Great, they were on-time, fast & got the machine ready for this summer. Running like new.

This company was amazing. They matched the price my condo building had gotten for replacing HVAC unit. I did not like the building’s company and the people at Allied were fabulous. I mostly dealt with Chris and he was super helpful. The installer was also great as have been the technicians.

They did what they promised to do, they showed up on time according to schedule and finished in less than an hour.

They're service is good and their program, if you're on an agreement you are a priority for emergency situations. They come to my place between May - June period to take care of my air conditioner.

The Allied team did a great job removing my old equipment and left me with a great new system. Pat Lee was fantastic to work with - ask for him by name.

They took a little longer than expected but did excellent work. The sheet metal work was done very nicely. The only small complaint I have is that the sales guy told us that the dehumidifier would be integrated with the thermostat but during the install it turned out that wasn’t doable with the thermostat we picked and we have two thermostats now. But the combination of the two system still works well. It’s been almost 3 years now and the system runs smoothly since.

They came out 1st thing in the morning. I was surprised at how quickl they were able to respond. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it easily. They are extremely competent.

We have a service contract with them. They installed the unit 10 years ago, and it's still running well.

They come out every Spring and Fall. The one thing I like the best is they have a first call option. If you press the right date, the which is probably why end up in November because when they let us know it's time. I always go with their first call date which works really well for us, other than like they went to somebody else's house and they ran into a problem and now they're running late. They have done repair work before. We have a permanent filter that is washable. The same person does not come out all of the time.

We've hired this company multiple times and signed a yearly agreement to have our appliances checked out. Every time someone comes to our house they are kind, knowledgeable and solve our problems. We usually get options and never seem pressured to buy anything. I also like how my phone call is always answered by nice staff and we receive a phone call when they are on their way.

Bob came out and was just the best. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and straight forward. Employees like this will make me call Allied for any future needs.

Well. Knew that the a/c was on it's last leg, he explained my options and the cost for each. Haven't replaced it but probably will soon. Would definitely use them again!

It took like an hour. They told me the truth, well my unit is 23 years old. There are some substantial issues around that alone. with that itself. They explained to me that most people aren't using freon anymore. It's a different product in the newer AC's. They are stopping the production of the stuff they put in my AC so the price is way higher than normal. It was double what it was last year, but I didn't need much. And people are discontinuing the stuff that goes in them.

I have been using them for the last 21 years. They are outstanding. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner that they kept running for me for the last 16 years. They have my business locked up, I don't call anyone else.

Allied was professional and thorough, as usual. I have an older air conditioner, after inspecting it my Allied tech said it was working well and there was no need to replace it. I have been using Allied for many years, they are excellent.

James was knowledgeable, listened to our explanation of the issue, and got right to work. He was professional and had the job done in 30 minutes.

The compressor had to be on the roof of my seven-story building. Allied found a unit that would fit through the roof door, sparing the cost of a crane. There were unexpected problems with the line for coolant and with electrical. I was pleased that Allied devoted extra staff and time to the problem solving, with no increase in price. Everything works perfectly. The staff was great and very professional. I would definitely use Allied again.

Our A/C Compressor was old and failing. Allied responded quickly, troubleshot our system and replaced the Compressor unit. This was much needed during the mid summer heat.

They are down to earth and very responsive. They are willing to work with you on time frames. If they say they are going to be there in the morning they will be there in the morning if they say they will be there in the afternoon, they'll be there in the afternoon. He looked at my air conditioner and could tell me everything about it.
