Description of Work: Beery Heating and Cooling has been taking care of our AC and furnaces for 10 years - always without a problem. This past summer when it was so hot, one of our AC units developed a leak - they came right out and made sure our unit stayed charged until they were able to schedule us for the installation of a new unit. When they did install a new unit, it was on time and even was less than the given price because of a rebate. A nice surprise. We also needed to replace both of our furnaces - John Beery spent a long time at my house evaluating different options for our replacements and (we live in an old house) how they would be installed with the least disruption to our house. When they came to install them, they were on time, cleaned up after themselves and - also, below the given price due to rebates. The icing on the cake was the time John spent helping me out with other issues - I needed a recommendation for someone to insulate the walls of our old house - he made a recommendation and it worked out perfectly. He also made a recommendation for a painter - and as the painter is working, he has been checking on them to make sure everything is going OK - he feels responsible for the other contractors he recommends. Overall, I have found Beery Heating and Cooling to be one of the most honest and reliable companies I have ever worked with.

Description of Work: we needed a new water line to our refrigerator and while he was in the crawl space looking for the shut off valve, he noticed our dryer duct had come loose so he fixed that and he fixed a leaky toilet. He was very nice and did a great job but could have worked a bit more quickly. I was happy and will call them again in the future.
