Gotcha Covered Window Fashions is a family owned business serving customers in the South, Southwest and West Suburban areas of Chicago, IL. Commercial and residential customers can rely on us for quality window treatment products and excellent service. The company is owned and operated by Patricia and Phillip Supple. Pat and Phil, married for 45 years, have four children (all married) and eleven grandchildren (and counting!). They are totally focused on the custom window treatment business and pride themselves on being highly knowledgeable about every aspect of their business. Description of Work: Installed 6 inside window shutters in living room. Lower shutters open manually. Three upper shutters are battery motorized. Upper shutters did not fit and were re-ordered causing a seveal month delay before project completion. Problems with motorized shutters continue till present day with remote and battery replacements. Overall, owner and employees were vry professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were responsive to resolve our ongoing problems. We would use them again but we wouldn't by any other battery operated shutters.

Excellent, see work performed.
Description of Work: I have had problems with my Hunter Douglas Luminettes since the day I purchased them. (July of 1998) They hung wrinkled and rods were not working properly. I contacted many other companies that would not have anything to do with these Luminettes, because I did not purchase them from their store. I contacted Gotcha Covered, spoke with Phil Supple, owner of a new Mom & Pop shop. Phil came out to my home, discovered the problems and contacted the manufacturer; He really got the ball rolling. He ordered new traverse rods for both of my Patio doors, came out with his wife Pat, and installed the new rods. They worked fine, but the fabric was still not right. Once again Phil contacted Hunter Douglas and explained the problems. He had Hunter Douglas make new Luminettes for us. He came out and installed them and they are now hanging without a problem. There should be more people like this in the industries. They sure take pride in their work. Gotcha Covered, keep up the great work.
