They were excellent to work with. The prices were fantastic, the employees were personable, knowledgeable, neat, and did an exceptional job. I am completely satisfied with the work. If they did other types of work, I'd definitely call them back! I've definitely found a solid company for all my heating and air conditioning needs!

I did my research on brands and contractors. Allied did not quote me a more expensive or complex system than I needed. They upgraded the undersized return drop and substantially increased the overall air flow with the same size/capacity unit. Sales and installation were both top notch. Everyone who I dealt with was easy going (i.e. no high pressure), professional, and clearly very experienced. All of my questions were answered with a smile. I couldn't be happier with this company during every step of the entire process from the initial call for a quote to the completion of the installation. In my experience this is a good, reputable company.

I’ve used them for my air conditioning, for my yearly checks all the time. He did the job. Scheduling is fine, good. Customer service was good.

They come out twice a year at the times that I can afford it. They did the job. They just did a routine check. They came out, they checked it to make sure everything was working right, and it was working right and they left.

This was our first time using them. It was a good experience.

I don't remember what the price was, but I don't think I was particularly upset by it. I'm sure I wasn't unhappy with it, or I would remember. They're normally really good, but the guy was a little unsatisfactory. Their work is of high quality and they're very trustworthy. It took them an hour to get the service done. They could work on their technician communication.

The guys arrived on time, worked all day and left our utility room cleaner than when they started. The footprint of the new furnace is smaller than the original, and bonnet duct work was neatly reworked to accommodate smaller furnace.

I had to follow up with Angie's List to find out why four days after purchase that I had not been contacted by Allied. ?Angie's List did initiate contact but I don't know why I was not contacted by Allied initially. ?Once scheduled, the service technician arrive and was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. ?My only disappointment is that I was not advised the cost of the replacement humidifier filter until the service call was completed. ? Overall the service call went well and I will use Allied again in the future.?

I asked the same company for furnaces checking few years ago, the previous technician took off all parts and cleaned it and resembled again, so i knew this is real clean work. But current technician only detected something with the device and didn't do any clean work, and finally left a small nut on ground and i have no idea where it belongs to. The entire work should include clean and inspection, but i only see the inspection without clean, so it only took 10 minutes. I will consider whether i will use the same company for future service.

Discovered our furnace wasn't working on a Friday at noon. Called 3 different places, but Allied was the only one who could come out later that day. The technician diagnosed the problem, and I got an estimate of the repairs the next day (Saturday). Given all variables involved, we decided to go with a new furnace (Bryant 96.2% 2-stage 80,000 BTU). Allied was able to install it on Monday. I was pleased with the person I spoke with over the phone as well as the technician who did the installation. Allied even prepared all the paperwork for a rebate that was available. We may need a new AC soon, and Allied will be the first company I call.

It went great. The honored a discount from a competitor and everything went well.

Service person was completely ignorant and knew nothing about the system. Went to his truck to call in for help for 20 minutes. Did nothing and left without asking for service charge because he knew he couldn't handle the job. Waste of our time.

Company always does a great job the first time- never had to call them back to redo anything. Enzio showed me how to clean our A/C thermostat so the buttons would not get stuck. He saved me money in the long run.

Everything was done on time and professionally. Fair price. Equipment is working well.

They did a great job from start to finish. Everyone I worked with did a great job. I am not sure if they are the lowest cost, but they do excellent work and their people are polite, professional and good to deal with.

Our furnace has been not at its optimum functionality for several years now. One of the brackets surrounding the fan had broken about three years ago, and other than it making a huge racket, it still worked fine. My husband had rigged a drill bit in there so that the fan was propped up just enough so that the noise wasn't so loud, and it got us through a few winters like that. However, we knew that it was just a matter of time before the fan would die out and we would need to get the furnace repaired. That finally happened over this past weekend, when there was no heat emanating from the unit. Allied was a recommendation from a friend, and then I looked on Angie's List to see the mostly positive reviews, so I gave them a shot. I called Monday morning and they were able to come out the same afternoon. Jamie in the office contacted me several times to see when I would be available that afternoon. The technician, Joe, was very friendly and arrived on time. He knew immediately what the problem was, and got on the phone with his boss to get a quote on the part. I had done research of my own and knew the part was expensive due to the fact that the furnace is 18 years old. Joe and his boss were able to find the part locally and Joe went to go pick it up and was back within the hour to repair it. I was very pleased that the service could all be performed in the same day, considering the part was a challenge to find. I had another company come out earlier in the year (before the heat itself was broken) and they wanted to charge us $100 more and I just didn't like the guy. So was very happy to have Allied perform the services rather than the other company.

Chris arrive to the appointment on time. He explained what he was going to do and how long it should take. Chris completed the job as explained and in the timeframe he told me. He kept my house clean throughout the process. It was raining that day and Chris put on a booty before entering my house. Chris answered all my questions and provided advice based on the age of my high efficiency furnace. This is the 2nd time I have Allied inspect and clean my furnace. Really enjoy the experience and hope this will be a long term relationship. Update Jan 18, 2016: I just want to provide an update on the service from Allied and Chris specifically. Everything still A, if there is an A+ rating, I will select it... In the pass 4-5 years, my high efficiency furnace inducer motor would make grinding noises when the outside temperature falls below 15 F. The last 3 technicians from two other HVAC companies I spoke to had looked but couldn't find anything. Of course it never happened when they came out in Oct/Nov because it wasn't cold enough. I think some of them thought I am "hearing things" because they said outside temperature should not affect the inducer motor. However, the grinding noise was very real and very loud. It's like the fan blades were hitting something. This year, when Chris came out to inspect and clean my furnace, I told him the issue. He carefully listened to me and offered few theories. One of which is he thinks the rubber washers on the motor are "sagging" so he re-positioned them. We experienced some very cold weather in the last two weeks. Often in the single digit, and my furnace inducer motor didn't make those grinding noises anymore. Thank you Allied and Chris. Keep up the good work and continue to listen to your customers.

Went well, on time and polite. Not as detailed cleaning job as past experiences with other companies.

Issue 1) I bought a $79 coupon for a furnace inspection but since I have a twin furnace, I was told by the technician I would need to pay an extra $99 for the inspection 2nd furnace, which made no sense. I had to argue to be able to pay ?only? another $79 for the 2nd, which still made no sense. He was already there, there is clearly a scale gain for them, not every inspection point was duplicated, so the honest thing would be to charge me less for the 2nd furnace. But I had no choice. Issue 2) Technician said he found a crack in the heat exchange and most likely changing the whole furnace was the only option. I called my homeowners insurance company and their technician said there was no crack, it was simply dirt, a line, and no intervention was required. Issue 3) Technician also found one of the furnaces was not firing up due to a broken switch. No solution was proposed because of the alleged crack. When 2nd technician from homeowners insurance came, he fixed it in 2 min at no cost. So beginning with the super weird pricing scheme, I got the feeling the job was not thoroughly done.

Tech was great about explaining the age of the units and what had been done prior. We purchased the home recently and wanted to make sure the units were in good condition.

Service technician - Craig - was on time, personable, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, called for the part, returned immediately and installed quickly. Problem corrected in an efficient and professional manner. We have been using Allied for 28 years and they have performed well consistently.
