Michael was quick with the estimate and gave us a few options such as different woods or vinyl deck surfaces. Estimate submitted 7/17/15. We felt he was very responsive prior to the contract signing. After receiving a total of three bids, some much higher, we chose him because of the good reviews and the low cost. Contract signed and deposit made 8/12/15. We were not in a hurry to get the work done, so work was scheduled to begin in a month or two. Workers came in late September and took 2 or 3 days to finish. Job done 9/30/15 complete with village inspection sticker. I stained the cedar before it got too cold, and will stain the pine structure this summer. We are very happy with Michael's product and service.

This review is long overdue! Last spring, Mike and his crew built a beautiful deck for us. He was always easy to reach by phone if we had any questions throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. Hire him if you want someone who is punctual, courteous, and does exactly what they promise.

I was able to get an estimate and plan for doing the service in the future. Michael was very nice and thorough and followed up with me on the estimates even though we played phone tag for a while.

This is the third "big deal" that I purchased that was never fulfilled. I will not renew my membership.

Mike and his crew arrived at the time they said they would to begin the job. Because Mike is so particular with his work, he designed the beams and lattice for our pergola prior to starting the actual "dig" work at our home which was a life-saver because it cut down on the actual "construction time" in our yard. He uses the finest material that he hand-picks himself to ensure that the quality of his work lives up to his name. He provided the conduit for the electricity we anticipated installing in and around the pergola and he also installed the lighting on the beams that really brings the pergola to life in the evening hours. Because landscape work needed to be updated around the pergola, Mike worked hand-in-hand with our landscaper which also made for a very pleasant experience with the transitions needed in a yard project. This is the second project we have used MJR (Mike) for and I highly recommend him for any project. Our other project, which consisted of two cabanas were so well-built, we knew we couldn't go wrong with hiring Mike to install the pergola in our yard.

Mike was on time and began work immediately. He was very punctual when it came to calling inspectors throughout the project and we never had an incident with regard to any of the inspections necessary. Mike designed and installed two separate, but connected cabana areas (one of which is attached to our house in the yard). The other cabana area, which houses an in-ground hot tub, is attached to the initial larger cabana. Mike uses the best material possible that he hand-picks himself which is extremely important to achieve the highest quality workmanship. He installed the roof for the cabanas which he matched perfectly with our existing house and all the gutters and soffits that also match perfectly with our existing house. He gave us many options to choose from with regard to cosmetic additions to our cabanas including designer pole covers with crown. Mike is extremely confident in the work he provides and will be honest with you if he feels something will or will not work. It has been 4 years since we had the cabana installed and are still extremely happy and confident in the structures. Both cabanas could withstand a Florida hurricane and that's no exaggeration. We are so confident in Mike's workmanship, we had him install a beautiful pergola in our yard over the bar by our pool. We have had many compliments from family, friends and neighbors with regard to the cabanas and pergola and could not be more happy with the work Mike has performed. To all of you looking to find an honest, hard-working contractor, Mike's your guy.

We were very pleased to finally have a deck that was attached to our pool. We met with Mike and brainstormed some ideas of a deck that would work well with our family. Mike was great and answered all of our questions. His crew did a fantastic job on our deck, and it was done in just a couple of days.

The process went very smoothly. Mike came out and was very patient working through multiple design options until we finally settled on one. He provided a list of addresses for us to look at and actually go see his work product. He remained in contact between contract signing and when the work started, reassuring me he would be on schedule. And then he actually started ahead of schedule and got the entire project done in three days! The workers were all professional and Mike was involved in the project the entire time.

Mike has done a few jobs for us and always does great work. His crew is great. Job site stays neat and orderly and he delivers on time. He works with me whenever I have a question and takes the time to explain things to me. I don't hesitate to recommend him to others. Most recently, he re-routed stairs leading from our upper deck to the ground level in our backyard.

The job went well. The only delay was due to weather.

Mike was very prompt and courteous. He came to give me initial estimate and brought an array of photos to show different ways of construction, style and color. Once project began his crew was knowledgable and very efficient. Mike was on site a good potion of the time and always attentive to my satisfaction. He truly went the extra mile, at no cost to me, for the little things that needed to be tweeked so that I was happy. The construction of the pergola beats all others and is worth every penny I paid. I would definitely use this company again for future construction projects.

The original deal was purchase march 16th. Shortly after the owner came and inspected the deck and said what he could do. We set up a date for one week from that day. Right before the appointment, the owner called me to say he would have to reschedule. This cycle has happened for the past 6 weeks. Every week he has called to cancel and reschedule for the next week, and we just want to have the work done. I am very frustrated with the process. I called to let the owner know that I wanted to cancel and he told me to 'go ahead and cancel.' I want to people aware to be cautious when hiring this service provider.

It was very good. He explained everything before starting and was very friendly. He then gave me a quote for something else I asked about.

Good, just a bit more that we wanted to pay at this time.

I had some water in the lower family room, damage that was due to a leak from a refrigerator in my kitchen. I called Mike Rosarian who came and gave me an estimate and then did the job. He and his crew came in, took care of fixing the ceiling and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to do anything after they left, the place was "spic and span." I highly recommend MJR Decks in the person of Mike Rosian.

During the process of Mike Rosian and his crew finishing our basement, the crew was always punctual. They were actually done ahead of schedule and it was good quality. There were a couple of times that Mike said he would come on a Saturday and he did not show up. Mike always checked with us on any up-charges for items installed over the estimate. The crew was professional and courteous. Although there is no guarantee of work performed, Mike told us if there was ever a problem with any of his work that we could call him and he would come fix it. Recently after calling him, I asked if he could come fix a few items in the basement that was work performed by him and his crew and he will not return my phone calls!

I called MJR Decks because of a circular found by my door. He gave me an estimate, I checked out his work at other houses and gave him the job. He did a wonderful job and so I asked him to do the other work as well. I am completely satisfied with his work.
