. After getting various quotes, I decided to work with Best Windows, Inc. John's team was able to install all the windows completing the project in one day! Best Window's customer service is top notch and I will work with them again for my next window installation!

It did not go. I contacted them by text and he said that he would get back to me with pricing. I even reminded me. He never did. Oh well. On to the next company.

Called to school appt for estimate and within 2 days had owner out for estimate. I looked at 3 other companies and was slightly concerned that Best Windows was so much less. But decided to go with them and I am quite happy I did. I was told windows would be ready in 4 to 5 weeks (I had a large customize size window that 2 companies could not meet my requirements). 4 1/2 weeks later got a call for installation and we agreed 2 install was for 3 days after the call. They replaced all 8 windows and one sliding glass door in one day. And there was a lot of dry rot and frame damage they needed to work on. They did a great job. They explained why we had so much air leakage with our old sliding glass door (no insulation a around it at all and it was just places on concrete slab with no buffer so lots of air coming in that way). They clean up inside and outside very well. You couldn't tell they were here other than the lovely new windows. Several neighbors have since asked me who I used since they like the job done on my place. I have no qualms about recommending Best Windows to them.

Couldn't have been better. John gave us a fair price and a good guarantee, and Steve and his crew were professional, punctual, and friendly. Everything happened just the way it should have.

My wife and I found Best Windows due to their positive online reviews. Upon talking with John who is the owner, we found out he installed Kensington HPP products. I started researching the products and really liked what I saw from Kensington HPP. I decided on getting 2 sliding patio doors with heat mirror glass. John also went above and beyond to let my wife and I visit a home which had a similar slider installed so I could compare the product to others I had seen in person. This sealed the deal for us as the quality is outstanding and we went with Best Windows. The pricing for the doors were very competitive especially when you consider the warranty from both the manufacturer and for the the install. Communication was excellent and the whole process went smoothly. We did hit a couple snags but John has stepped up immediately and the new parts have been ordered. If anything changes negatively, I will update this review. So far we are happy we chose this company to do our doors and when we end up replacing windows next year, John will be my first call. Thank you for everything!

The installation went very well. The installers were friendly and did a great job installing the windows. They look great and I can't wait to work with John again!

Went great, all 15 windows were replaced in about 4 hours. Very satisfied.

1 bedroom window leaks water inside when it rains. They came back 1 time to caulk but still leaks.
