Description of Work: The technician arrived a little late, which wasn't a problem. He explained the process thoroughly and spent a long time masking the shower and room so the spray material wouldn't overlap outside the tub. The tub looks really white and is silky smooth. We are getting ready to sell the house the tub is in and the whole bathroom now looks more inviting.

Description of Work: This company did what they said they would do and even extended the time for us to get it done. My problem is not with the company, but with the rules one needs to follow to keep the product in good condition. I had this refinishing done in a rental unit and tenants are unlikely to follow rules such as "don't put shampoo bottles in the corners of the tub." I did not realize a refinished bathtub would be so delicate.

Description of Work: Refinishing of a bathtub. When they first came in and put their bucket of supplies in the tub, before even starting, they cracked off the soap dish in half off the wall. They said they could repair it and it would look better than when first installed. They did repair it, however the area where it was repaired is visible, not what they promised. The porcelain refinishing had to be done twice and looked polished only on the edge of the tub. The rest was either slightly glossy or a matte finish--it looks as though someone took a spray paint can and lightly sprayed over the tub. At one point, you could see through the paint to the tub beneath. They came back a total of three times to complete this service, not done in one day. (I had the tub reglazed before about 18 years ago, so I know what to look for.) They were very nice when here, however, my opinion of what a tub should look like when glazed differed from theirs.

Description of Work: Refinished a dated green bath tub to a beautiful white! A little smelly at first but it looks great. Jake was very knowledgeable and left us with good information about care for the new finish.

Description of Work: When told I needed color bone, I was told it would be an added charge. This was okay . I had to tell them the maker of the color. I provided this. He told me he would have to get the paint and call me back. I did not hear from him. I want a refund.

Description of Work: The tub refinishing went very well. Tech hung plastic, ran exhaust tubes, and did a good job. My tub went from an awful green to a really nice white.

Description of Work: I had to pay extra for "Kohler Bisque" color to match the toilet. The finish is beautiful, just like new!!
