Wrote up our options for us, clearly explained everything, and got to work right away. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs electrical work done! (AND they offer 0% financing for larger projects, so you can spread out the payments!)

We sold our house and the inspection asked for two GFI's to be replaced and the above breakers to be cleaned or replaced. GFI's were replaced. Breakers were not replaced nor cleaned. The technichian recommended that our entire electrical panel be replaced at the cost of $1800-$2200. He claimed there was condensation in the electrical panel. Also, talked about how our box is not up to the new code. Our house was built before the last code (I think 2014). We are not electricians, but from the apperance of our box, it was not in bad shape at all. We wanted more answers before we spent that amount of money. After about one week of messages, I was able to get ahold of Chuck the owner. I explained my side and he talked to his technichian. He said his technichian was a very good technichian. They do not clean breakers, they would have to be replaced. No where in the report did it say anything about replacing the breakers. He told my husband that the breakers were not in bad shape and he did not think they needed to be replaced. The written report we received was worded that our electrical box was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I explained to Chuck that we did not hire them for this reason. We want what we had asked to be replaced. I also expressed how I found it funny that the tech said our box needed to be replaced, but yet he said our breakers were not in bad enough shape to replace. Chuck said he could not change some wording because he could not see inside the breakers to see the shape they were in. Chuck ageed to change some of the wording so it did not seem like our electrical box was failing and needed to be replaced. The attempt was appreciated, but it still sounded like our box was in bad shape. If it was me buying the house I would have made the owners replace the box. Chuck was very nice, he would try and help in anyway, any changes I need to the revised in the report to text or call him. I sent him some changes to be made on the report, more so it could be understood, and a picture of the inside of our electrical panel. I even asked him to please come and take a look for himself. After the picture was sent to show him that our electrical box had traces of previous condenstation and insulating the pipe took care of that. And it was a very clean box he stopped communicating with me. I had to hire another electrican to replace six breakers and certify my panel.The electrician that certified our box told us that it looked like someone was trying to sell us a new box. Myself and my husband watched him do multiple tests to show us that our box was safe.

I contacted 3 vendors and this was the only one that cared enough to send someone out to talk about the job and help plan it. They were very thorough and went above and beyond to do the work right and clean up after themselves. They gave a couple discounts to lower the cost. Price was competitive.

The replacement of electrical fuse box with circuit breaker was done early this year; but later there is one circuit brake reset by itself even I don't overload it. I called Mr Charles ; left the voice message and Charles came to take a look. He had changed something and ask ed me to try couple months and let him know the result. Thank you Charles.

The service provider quickly analyzed the situation and solution to the problem. He let me know what it would cost for him to instal a new switch (which was defective). We decided that my husband would do it as he could easily do the work now that we knew what was wrong. The service provider gave an estimate for another job we were considering and gave advice on getting an all-house surge protector given equipment we want to protect in our home. Very knowledgeable, professional, thrifty and competent provider for electrical work. I will definitely hire them in the future! All this for under $30 total for the visit to my home!

I chose Mr. Sparky for two reasons: They had licensed electricians and their Angies List rating was top notch. I was not disappointed with their work. Pete's knowledge of the codes and general electrical info was immense. He was friendly, thorough, and the prices were more than fair for the work performed. He even cleaned up and performed some general maintenance on one of the load centers that had breakers scattered about. Pete also recommended a surge protector for the load center. I couldn't be more happier with the service. Thank you again.

we needed a bathroom ceiling light replaced. the mr.sparky tech had another colleague deliver an appropriate ceiling fixture. he then installed the fixture, and wired it into the bathroom vent fan. very nice.

Really nice work. High quality initial review with estimate and more importantly really nice job. Charles showed up for the estimate and the balance of the work as scheduled. He gave us several options for review with great explanations of the options and costs. No complaints, very pleased with the results.

Pete was very professional and friendly. He checked everything out and gave me an estimate of the costs. He worked very quickly and professionally. Everything was done in a little over an hour. He was considerate of my dogs and had me send them outside while he checked that the alarms worked. I would hire this company again.

He was so professional and kind. Their prices are generated on the iPad based on the work so no one is "quoting" you based on their opinion. It is all listed in their system. He was very good at what he did and made me feel very confident in his abilities!! I will always use this company go forward.

Charles was very responsive. I emailed for an appointment, and Charles call me back the next day to set the time and date. He was able to fit me in the same week. Charles was very professional, clean, and courteous. He installed five light fixtures for me and did excellent work. I would definitely hire again.

He was great. He called me back. He showed up on time. He was clean. He did the work within the time frame. He was very personable and explained the work. That just meant a whole lot to me. I just appreciated that he showed up. He was efficient. A good experience.

Fairly well, but ended up cutting a rather large rectangular hole in a wall that really wasn't necessary. Patching it was a pain.

Got a person when I called. Scheduling was simple. Charles, the owner, came out to do the work. He quoted a price up front, and yhat was what I paid. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Definitely would hire again.

Prices quoted were very fair and straight forward, for $59.99 service fee which would be credited towards any quoted work if we selected to do so. At this point we only wanted to move forward with cutting in the ceiling fan and running it back to the switch. Sam laid down plastic over everything to ensure we did not have any dust or remnants of the job. Always had the plastic boot covers on, and was thorough and steady. He quickly found the gap in between the joists, cut a small hole in the drywall, and installed the hang bar and fan box. Even though he was extremely careful, we ran into an unforeseen patch of quick dry putty on the panel edge during the drywall cut. Unfortunately this led to a 3-4" section of triangular drywall coming out of the ceiling. He was extremely sorry for the damage and helped come up with ways that we could solve it right away; even though he was very very careful and used a small tooth drywall saw and was in no way avoidable. Once we completed the cut in, we ran into an unexpected snag right away when he unscrewed the switch cover and the switch and circuit instantly blew. He had uncovered some very shoddy and poor work done by a DYI or handyman in the past. He offered to replace the switch at a very reasonable price, which he had in his truck. He noticed bared wire in the box and did not feel like it was safe to leave it in there (which had led to the short and switch fail). He started to pull and replace the old broken wire and ran into significant trouble pulling the last wire out, or fishing a new wire through. The previous "genius" Dr. Youtubes had installed and damaged the conduit; not following code and even using electrical tape to cover their mistakes. The worst he'd ever seen. He promptly called in Terry to assist. It didn't look good; there was a good chance that we'd have to cut a significant amount of the ceiling out to see what else was in there and to repair it. However, Terry and Sam did such a great job of taping and investigating; they identified the exact location of the culprit and cut out a minimum amount of drywall (coffee cup size) to make the repair. Sam ran the wire to replace the dangerous and damaged old wire; and ran the new wire required to the fan for switch and power. Probably took a lot longer than they anticipated and had to be massively frustrating. In the end, we had an unknown dangerous electrical problem resolved and a new fan box cut in with switch run. You could barely tell anything had been done to the drywall. Sam and Terry went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work and were safe. I ended up hanging the fan that day and it works flawlessly. Easily recommend and will be using them for all electrical work in the future. I'm usually pretty handy and had thought about replacing this switch on my own....good thing I called the professionals; because I would have been way out of my element; potentially endangering my house and family.

Our electrician found the problem quickly and remedied the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn't a super straightforward find and because of that the price for determining the issue was higher. The electrician was very kind and thorough.

Called to get information and talked with someone in the corporate call center. Mr Sparky is a franchise. This was on a Wednesday. Told me the initial fee to look everything over was $59.99. I was told the tech will call before coming over to the house. Appointment for Friday between 8am-10am. He called at 8 and arrived 20 minutes later. Terry the tech was very pleasant. A polite man and very knowledgable. He discovered both GFI's were wired incorrectly, no ground wires. He rewired the one in the master bath. This was for the whirlpool tub, and put a ground wire on the outside GFI. Both GFI''s are working. He was here about 2 hours.

Charles was very professional and prompt. Didn't sell me anything I didn't need.
