The work was good. They were kind of pricey though. The work was really quick.

The customer service and respect to our home were great. We are going to call and ask for Sam back to perform some other work.

If you need a good, honest, and professional electrician, then Mr. Sparky is the one to call. I had a long list of items to be taken care of and with their suggestions I was able to save money. Good work and saving money is a good thing.

It went well. I initially only wanted to install the ceiling fan and a closet light but inquired about an outlet over the dishwasher area on my sink that I was told when I replaced my kitchen cabinets should be turned over to a GFCI outlet. They agreed and stated that code today requires all outlets around the sink be converted to GFCIs. Both technicians were very professional and I felt they were sincere in the recommendation.

Representative was first class: arrived on time; performed a thorough inspection; took care of ALL issues in a single visit. Good value for the money and very trustworthy. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend.

Charles was awesome. He helped figure out a way to install my fan in a room that had no ceiling fixtures there. He did excellent work, and spent all the time needed explaining it to me and how it would work. I am very happy with everything.

The tech was great. The work of replacing 7 old detectors and installing 7 new units that I purchased, took approximately 1 hour. The total cost was $427. I purchased the Angie's List Deal, ($99) but still paid $178 out of pocket. The work was fine, but felt the price of $61 per unit was a bit pricey.

a very detailed and thorough electrical inspection. no rush or hurry thru at any time. i got a detailed electrical "map" of how my 43 year old 100 amp. service was functioning. i was very impressed with the personnel doing the inspection. i have now decided to upgrade my entire electrical system to 21st century code.

Just a few electrical repairs from a home inspection.

When my wife and I remodeled our house, an electrician sub-contractor used by our remodeler took shortcuts installing a whirlpool which created a significant safety hazard. I called Mr. Sparky and had they were quick to respond. The fix was not an easy one. Charles, the owner, gave us a very fair price and worked hard to run a new electrical line capable of handling a heavy electrical draw. Charles also installed new circuit breakers and connected everything. He did an amazing job! Super happy with Charles and his company, Mr. Sparky. I have now used Mr. Sparky twice, and plan on using this company for other jobs.

Called them 3 or 4 weeks ago to repair a ceiling fan that is mounted 16 feet up. They said they would call when they had a technician available. Still waiting for their call. Hate to give bad marks as we don't know the quality of the company - only that they might have been scared off by 16 foot ceilings.

My experience with them was good. They had good suggestions. I just thought that their prices were too high. They came when we had the $250 coupon which was nice because it allowed me to have peace of mind. But some of the fixes were kind of minor and the prices were a little high. So I ended up doing a lot of it myself. They gave recommendations on other things that they suggested that we do. They recommended that I add some PCI and GFCI outlets in the kitchen and change some of the loose plugs upstairs. The cost was like $70-80 an outlet. So I thought that it was cheaper to do it myself. I probably might not use them because their price was too high.

They were fine. They came out to troubleshoot a problem with the building. It's an older building and we knew we had a short somewhere and he came out and did an assessment. We couldn't figure out what the problem was but he got me lighting back on to the entire building. The stuff that was wired underground we had to wait until that warmed up. They had to find the actual break and they had to pull up the old stuff and trim and do a bunch of laying or wire and other cables, as well as piping.

It was great. He came when he said he would. His price was very reasonable. He completed the job pretty quickly. I would use him.

Charles did an excellent job. He recommended size, type and placement of all lights since we had no idea. What we liked best is his flexibility. We hadn't planned on redoing the ceiling lights but we came we told him we'd like to do them. He said 'no problem' and even recommended the type and placement of the lights. He ran to Lowe's to purchase everything since we didn't even know what he needed. We had purchased the wrong size under cabinet lights so he picked up the correct lights and billed us for it. This was so convenient for us! He installed under the cabinet lights, lights inside the cabinets in addition to the can lights.
