On Saturday I backed into my garaged door and he came out and fixed it within an hour. I was happy with him. He didn't charge anything significant. I would tell everyone that they were professional, prompt and honest.

Justin was right on time, finished the installation in about an hour, and programmed the keypad. The is the third time we used Professional Garage Door (for different issues over the past 10 years) and am very pleased with their work and professionalism. The new belt driven unit (lifetime warranty) is unbelievably quiet.

After hearing horror stories about sears garage door opener installations, I figured I'd find someone who knew garage doors and openers. I don't recall the young guy's name, but he was prompt, professional and courteous. I called on Friday, he came out on Saturday (and thats only because I wasn't available on Friday) The install took no time at all and looks great! very high quality install! I'm very happy with my choice and would definitely call them for any future garage door or opener related work. Thanks!

Called about 10:30 AM. Asked for quote on phone, which he provided. Said he could be there around noon. He showed up about 12:05 and set to work right away. Finished replacing the door and lubing by about 12:40. Offered to lube the other door for no charge. Door works perfectly. Didn't mind me watching while he worked and answered my questions without slowing down.

Iwas lucky to call Professional Garage Door this morning, a Saturday, when I realized my garage door was broken. Unfortunately I could not be at home for the visit. The repair was made and 2 doors were serviced, all without my even being home. It was a pleasure doing business with this father/son operation.

Great = Justin came out and fixed the opener/ replaced hinges that were bad on the door = also put a bar across the bottom panel to stabilize it While checking out the rest of the unit suggested that I have the springs replaced - I agreed - they were very old and gave me a quote. When the project was done the price was slightly higher but he stuck with his quote. Very courteous, efficient - I called at 11:15 they were here when they said around noon and finished by 1:15

The company was great. The workman was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He wanted to do to the work correct and long lasting. He also did some maintance on my other garage door for free. I would use this company again.

Called them on Friday, set up an appointment for the next day at 8am. They arrived on time and completed the work in less than an hour. Everything went well.

When we called them, they gave us an estimate of about one to two hours before they could get to us. They arrived in about an hour. Other companies we called told us we had to wait until the next day (and then would only give a four hour window). The repairman replaced the cables and oiled the opener, at a fraction of what their competitors estimated to us, even after coming to our home around 6PM at night. If we ever need to repair or replace our garage door, we will just call this company first.

Garage door spring broke suddenly. Called to get a quote for repair. Owner was able to provide me with a quote over the phone and told me that he could be out within an hour and a half - and he was. The job was completed in about 1/2 hour and the garage door and opener work great.

Our opener quit working over the weekend. We called in and they answered the phone on the weekend and scheduled a repair for Monday morning. They arrived that morning and gave us options to repair/rebuild our current opener or replace it with a new one. We picked the new option and they were able to install it the same day.

He came out the following day, right on time, tried to fix the problem every possible way but finally installed a new opener. His is faster, has a lifetime guarantee (the other one is only 15 years) and cost 30% less. He even noticed a dangerous mistake with the installation done by the other contractor and fixed it for us at no charge. I wish we had called him first!
