Good company. John is a straight shooter who knows his business and will give you his honest opinion if you ask him for it. He does not negotiate his prices, but I firmly believe that is because he is offering the best price he can that will make him a profit while still giving you a good deal. We are very happy with the Kensington windows! They are beautiful and appear to be very energy efficient, which I'm sure we will discover even more in the fall. The only thing I would caution to be aware of is how much glass you area you lose, especially with casements. I was surprised by this, although I do not think that is exclusive to Kensington windows, I think that's the case with all replacement windows. Otherwise they look very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend Best Windows!!

John was quick to respond and discuss what we were looking for. His crew was quick and efficient. Had about 15 windows plus a bay window installed. It looks like we have a new house!

I hate writing bad reviews, especially when we had a great experience with them 3 years ago. We had all our windows replaced in 2014. They did a great job installing, price was great. The installers completed job in one day. Had no problems with windows until now. One window is leaking around the wall into our master bedroom. Called John to see if he could have someone come out to look at the window (supposed to have a "lifetime" warranty). First he said it was probably not the window but the caulking around the window(which isn't covered by the warranty) and do I have a ladder to go up (20 ft) to look at it. I told him no and that I would prefer he send someone out to look at it. He asked that I send pictures and my address and he would send "Steve" out to take a look when he is in the area. Three months and still no one out to look at it (had someone else fix the leak). Apparently we are "too far" for anyone to come out. So, just a warning, make sure to be in their local vicinity to have any follow up with any issues after installation. Never mind the lifetime guarantee, isn't worth much if you can't even get anyone out to check the windows. Would be happy to put back the A review I gave them in 2014 if only the "LIFETIME" guarantee was worth anything.

They did an excellent job! My husband is a perfectionist and he was VERY satisfied with the quality of their workmanship. They were very courteous and professional. We highly recommend them.

Crazy price for two windows like buying used car

John was excellent to deal with. He explained everything completely. The price was very competitive. The windows are beautiful! You can't go wrong with Best Windows Inc.

Great experience compared to other contractors that we received estimates from. John was very easy to work with and provided quick estimates without trying to pressure any sales. They secured Village permit, and installation was done about one month after ordering. Windows are energy star rated and look great.

I had some concerns at first because of the white trim. I had expected brown capping. I read the contract however, and saw that the misunderstanding was on my part. The owner was accommodating because of this mistaken belief. I later had the last room done and the final windows on that side of the house capped in white. I am satisfied that the work was well done and there are no mis-matched windows on that side of the house. I also received an energy credit with the windows. I had to call the owner to remind him to bill me for the last set of windows.

We had a few people come out and Best Windows was by far the most responsive, least expensive and was never pushy. They came on time, took care of our windows quickly and everything looks great!

He was always there to answer our calls or texts.

It took a little longer than expected but the job was well done. I'm happy with the results.

This is the second window job I've contracted with John for. Both have been to replace old windows in my rental apartments. He is always responsive, flexible with scheduling, and easy to work with. He had my windows in stock a week after we spoke, and had no issues when I had to reschedule the install date after a last minute tenant issue. His pricing is honest and highly competitive, and his crew does great work. They were able to remove old metal-framed windows throughout the apartment and install new in one day. I was able to observe his crew working during the first job, and they really do quality work. They make sure everything is square, insulated, caulked, etc. for every window, and clean up any mess they make.

John was friendly with no pressure.Windows were professionally installed within 3 weeks..Windows are good quality at a reasonable cost.John called after installation to ask if there were any problems .I said I was happy with how efficient the installers were,and had no problems with the windows.

I had contacted John many years ago to replace some windows and about a year ago I had more windows replaced. My experience with John has always been positive. The price is always competitive, workers arrive on time, work quickly, are very friendly, take care of any and all messes, and what's even better if a problem occurs it's taken care of. A casement window, it was installed around 9 years ago had a broken seal and I contacted John. With in a matter of weeks it was taken care of. I have had a few minor issues in the past with the window and John would always take care of it. His service can't be beat, his company and workers really are the best. It has been a pleasure to deal with him and will continue to do so in the future.

The owner, John showed up and was very nice and friendly. He kind of pressured me into making a decision for the orders. I went ahead and agreed. I didn't hear from him for 2 weeks until he sent an email stating he had lost the measurements. It took an extra few weeks. I had to make arrangements for the someone to go in an let the tenants know because he had lost the measurements. The work itself was great. they were fast and clean and the windows look great. The product was good but I felt the process could have been better.

John was very professional and delivered as promised. We replaced all our windows and it went as planned, they were very neat and cleaned up as they went. Very satisfied with the windows and service

From the NO pressure sales meeting to the final installation I could have not asked for a better experience. John is very attentive to his customers and his crew was seasoned pros that new what they were doing. I would not hesitate to refer Best Windows Inc. to anyone that needs to upgrade their windows. We had multiple bids from well know names and I the pressure to sell and up sell was relentless. The quality of the windows John provided was superior to the other bids and beat them hands down on their price. From signed contract to finished installation was just over two weeks. GREAT JOB!

I had an amazing experience with Best Windows! From the estimate that wasn't pushy to the installation that was clean and quick. everything was awesome. I received other estimates from bigger companies and felt like I was being pressured and swindled. I loved that John gave it to me straight. They were referred to me by a friend and I would refer them to anyone. I will use them again for sure. They also have a referral program for their customers.

We had some issues with them but they finished the job. They had scratched screens and the locks didn't match up. They said it was with the manufacturer. The manufacturer's rep came out and said it was the installation. They did replace some of them but I'm still not happy with it. Their prices were reasonable. They showed up on time.

The ordering process was efficient and straightforward. John (the owner) is a hard-working guy and focused on delivering on his promises. The installation went quickly once the windows arrived from the manufacturer. There was one glitch - a window had been measured wrong and the unit ordered didn't fit in the opening. John re-ordered and installed the replacement as soon as it arrived. The windows have been a major improvement - the old windows dated back to the construction of the building in 1925. I have been much warmer this winter with these new windows, and they are easy to open. I am unsure about their long-term quality (although they have solid warranties), but so far, so good. Pricing - well, it was a lot of money, but much cheaper than Renewal by Andersen.

The service was good. They were very courteous. When we received heavy rain the water came through the window. I informed them of this, turns out the cocking was not done correctly. They came out to resolve that issue. Recently I notice the same window leaking again. I reported that to Best Windows Inc. They stated they would send someone, but haven't yet. I plan to reach out to them again soon about it.

Based on positive reviews, I called and requested John come out to my home for an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me he could come the same day, at 4 pm . I left work early and headed home. 4 pm passed with no word. I finally called and got voicemail. John called back and told me he got held up at a job and would arrive at 6. No problem, even though I had left work early to meet him... 6 pm comes and goes. I call John again and get voicemail. A half hour later, he calls back saying he was held up and could arrive around 8 pm. I told him I have small children that were already in bed and we'd have to plan another time. He did not apologize once, only claiming he was very busy. This was my last contact with Best Windows. I would have loved to hear him out but if he can't even be on time when he is trying to win the customer, what kind of service would I get with a signed contract??? I would have much preferred he tell me he was busy and could come out a week later.

When we set out to get estimates on new windows for our 20-year-old house we did our research and invited 3 different vendors to come to our home for a presentation. Two other vendors turned out to be high-pressure salesmen who played pricing games with us and really turned us off. By the time John (the owner of Best Windows) came to see us we were bracing ourselves for another round of games and sales pressure. To our relief, John was both extremely knowledgeable about windows and very upfront with the price. He did not try to give us the hard sell and was, in fact, very lovely to speak with. It was obvious that he has pride in his product and service and gave us a WRITTEN quote (which neither of the other companies did). Once we decided to go with Best Windows, John came back with some finish samples as well as a solution for replacing two oddly-shaped windows that we wanted to change up. Four weeks later, as promised, we received a call that our windows were ready and we scheduled the installation. That, too, was a wonderful experience. The installers worked extremely hard in cooler conditions and completed the work on time and with nary a spec left behind! One month later we are delighted with our new windows. They look really, really nice and the fit is perfect...no more rattling windows! The house is definitely warmer and I am beyond thrilled with how easy they are to clean. If you are in the market for new windows, do yourself a favor and call Best Windows! Their prices are extremely competitive and since they are a family-owned business I believe they go the extra mile for their customers. I will be recommending John to all my neighbors who now look at my house with envy.

Because of the stellar reviews I read on Angie's list, I decided to call Best Windows to set up an appointment so I could get all the information I needed to know about replacing several windows, including the bow window in our living room. Owner/President John Wrzesinski was the person that came out to educate us on windows, the installation, and price. To make a long story short, I can't say enough about John. Friendly but not pushy, and obviously he knows windows. He quoted us a price for the windows we wanted replaced, and was significantly cheaper than 2 other places that quoted us prices on the windows and installation. We decided to use Best Windows for our new windows, and were not disappointed, good windows and a fair price. The installers were very professional, showed up on time, and took about 8 hours to complete the install, with the exception of the trim inside around the new bow window. Of course, the bow window took the longest. One of the supervisors (I guess that's what he was) came over to check things out, and told me that he would like to replace the original trim around the window, mainly because of cosmetics. I agreed, and a couple days later, another guy came over and replaced the trim around the new bow window with all new bare oak trim. He did an excellent job, and all that needed to be done was maybe stain and polyurethane it, which I decided to do myself. Overall, I'm very happy with Best Windows, and if anybody I know needs new windows, I will highly recommend Best Windows to them. Thanks John, you have a great company!
