Everything went well. No problems.

I actually had a new furnace and we had an addition put on a couple of years ago. So, I dealt with him before the air-conditioner thing happened. We had to reconfigure our ventilation system to accommodate the addition and there was a lot of involved with it and I have had several people come out and they all have their own preconceived; but he was very creative in finding a solution that would work with us. He didn't just accept everything at face value or because it was always been done a certain way. So, I really appreciate that he could think outside the box. So not only were his price was fair, but he was the only who was really willing to work with the customer that came up with a creative solution to a problem. The guys that work for him are nice, very professional, and friendly. I would trust them definitely anytime they are in my house.

I did not feel like he was concerned about his customers welfare. We were without heat and it was cold at that time. He did not seem very concerned and said he would get back to me in a week. I hired another company and they were willing to do whatever they could to get my home heated as quick as possible. While we were discussing the new system, I felt like he was not being very honest about the warranty.

The technician was very thorough and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was coming to clean our furnace which is very old. He walked in the front door and the first thing he did was he handed me an article about when replacing a furnace you have to change to a high efficiency furnace and I did feel uncomfortable with that, and the boss acknowledged and said they would change that process.

They did a great job. They are nice guys to work with. They cleaned up after themselves, did the work quickly, and were very professional. The work looked very good and they were very competitive with the price.

It turned out very good. They were on time as promised.

Terrific - good price, very responsive, worked efficiently, great partner and good follow-up and customer service.

The owner Tom is very professional and prompt. He gave an estimate and I was charged that amount for the completed job. Air condition has worked all summer without any problems.
