Description of Work: They refinished our bathtub. It's a dirty, smelly job but the refinisher did an excellent job of keeping the mess contained and the bathtub turned out beautifully. We were given complete care instructions to maintain the new finish.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for tub refinishing For $279 at the end of March. It took forever to actually get in touch with them and their availablity was weeks out. The expenses kept adding up $40 travel fee from Orland Park; Drip kit $35-(should have been included but what are your alternatives in the moment) Additional $100 for an upgraded product since the tub surface was in such poor condition, to fill and level surfaces. Looked very nice, 100% improvement, however a little gritty whe you actually sit in the bath. Resurfacing is only guaranteed for one year. It will do for now but will start saving to replace tub next time. Money not well spent. Live and learn.

Description of Work: There were two guys. They were both pleasant but one was much more customer-oriented (he was not the main guy performing the work). It was very cold that day and he helped make sure they could ventilate their machine's output while keeping the cold out, which was appreciated. The other guy was not as much of a "people-person", but got the job done well. It did take longer than expected, but that was okay.

Description of Work: Dissapointed that they kept trying to sell me products I did not need. the overall look of the refinishing is just okay. I felt it could have been a better finish. I did tip the young man but felt he was not going to share the tip with the other gentlemen. I guess I got what I paid for.
