They were on time performed well and cleaned up when they left.?Their?product was good for the amount charged.?? I have several more windows to replace in the near future. When I have to funds to do it I will call this company again.

Earlier in week a professional estimator arrived to precisely measure each window opening so when the installers arrived, each window fit exactly. Then they made an appointment for the installers to arrive. The 2 installers arrived on time and left ahead of their anticipated duration so no time was wasted. I originally had them do just 6 windows to get an idea of how well they worked and the quality of installation. As soon as we try the windows for about 5 months, I will definitely call them back to do the remaining 12 windows and we insist that we get the same marvelous installers because they did such a neat complete job. They were agile and well trained so as we watched them go up on their toes, down on their feet, up and down their portable ladders to complete every section, we were amazed at how professional they were. I would hire them to do anything in our home. We had plenty of time to get all answers and even went as far as bringing in a competitor (Anderson) for their estimate. Anderson also had a professional and talented salesperson and showed us many good features, but Best Windows was about 35% less and the Angie's list documentation proved overwhelmingly that BEST was the BEST supplier for us. I am certain we made the right choice and know we always will be satisfied.

Got the estimate from John and then I called back and gave them the job. They ordered the windows and the work was done quickly.

The owner did not show up for an appointment - two different times. He did show up on time for the 2nd appointment each time. The crew were on time and finished the job in one day. I thought they were rather brutal removing the old windows and all the painted frames inside have varying amount of paint chipped off. They did do a pretty good job of cleaning up.

Receiving an E-mail from Angie's List with an offer of getting a coupon for $250 to receive $500 of work from Best Windows Inc. I purchased 2 coupons through Angie's List . I called Best Windows Inc. and John came the next day and gave me an estimate for the job. John did not waste any time, looked at what had to be done and gave me an estimate, I thought he was professional. A report of the work needed to be filled out with my condominium association. John and I have a little trouble with our communication to get this report done in time to have the windows installed by the end of the year, but we managed to get it done in time. John order the windows and said it would take 2 weeks, and I called him back in that time and the windows were in , and he had the patio doors in stock, so we set a date to do the work. Three of Johns people showed up at 9:00 ( 8:30 was the arranged time) and they got right to work. They worked straight through to 2:00 when the job was done. The men worked hard and did a very nice job installing everything, and hauling away the old windows and doors. They put down drop cloths through out my home, and when they were done cleaned up very well. One of the guys walked me through the job and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the job they did, and the quality of the windows and doors. I would use Best Windows Inc. again, and would recommend them to others.

Our original windows were of low quality and would no longer open. Best Windows replaced them with much better windows and even matched our previously existing outer frame color. Also during one of the windy storms of the summer the screens on the windows were buffeted with so much wind that they bent. Best Windows replaced the screens at no charge.

Best Windows provided excellent service. The description of materials and quality provided at the time of the price quote was accurate. The price seems very fair and even a little less than competitors that I priced out. The installation was outstanding. The installers were timely, efficient and very professional. They left my home as they found it including cleaning up all the debris on the outside. I highly recommend Best Windows.

That was the one I bought coupons from, which really helped. The owner was John Wrzesinski. I used Angie’s coupon for that one and the amount included the coupon price too. He was very honest and reliable. In terms of price, they were very reasonable because they won out against some other providers. They were very good in terms of quality. I would use their services again in the future.

Our experience with them was very good. They came up with a little better solution which actually helps the view out from the front to our house. It also came in at a lower cost. We spent $3500 on their services. The contact person’s name is John. We will use their services again in the future.

He arrived on time and took time to listen to my specific concerns; i.e. street noise and morning sun, before taking measurements and discussing options. He has a wonderful variety of products and finishes, and he presented them in a way that gave me options without being overwhelming. He was up front about discussing prices as well as the scope of the project. He familiarized me with the ordering and installation process in terms of planning my calendar. He did not try to push other window projects on me.

I am one of the unfortunate victims of Scientific Window company going out of business 3 years after I purchased their windows. One of the reasons I went with them, besides their high AngiesList rating, was the fact they had been in business for 80 years. With the one window broken, I needed a replacement. I tried getting quotes from several window companies from the list, but most wouldn't even take my call because "the job is too small". Funny, I keep hearing about a recession and how construction workers are desperate for work. After many months, I finally had my three estimates. This one was the least expensive, with Feldco coming in at a whopping $808 (you can read my review of how that went). I contacted John at Best Windows who spoke to me on my first call. He was up front regarding costs, and indicated he'd have to charge a slight premium because it was a one window job (just as all of the others who were willing to do the work also indicated). I admired his candor and after explaining the situation with the old casement he recommended a sliding window so there were no moving parts to rust, as the casement had. He also indicated if I wanted, he'd replace with a casement but was making a suggestion. He came out to measure the window within a few days. He was over an hour late and had not contacted me, and so I started having second thoughts. However, he arrived, took the measurements, and I proceeded with a 50% deposit. The window would be installed in approximately 14 days. About 18 days later, I called him after not hearing back. He indicated the window was ready and asked when I'd like it installed. I told him in two days and he accommodated without issue. The installers showed up 15 minutes late and performed the installation very nicely and in 1 hour. I was told the installation would take about 1 &1/2 hours and so I was quite pleased. They laid down carpet protection within the master bedroom just to get to the bathroom, and cleaned up after themselves as well - another plus. All debris was removed outside as well. I am very happy with the window and installation. The installers left the paperwork on the window and I looked up the Energy Performance Ratings which are outstanding - far better than one would expect for a bathroom window, and as a matter of fact extremely high rated against any window. While I was not very pleased with the overall price, and the scheduling could have gone a bit more smoothly, I am very happy with the result and WOULD DEFINITELY give John a call again in the future. For anyone out there that cannot seem to get any service for a one or two window job, give John a call. I am very pleased with the product installed, which is from a manufacturer called "Serious Materials".

The owner’s name was John. I spent $1750 on that work. It was a really good price. John came personally to give us the quote. He was very professional. He did not compare himself to other companies and was very straight forward. There was a deal that I had got from the list that I had not used before and he honored the terms of the deal even though I had not purchased it. The work was done very promptly and I was extremely satisfied with it. The quality was excellent. They were very clean and very professional. I highly recommend him to other members.

John is a no nonsense professional who, with his team, does great work. He makes sure you are satisfied and he backs it. I would strongly recommend him to family and friends! John, Thanks for what you do. I am glad I went with your company! Also, he recommended his roofer and he was a very good also - I was very happy with the cost and the service.

I have no complaints about the work. They were quick to fix the only 2 problems. The only complaint I have is that I asked for an estimate to replace the rest of my windows, and no one ever got back to me with the estimate.

We used another company that offered financing.

My experience of Best Windows was superlative. There were no surprises, other than how pleased I was with the garden window they installed (it was much better than the "great" I thought it would be). They arrived early, which was fine. They sent the appropriate resources to complete the job by the hour they said they would. They worked around me entirely (I work from home) and that was a relief. They replaced 6 old double hung windows with new double hung windows, and then took out one kitchen window and put in my gorgeous garden window. They were polite, professional and unobtrusive to my work. I highly recommend them.

John showed me samples and made recommendations. Then he measured my windows and wrote up the quote. I was impressed with the price, which was nearly 70% less than another window provider had quoted. I accepted the offer and John placed the order. The windows were ready to install in a matter of days, but I scheduled installation for a later time that was more convenient for me. The crew was a little delayed getting started because they had the wrong house number, but they finished the job in 5 hours! The new windows have improved my home's curb appeal, and I'm delighted that I never again have to climb a ladder to clean them.

John came out to my house and never sent a proposal. I emailed him to let me know if he was going to work up a price and to let me know either way,, no responce from John. Dont waste your time with this guy.

I specifically wanted a window manufactured in Chicago, and after much research, I decided I wanted a Serious Window. Best Windows had a very nice web site for Serious Windows, so I telephoned and set up an appointment. John, the owner, arrived on time, gave me a fair price for an excellent window. He was very agreeable to any concerns or requests that I wanted, and wrote the contract accordingly. Delivery and installation was done on the dates promised. Kept the work area clean. John has an excellent crew, true craftsman! When Ivan went to cap a decorative curved window, the whole frame for the window had to be rebuilt. He did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend dealing with Best Windows.

good bid. installed one window in the wrong place (was supposed to be back of the house but did front of the house). when I called them, they ordered another window and split the cost 50/50 with me and replaced the window in the back of the house

One of the reviews described the owner's attitude as cocky. I would characterize it as confident. He told us to go out and get at least two more bids and if a salesperson told us that it is now or never, we should always choose never. I have used his advice in other sales situations, and have found it to be very effective. John lives up to the promise on the Best Windows website to never use high pressure tactics like ?today only? pricing. John is clear, straightforward and pleasant. The installation was done completely, carefully and professionally. My wife and I have recommended Best Windows to family, friends and neighbors. All of them have been happy that we did.

The process was good until the work was done. I did not see the installers use any insulation around the windows. The installers put a big cap in between the windows on the second floor. It looks to be way to large like it is covering up something bad. It does not appear like the piece on the first floor.
