Responded quickly to call for estimate. Viewed window treatments in home. Unable to make a selection. Went to showroom some days later. Some of our choices were no longer available or backordered. We were able to make a selection however. Notified later by email that fabric choice that was in stock had different dye lots so colors would not match. Had to wait an extra week of two for shipment. Despite advice that we would be notified when shipment arrives that did not happen. I called to find out status. Appointment was made for 9/11 install. Went well. Noticed that a difference in dimension between dining room and living room valences. Pat said they were only a 1/2 inch off and nobody would notice. Obviously, I noticed and that is important because I'm paying the bill. Phil (co-owner) stated that installer would touch up areas where brackets were removed if I could provide paint. On installation day I had paint available. Pat (co-owner) said: oh no one would notice spaces left by old brackets because the valence would cover it. Fortunately, the installer (Tarik) said he would do it - and he did. There should have been no hesitation to fulfill their service commitment. There was a snag in one of the sheer panels which Tarik was able to pull it through and he cut off hanging threads from the vertical panels of all the sheers. I was disappointed in the quality of workmanship of the sheer panels. Overall, I thought the project was over-priced and the quality of sheers was not great (see above). The installer did a good job. Mrs. Supple (Pat) is a very nice lady. Very personable. But I wish she had spent more time following up on the design of the valences and the details of the order status; and less time regaling us with the details of her wonderful personal life and singing voice Every project is different and if you choose this provider you may have a more wonderful experience than we did. Our experience was okay - just not great.

All went well. Very good,professional service. Ask for directions to tore, a little har to fing. Good selection of product and helpful salesperson.

They did a great job and I am pleased with their work. The owner is a little slow with returning calls, however. I found some scratches on the blinds and called to see how I could fix it. He never returned my call. The technicians were very nice and precise in their measurements. Nothing was installed incorrectly and everything was perfect. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and scheduling was easy. I just recommended them to 2 other people.

The service went well. One of the blinds was not exactly the color I wanted once they were delivered. They were happy to replace the blind with the correct color. One technician came out for the job. He did an excellent job and was professional. I would recommend the company to others.

They stayed behind their words. If there are any issues, they are out there first hand and no issues. They're very proactive. Their customer service is just awesome. People tend to like that shop at home and they have a storefront that people come in and take a look at the options that they have there. It's just overall a very good experience with them. They're very detail-oriented. If they say they're gonna be there at a certain time, they're there. They're very professional. They kind of tell you what to expect so you have an idea. They do things that are very competitive. Price is expensive but they're competitive. People are getting not only just good quality products but good service behind the product. I haven't heard anyone have any complaints about the quality or the workmanship that's done. They're definitely very kind and generous. I always refer them to my clients.

My patio blinds (purchased from another retailer) came crashing down, and at least 6 other blind companies and handymen said I'd have to wait up to three weeks for an appointment. Gotcha Covered answered my call immediately, and sent out a repair man within 24 hours. Employee was very professional and prompt. I have confidence my blinds are up for good!

First dealt with Jennifer at the showroom to see what was available. Then owners Pat & Phil Supple visited our home 3 times showing samples, providing ideas, measuring and pricing. Jeff and his partner took a whole day to install everything. We purchased a combination of Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds, lined pleated side drapes, matching cornice and tiebacks for a large 5 panel parlor window::Hunter Douglas verticals and matching cornice for a corresponding large patio door: and a micro-metal blind for a kitchen window. Not only were our wishes met, they were improved upon. My husband and I felt that we were getting true help from professionals who wanted to make us happy and took pride in their work. The installation went flawlessly, we were consulted each step of the way. They were extremely neat. We had received other quotes that were in the same ballpark. However even though Gotcha Covered was NOT the cheapest provider, we felt we would be receiving an extra level of quality and expertise. I could not be happier with the results. My windows are beautiful and have received many approving comments from others. The biggest surprise was having them installed not only before Christmas, but before Thanksgiving. The other provider would have been after the New Year.

Although we moved into a home that was 10 years old, there were no window coverings. Seriously none at all. We saw this company had good reviews and were located near our new home so we called them. We did for balance also call one other company and had them come out as well. The two quotes were quite similar to each other, not decision-making money so to speak. However the folks at Gotcha Covered were personable, super nice, explained things well, had a great selection and showroom, so the choice was easy.

We worked with Phil and Pat Supple several years ago when ordering window coverings for a new house. When we needed window coverings for my husband's new business, we knew who to call. Phil and Pat came out, listened to our needs, made recommendations, assisted in selecting product, measured and took our order. Their prices were more than fair. Although we hadn't placed an order from them in more than five years, we knew they were the right people to reach out to. The installation was completed yesterday and as expected, everything was just as promised. The windows look fabulous. In a time when many vendors are just looking at "dollars," Phil and Pat understand the value of relationship building. They work hard at it and their customers are better for it. We will continue to recommend them to family, friends and business associates.

We were looking to replace all the blinds in our house. The old ones were mostly being held together with binder clips or were not working at all when we moved in. Randy came and measured and helped me decide what the best options were for the various rooms. Not feeling particularly talented at interior design it was nice to have someone who could suggest color and texture. They ordered the blinds and about 2 weeks later came back and installed them all, taking the old broken ones down at the same time. It has been nearly a year and we are very pleased still with the quality and look of the blinds. I just recently contacted Randy to replace all the upstairs blinds.

They were prompt and punctual. They had a warranty program and charged only for the additional program. They were competitively priced and did a neat job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They are extremely professional. They have fair prices. Their work ethic is great. There was nothing I didn't like about them.

They were very nice. I had one window that wasn't measured right. They went right ahead and ordered a new one. The man who came out was very professional. He ever wore covers on his shoes and rubber feet on the ladder. It was very nice. He cleaned up and was very good about answering questions. So far everything has been all right.

It s working out very well. They are still doing the job. We did comparison shop and we decided to go with them. They have done what they said they would do. It will be done in about another day or two.
