Jeff arrived within an hour of our call. He quickly determined that a few of the wires in the receptacle boxes for that room were not connected. We believe that the machine that the carpet installers used to glue down the carpet overloaded one of the boxes and the backstab connection came loose from the socket due to the heat. Jeff rewired the receptacle and secured it. He also checked and rewired the other receptacles in that room. We are going to have him come out and do the remainder of the house soon due to concerns around the state of the other connections. We would highly recommend Jeff.

Jeff and his crew were amazing! They came prepared with a generator for while the electricity was off and I did not even have to worry about power being off to my salt water aquarium. He and his crew were professional, punctual, and prices were extremely reasonable. He double checked some existing lines and realized a newly installed A/C compressor was not wired correctly and fixed it on the spot for free!

Called Jeff due to an electrical smell coming from one room. Jeff was able to come out to the house within a few hours and was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem. He spent time explaining the situation and his prices were extremely reasonable. He will be my go to person for any electrical work in the future.

Overall everything went very well. We had a little difficulty with scheduling in the beginning, but Jeff always stayed in contact and we did get an appointment worked out. The electrician arrived as promised and did a great job with all of the installations. We would definitely hire Aact again.

Everything went very well. He was about 20 minutes late due to finishing up an earlier service call later than planned.

I bought the deal to install a ceiling fan off of Angie's List. We had some initial troubles getting the appointment schedule and I believe I was rescheduled 3 times before we actually got the work done. One of the days we agreed upon, he failed to show up and didn't call until much later in the day to apologize as the job before me went longer than expected. I understood, but a call before the appointment would have been better so I didn't have to wait around. He did a good job with the install. There was a bit of a communication challenge between him and us, which created rework. Because of this I was charged extra for the time to finish. When I received the invoice for the extra amount paid I was a bit confused to why some of the charges weren't discussed up front. Either way the work was done well.

It worked out well! They ended up working for longer than 2 hours, it probably was $300 or $400 total. The cost seemed a little expensive. I felt overall the quality was good, I might try someone else to see if their price is better, but then again I prefer good quality. Workers were friendly.

Great! Installed 3 light fixtures. Arrived exactly on time, was very professional, did a great job. I would use them again.

Jeff fixed a number of items including installing outside lights. Done professionally , on time and reasonable price. The labor cost was for the light install which I needed to buy the lights. I would recommend Aact Electrical for anyone needing this type of work or to take advantage of an Angie's List special

Jeff was professional, prompt, and experienced. Cared about doing quality work. He worked very carefully to figure out what outlets we incorrectly wired that had caused the breaker to pop. (he even cleaned up a few outlets that were wired poorly and even spotted a bad circuit breaker) It was comforting to know that he has over 30 years of experience. He installed the ceiling fan with out a hitch. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Jeff came out after normal business hours, did an inspection, and had an estimate to us the next day. In addition to the panel upgrade, he quoted on a few other items we want to upgrade...GFI outlets and a smoke detector system. Very professional, informative, and prompt. In all our correspondence, whether by phone or email, he has responded very quickly. We've not yet scheduled any work as we are needing to figure this into our budget but we fully intend to call Aact Electric when the time is right.

The electrician was great showed up on time and was very friendly. Explained the repairs and came in well under the 2 hours that I purchased. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent! The cable TV installer showed up after Bob left and even commented on what a quality job Bob did. Bob was on time, efficient, cleaned up after himself and was priced reasonably. I'm very pleased.

The technician was prompt, courtious and did an excellent job on the install.

Dave the electrician who performed the project was fabulous. He completed the ceiling fan project, and despite several obstacles, maintained a positive can-do attitude. Dave was able to bypass the Minka-Aire remote system, which was the source of the problems I was experiencing. Another electrician I hired through Angie's List for the project became frustrated after looking at the Minka-Aire remote fan specs, and told me he did not want to attempt the work. Dave, in contrast, would not let the fan win! He remained patient even though the project took longer than originally anticipated. He also identified and rectified a conduit code violation which originated from the electrician who originally installed the fan, and kept me informed of the status of the work as it proceeded. He wasn’t daunted by having to work in the hot attic, and didn’t whine or complain as others have done. He accommodated my work schedule and arrived late afternoon. I truly appreciate his attention to detail. I was stunned when he offered me a choice of either a beige or a white control switch, and was further amazed when he asked whether I preferred the light switch or the fan toggle closest to the doorway. Those small things do make a difference to the customer, yet contractors typically fail to offer customers such choices. He was extremely neat, and picked up even the small pieces of drywall debris. He pointed out that the closet light fixture glass was separating from the frame, and even suggested replacing two burned-out bulbs in the fixture, although it took time for me to find the bulbs. He waited to reinstall the light fixture and fan while I cleaned them, and understood and appreciated my anal behavior, and took the time to wipe minor fingerprints off the fixture base. He willingly replaced a bulb a fan/ceiling light bathroom fixture which I couldn’t reach. In addition to knowing what he is doing, he is pleasant, polite, and friendly, attributes seen more and more infrequently in today’s service businesses. I would also like to compliment company owner Jeff Rittgarn as well. I truly appreciate the fact that his company provides flexible scheduling and continued follow-up to schedule the project at a time which was convenient to me. Both Jeff and Dave returned my phone calls. Flexible scheduling and responsiveness seem to be a rarity today.

It went well. Read the fine print, the cost did not include labor and materials. I still haven't figured out what I paid Angie's list for initially.
