Description of Work: In the description of Mr. Rosian's ad, It was mentioned that he would sand the deck. He told me that Angie's List made an error in what he offered. Needless to say that I was disappointed because sanding the deck was what drew me to the add. What he did do was good. I felt confident after he left that the deck was in good physical shape and I could go on and have it power washed and painted. He wanted more money than I could afford for him to complete the work on the deck. But, that was my call. I'm sure he would have done a good job. What ever the cost of the special was, is what I paid. I don't remember.

thank you for taking the time to complete the review process . it's unfortunate that your deck is an original arsanate treated deck which consist of a by product / partial product of a poision call arsenic which is toxic when burned or caused to be an airborne partical which is how i explained it to you, my full intention was to have integrity in my statement and to provide you with good service, with what we had to work with. thank you for your business. michael rosian
