 + -1 moreRyan Dewey came to our home and spent just the right amount of time with us demonstrating the quality of his windows. He was very negotiable with our financial constraints and worked with us to provide a 4 Phase estimate plan that included a discount. The windows are Energy Star rated which gave us this year's tax benefit AND they look great. His customer service skills are beyond excellent. I did not expect a window/siding salesman to be so friendly, honest and detail oriented. The two craftsman who came to our home gave us a 24-48 hour notice and this was fine for us since we were told the windows would be ready in approximately 3 weeks from the order, and they were. They installed a total of 10 windows in 5 hours, and removed all the debris and old windows and screens from the site. They used the correct chalking (which is important) and customized each window's dimension with the vinyl trim pieces one by one. They reinforced each window frame with "clear' wood, and I appreciated this since our home was built in 1922 and the wood around each window has been compromised by the rain and Chicago weather over the years.
Description of Work: Ten basement windows (total) were removed and replaced in our home. Energy Star rated windows were installed. Ryan Renovations Inc uses state-of-the-art window units and siding materials. I highly recommend his presentation. He is very clear and easy to understand. He is good at explaining the benefits of these windows and how they would help our home in addition to working out a fair deal. We do NOT know Ryan Dewey, we are not associated with his business in anyway. We are simply pleased with the completion of this first phase of window replacements for our home. We started at the basement level of our home as a trial to see if we would continue to use their services. We plan to go forward with Ryan Renovations for the completion of our window replacements next year.
