The electrician arrived at the scheduled time and performed replacement of 2 new light fixtures and 2 new light switches. Very professional.

They performed thermal inspection of main electric panel. Checked GFCI functionality and provided recommendation.

Jeff came out and was able to troubleshoot a very troubling situation of having water dripping in through our circuit box. We have only owned our home for a couple of months and this development was quite troubling. Since we moved in, we had two other electricians look at it and were unable to come up with a solution. Jeff not only figured out why it was happening but also had a very logical solution to keep it from happening in the future. He was very polite, as was his fellow electrician who also worked on the job. I will definitely use Aact Electric again in the future.

David fixed several problems in our junction box and we are now very happy customers of Aact Electric. The a/c continues to run very well and has not stopped once since he was at our home.

Badly. Job could not be completed as per agreement. Contractor had ample time to personally preview job and at least twice I offered to take photos and send but contractor declined. At the end of the last part of the installation electrician said contractor would not allow job to be completed as described and my alternatives were to dismantle two hours of work or add costly new fixtures. This determination should have been made before work was started, not after almost 7 hours of labor.

The install went great! The technician showed up on time, explained the process, and immediately began the work. The conduit, sub-panel, switch, and breaker were expertly installed and fit as if they were there when the house was built. Upon completion the technician explained what he did and left our basement clean and looking the same as before he arrived. Aact will definitely be back to do our electric when we remodel the basement!

The job went very well especially because I didn't have to crawl through the attic to run pipe and pull wire myself. All the work was done very neatly and was completed in a timely manner. The workmen were very courteous and respectful. We were well pleased with the installation. This is not the first job that AACT Electric has done for us. Going back 20 years I recall the complete wiring of our garage which included 6 high intensity fixtures; wall outlets every 8' with ground fault protection; and a 100 amp distribution panel. More recently, the main distribution panel in our basement was upgraded to 200 amps and our new all seasons room was electrified. This involved wall outlets, Ptac heating and cooling unit, ceiling fan, ceiling fixture and outside lighting all on 3 way switches.

They cared about how I felt about things went the extra mile make sure things were well with me and my husband and was neat about their work.

For electrical I used Aact Electric, Inc. They came out on and off between October and now. The most recent time they came out was in March 2014. The approximate cost of services is about $14000. They completely replaced the high lightings of the house and that includes some drywalling, a lot of electrical putting in new lights – new ceiling lights, putting in general, putting in a new control switches for the entire ground floor. I am using them again for another piece of remodeling and that was good. They are very professional. They were only in Naperville you can only pick from those in electricians so I pick them up from the list because they have to have a license something like that so they have to be bounded with lot of stuff. They do commercial work as well. They are very excellent.

They are very professional. They never leave an apprentice alone. They are very smart and are always learning. They knew different electrical codes and let me know why the codes existed. They also knew the science behind what they were doing and explained everything. They are very tidy and punctual. This company is everything you would want from an electrical company.
