Andy was great! He came out and gave us and estimate and made the project as easy as possible. We are planning on having him come out and do more work for us when we do the next step.

Did the job quickly and turned out great, went and picked up the supplies, already had the stairs. The job ended up under the original estimate for the project. Will use him again for other projects.

He did a good job on the things he did. My only complaint was he charged by the hour and he was a little talkative. I was very pleased with him. He came when he said he would and was prompt.

I have used Andy on multiple occassions for various handymen work for one of my rental properties. Andy is extremely reliable, dependable, and does high quality work. I would recommend him to others and plan to continue to work with him for my needs.

Andy put us at ease right away. We had a bad experience with someone else, who led us to think our problem was too big to be easily solved. Andy said it would not be a problem and immediately told us what he would to do to fix our staircase. He provided a quote pretty quickly, and we arranged to have him come out and do the work shortly thereafter. We received prompt service, and follow-ups. We would recommend his services to anyone.

He was very professional, prompt and pleasant. To fix the window functioning he identified the piece that needed to be replace and directed us to the company to order the piece from. Replacing the broken component was actually a pretty quick diy fix, so he just described to us what to do, how to do it and then when the component finally arrived from the company we just fixed the window ourselves.

I had a great experience. He came and did the job quickly at a great price.

Andy showed up at the appointed time and took care in assessing what was wrong with my door and how it could be fixed. Rather than taking the easy (and expensive) way of simply replacing my door, Andy tried a number of fixes that, as a group, took care of my problem and saved me a lot of money. He was very friendly to my family (and dog), and provided me with a great and satisfied experience. I will be using and again and again for any home repair needs in the future and will happily recommend him to anyone!

Andy was prompt and professional and was able to complete this job for us without us having to be present which was appreciated. I will be hiring him in the future for other projects.

Andy was right on time. He is efficient and knowledgeable. He gave us various price options on our first meeting, and suggestions to save money. I had my list ready and he fixed everything in a timely manner. When he was done he asked if there was anything else he could do before he left. He cleaned up when he was through .His pricing is very fair. Above price includes back door, lumber etc.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. I have already scheduled another job with Andy to fix some fascia and soffit problems at the same location.

We found Andy on Angies List - and are we glad! Andy is responsive and punctual. We had bad luck with handymen before - they wouldnt show either for the estimate or for the work. You can tell Andy is reliable. I appreciate that he is reachable via email - and responsive here too. Last week he sent an email flyer about gutters - what a great way to market to us. He always sends a thank you note for working with us, separate from the invoice. I think he has a well run business. I would not hesitate to call Andy for anything - including work he has to contract out.

Andy came to my house a few days after I called him. He examined the work to be done and offered suggestions about preparing the garage for the work to be done. A few days later he called me with the price , which was very reasonable. He also called me the day before the work was to be done to check if I was ready for him. He was very punctual and completed the projects faster than I expected. He does outstanding carpentry work, is very neat and has great carpentry skills.

When we got to the apartment for the first time, we found out that the wall into which the door was to be installed was just a divider placed in an opening between the living room and a hall. Andy was able to propose a good, workable and safe solution to the problem. We proposed that solution to the landlord and I am sure it would have been fine. However, the landlord did not want to have a formal lease and that, plus some other red flags, led me to find another apartment for my daughter. Throughout this experience, Andy acted with the utmost professionalism. He was patient and adapted to the situation. He also pointed out potential problems both in the construction and in dealing with what appeared to be a landlord who did not follow proper procedures. He was really decent throughout the process. Not all handymen would have been as supportive as he was. He made what was otherwise a difficult and unpleasant experience into one that was much more tolerable. I compensated him for his time, but Andy charged a very reasonable fee. He exhibited very good ethics. He also contacted me later to ask whether my daughter had found another apartment. She had. All in all, a very positive experience with Andy.

Andy came prepared for a day's worth of work. He declined to do a job he felt would be better done by someone else. He also gave me advice on how to easily fix something myself. He consulted on some other projects that we will have him do in the future.

He did excellent and I plan to call him back for additional work.

All the work Andy has done for us was done on time, expertly, and efficiently. His pricing was also 15% under the other quotes we received. Great guy and his team is great too. Thanks. We'll use him again.

Andy arrived on time, got a sense of the project, asked qualifying questions and then got down to it. Andy is a professional.

Any was prompt and courteous. It took a little longer than expected but Andy was able to fix the problem when two family members were not able to do so. I'm thrilled. Andy gets right to work when he arrives and explains problems, concerns as he goes along so there are never any surprises.

Andy was amazing. I got an estimate from another company and they quoted $1300 for the job Andy did for $275. The quality of the work is impeccable and there's no mess. He explained the timetable for the job and he stuck to it. He also sent me a letter saying he was looking forward to working with me, he sent reminder emails and phone calls. He explained the job and what he was doing. I am already planning another job for him.

He was good and I am going to use him. He is going to do the work for me in August.

Our shower was leaking into the living room ceiling. One carpenter recommended that he cut open the drywall and take a look to see where the leak is coming from. I called Andy and he said he recommends sealing the drain first to see if it stops the leak because it would be less costly and I wouldn't have a hole in my ceiling. Sure enough, the water stopped leaking once Andy grouted the whole shower. His expertise saved me money and he was very honest in his work. I will definitely call him for all my repairs and handywork.

They did a great job; I have nothing but positive to say about them. The cost was between $250-$400. I think the price was a little high.

Mr. Wehrli came by the house to give us a bid on pressure washing and staining our deck. The meeting went ok, but I could tell that Mr. Wehrli didn't want to do the pressure washing, he wanted us to do it. I told him the reason we were hiring the job done was because we didn't have the time to do it. Well, he never said no he wouldn't but would prefer that we did. Mr. Wehrli gave made some observations, took some measurements and said he would get back to me about a bid price. When I didn't hear from him after a couple of days, I called and left a message. No answer, no return call, no further follow up. I stopped trying and went with another company. The meeting with Mr. Wehrli was a waste of time.

Andy's been awesome. First, his quote for installing 16 shutters on the front of the house was almost $100 less than another handyman service we contacted. Then, his work was quick and professional (see the picture). On another job he's helping on, we had an issue with a leaky tile in our master shower, which led to some minor water damage in the corner of a carpeted room. He had two great suggestions. First, rather than rip up the whole carpet and replace all the trim as we originally figured we'd have to do, he suggested we just clean up the carpet as we had a bit of time, and he'd replace the tack boards and make it look good as new. He also referred us to a great grout repair company that's going to spend a day fixing the leaky tile in the bath. Overall, he's saving us time, money, and headaches. He's been terrific. As we build our new home, we plan to use Andy to help install window treatments and do other misc. work around the place. We highly recommend giving him a call.
