The whole window replacement process was a breeze without any problems. I would not hesitate to refer Best Windows to family and friends. For the consultation, John arrived early and provided estimates. I did not feel any pressure to sign the contract like the game some installers play. John is very personable and answered all the questions we have. The estimate is not the best compare to other installers but reasonable. He told me he could have the new windows installed in 4 weeks. I received a call from John in 3 weeks and the crew showed up on time to install the windows. They were very quick and efficient, completed the installation ahead of the estimated duration. The installation team kept my home and outside clean and I don?t have to clean up after them. After the installation, they asked me to inspect the windows and showed me how to take the sash out for cleaning. We have had couple cold nights since the installation and the windows are keeping the cold out. We are enjoying the new windows. Happy that we no longer have condensation and able to open the windows without the fear of falling apart like with our old windows. I found Best Windows on Angie?s List when my Mom needed new windows. My sister also used Best Windows after she saw the quality of the windows and workmanship. I have checked with 3 other providers and went with Best Windows because of my family?s experience. We are all happy with the installation, quality, and the prices so would not hesitate to refer Best Windows to family and friends.

Best Windows replaced all the windows in my home five years ago. I was delighted with the ease of the whole process and I?m still happy with my windows. John was fast and thorough and his crew got the job done in a day, just as promised. I trusted John enough that I referred my parents to Best Windows when they recently decided to replace their old windows. Since my parents were away the day John came to measure, I met him at their home. He was on time and went right to work. He said it would be about four weeks from that date to installation, but the windows actually came in early. John asked if the installation could be done sooner. My folks said, "SURE!" I wasn't present for the installation, but my parents said his crew completed the job in a matter of hours. My parents ? a very tough audience -- can?t say enough good things about the whole experience. ?They look really nice,? my mother told me. She also said the bathroom window is ?especially pretty.? Now that they have a full set of functional windows, ?the cross-breeze is wonderful,? said my mother. ? She added that the new windows have made a difference in the noise level. ?When they?re all closed, it?s quieter than it used to be,? she said. My father, the toughest critic of all, was impressed with the window crew?s skill and efficiency. I would definitely use Best Windows again and I'm perfectly comfortable recommending them to family and friends.

We had a big name window company come out and give us a quote and of course they tried to get us to write a check that night. They haggled with us knocking literally a couple thousand dollars off of a five window job. Ridiculous. John came in, gave us a price right away and it was the real price- a better price for essentially the same window. No gorilla in the room right out of the gate. The windows came in as promised, and the installers were in and out of the job within 3 hrs for 5 windows. Left nothing behind and everything looks beautiful. The installers were very nice and respectful of our home. It cut back about 50% of the noise from outside and no more draft! They are easy to open up for cleaning. Not only was it a great install but John was very gracious with payment. He is a real stand up guy who is proud of his business and it shows. We love best windows!!! Thanks.

I called John and he came out the very next day. Within two weeks the window was installed. This is the third time that I have used Best Windows and they never disappointed me. The windows look great and professionally installed. Give John a call if you need a professionally installed, good looking window at a reasonable price. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent from start to finish. John came out and gave us a very reasonable quote, lots of information but not pushy at all. Didn't try to sell us anything we weren't interested in. Easy to work with. After the quote, a few days later one of his window guys came out and measured. Within less than two weeks, our window was in and they came out the next day and installed it. Professional, true craftsmen. Took much less time than I thought it was, the crew was excellent! Would definitely hire them again.

John was great. The windows are great and i cant wait to see how well they do in the winter. I had originally wanted a picture window in the center, in the 2nd floor, but John felt that it would not be a good idea. He did not pressure me, but i trusted him, and opted not to get the picture window. Now, i believe that was a good call, and i was glad i listened to John. So trust in John, he will not do you wrong.

John Wrzesinski is a great person to deal with. No pressure plus an honest and fair quote. I would not hesitate to use his company if I was in the market for vinyl replacement windows. However I chose to go the non- vinyl route. The quoting process along with his insight in the business was a great experience.

That went extremely well. I would give them "A's" across the board. Their service was excellent. They worked quickly even though it was in the winter. They cleaned up after themselves. When they were done, we had very, very little that we had to do. They did it all.

Raphael, Jesse, and Greg came on a Wednesday and proceeded to rip our old damaged siding off the house. In the subsequent days, they put a new layer of Tyvek and 1/2" insulation on the whole house before installing the new Dutch lap siding. They did an amazingly neat job, cleaning up after themselves every day, and being very careful of my foundation plantings. These gentlemen were so friendly and professional, I was happy to see them each day! They are obviously very proud of the good work that they do, as they should be. The siding looks wonderful, and the house was instantly quieter. It has also stayed very cool without turning on the AC on days nearing 90 degrees. We have received many, many compliments from the neighbors, and won't hesitate to recommend Best Windows to anyone.

Very professional and informative. John had a second guy came in to measure the 17 windows. They came on time. They were very fast, and it took only a few minutes. John noticed two windows were low and needed to be tempered glass, which my other contractors did not notice. He gave me the two tempered glass for the same price as other standard windows, which i appreciate very much. Once the order was made, the windows came in on time (about 4 weeks). His crew of three people came on a Friday to install the windows. They were very nice and professional, and even clean up after themselves. If i had any concerns the crew addressed them appropriately. The windows are nice, and i did not notice any air infiltration. i believe i got quality windows that will last. Just a warning for future customers, don't leave the sticker on the window for more than a few days, or else it will be a pain to remove. Remove the stickers as soon as the windows are installed, so the glue doesn't have a chance to really adhere to the windows.

The team did a fine job. Clean up was good. Workmanship of installation team was great. Windows seem to be very nice and they stand behind their work. Pleasant experience overall.

From the minute John came to our new-to-us house, I figured he was the guy we wanted. He came out on a really cold day, and immediately understood the problem we were experiencing with broken seals, and windows that wouldn't open or close properly. There was absolutely no pressure for both my husband and I to be there, because I was the one hearing all the sales pitches and making most of the decisions. I had two other bids, both higher, but the thing that really sold me was the fact that he brought a window with him so I could see what we'd be getting. The other reps said we had to go to their showrooms to see the windows. All the reps were pleasant, but John was exceptional in his pride of product, probably because he owns the business. So the contract was signed, Christopher came to measure, and the windows were ordered. We also decided to have John's company replace our siding, so his window and siding chiefs coordinated the installations with the windows first, of course, and the siding a week later. My husband had to do some major under-deck demolition before the siding could be installed, and they were patient with scheduling while we did the work we had to do first. The installers started yesterday and finished today, and we couldn't be happier! Neighbors stopped by as the work was going on to take pieces of our old windows (to fix their windows) and exclaim over how nice our windows looked. The crew that worked on our house was excellent. The beads they made with the caulk were absolutely perfect, and I am very envious of their skill. They wiped any marks off the windows and saved the stickers for me. I got out my broom and dustpan to clean up after they left, but they had done an excellent job inside and out. They were all Ukrainian, and didn't speak much English, but I hope they understood how appreciative we were of their excellent work. Thanks again to all of you!!! Next up is the new siding. I can't wait to see how fabulous our house will look when it's all done.

We wished to replace 3 side-by-side windows in one bedroom and two separate windows in another bedroom. The former really let in cold air in winter and hot air in summer. All of our dealings were with John (company president) from sales through insurance certification and scheduling. He visited us in late September or early October (?) to discuss his services and show us what he recommended to have installed upon reviewing our. He also took detailed measurements of each window. We were told the order would take about 6 weeks. We paid 1/2 of the amount up front as a deposit. We was very satisfied with the work and the resulting impact of the new windows re keeping our bedrooms warmer this past winter. I was pleased about this. It was a two-man crew who removed the old windows, installed the new windows, and did a very good job of cleaning up. It was almost a full-day to do the work. However, I would probably rate the overall interaction as an A- for only one reason which had no ultimate impact, but still caused some frustration. The work was scheduled for Friday, 11/28. When nobody showed up and I was waiting at home for them, I called John. The date had apparently not been recorded. To John's credit, he immediately made some calls and scheduled a crew for the following day, 11/29.

The entire process was great. John did not let me buy more than I needed, he advised me that I only needed double pane windows instead of the triple pane and he was right. This past winter was pretty cold and I never felt any drafts so John was right about only needing the double pane windows. His workers were very professional, prompt and they did an awesome job. The windows look great from both outside and in. Thank you John for the great customer service. I have a couple more windows to replace and I will be calling you when I am ready.

The entire experience was great! I have worked with John in the past and he lived up to his name. He initially came and took his measurements and then his crew was out once the windows were made and installed in a few hours. The finished product looks great and we enjoy actually being able to use our windows. I also want to add that he crew not only worked in some frigid weather but they also took the time to clean up the work site. I appreciate this gesture because I have had other workers leave garbage behind and not respect our home.

Purchased and had installed two windows. Best pricing was very competitive. Needed to have windows installed quickly. All others gave a 6 week window. Best had windows installed two weeks after they were ordered. Installers were very professional. Will definitely recommend.

John is the best. No high pressure sell tactics! Best estimate. And his installers were there on time. They worked all day. Went above and beyond with a quality installation. Very happy with my new windows. Already feel a difference in my split level home. Gorgeous windows. John brought a sample of the window we had purchased. It looked great, triple paned, white vinyl, and above the standard double paned window that our HOA recommended. We bought 5 windows from Best Windows but needed one more to complete the project and John worked with us . Three to four weeks later they were installed and our house is warm and so quiet, we never realized the difference new windows can make, The windows were installed over Thanksgiving week-end , I was concerned because of the temperatures outside, but John called and moved our Friday install to a Saturday because the temperatures would be around 45 to 50 degrees. We will call John back in the spring to replace the living room picture window. Great job, his installers knew what they were doing, we are very happy ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

First meeting, he didn't show up at scheduled time. Then called me 2.5 hours after scheduled time saying the traffic was bad. Had to reschedule. He finally showed up and we signed the contract. Told me backordered by 6 weeks and gave me approximate date they can be installed. 1 week 'after' approximate date passed, I emailed him asking to schedule installation. He indicated windows will come in the following week and can schedule install that Friday. I emailed back confirming that Friday works for me and to let me know if anything changes. This was weekend before Christmas. Had relatives staying over Saturday. Wednesday, Thursday comes by, no word. Thought was odd, so text him to confirm we're still on for Friday. He calls me that day and sounded confused why I was expecting installation for Friday. I explain to him why and that I have his email confirming it. He then goes on to bumble and say that they are finishing a large job now and doubt he can make Friday. He suggests Saturday instead. I couldn't make that because I had to pick up relatives from airport that were staying with us. Not happy that I will need to have windows installed while relatives staying over. Finally decided on Tuesday. Was stressed at this point. Wasn't sure if it would actually happen and didn't know what I needed to do. Fortunately the Installers DID show up on Tuesday. Also arrived on time. They were humble, nice, and clean. Finished in 4 hours. I had asked to have one of the windows installed the opposite direction so that I can open from the left instead of from the right. Steve indicated that yes they could do that. Apparently this was not communicated or the installers forgot because when the windows were not installed this way. After all the trouble that we already went through, I didn't bother bringing it up with Steve. Quality of windows are OK. Would not say they are amazing or anything. End of the day, windows were installed, but took a lot of unnecessary stress in my opinion. Update: The owner contacted me shortly after I wrote this review to follow up on not having the window installed like I wanted. He indicated the windows are flexible so that you can change the configuration of them. He offered to come by to show me how to reconfigure the window and flip the screen to the side I wanted. He also showed me how to remove the windows so that I can clean them. Thought this was nice of him. After using the windows for a few weeks now, I've noticed a significant change. Before room would drop 5 degrees due to the draft. Most if not all of the draft is gone. I also hear less noise from outside.

John the owner was great. Came on the day and time agreed upon; was very pleasant to talk to, explained what to be done and made great suggestions. John gave us an estimated day when the windows will be installed and it came to be true. One person came to take all the measurements. A team of three persons came on the installation day worked very hard none stop, and finished the job in one long working day. They moved whatever needed to be moved, then returned everything where they belong and left everything clean inside and outside.

John and his team were professional, courteous and expedient. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best windows at good prices!
