Description of Work: The bathtub looks great! The service person was easy to work with. The only problem was that they lost my first service appointment. We waited for four hours, but no one showed up. When I called, they had mistakenly canceled my appointment. They did reschedule us within two weeks and the work was done. |I would use them again with no problem.

Description of Work: A&M refinished our cast-iron tub, after we purchased the service from an Angie's List 'Big Deal' advertised by email for bathtub refinishing for $279. They responded quickly to schedule the service with available dates, and promptly responded to emails. We also called with a couple questions, and they were courteous and helpful in answering everything. They arrived promptly, worked neatly, and were respectful and did a nice job. | |For us, this was part of a complete bathroom remodel, gutted down to the studs. In hind-sight, we probably should have spent the extra money to replace the tub instead, however for a similar quality tub as what we had would've cost $1000 more than the refinishing did. The refinished tub looks great, don't get me wrong. However during installation of the faucet fixture I dropped a tool, which scratched the newly applied finish. It's basically a paint-job like done on a car, and is easy to damage if you drop something metal or scratch with abrasives. I think a new tub would've been much more durable, and next time will probably just buy new instead. A&M did do exactly what we paid them to do, and did a great job at it, and we are pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I purchased a tub refinishing Big Deal. While disappointed to learn that our tub was larger than size covered in deal, the additional cost was fair. The technician was courtesy and prompt. We received helpful paperwork on how to best maintain the tub at the completion of his project. Overall, I'm very satisfied with service and value for cost.

Description of Work: Andre & Conception are very professional and arrived right on time. They had to work in a very small bathroom and yet they made it look easy. I didn't realize how messy this job can be but Andre kept all of the dust contained and the bathroom was spotless when he left. When he was done cleaning up, he took all the time I needed to teach me how to care for the new tub properly. I highly recommend AANDM PROFESSIONAL REFINISHING and I plan to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Andre was very professional during the whole process, from initial communication to final execution. He took care of the tub refinishing in a timely manner and was especially detailed with future maintenance and care. His "helper" was also nice and friendly and they both provided a very painless experience.

Description of Work: They refinished our bathtub. There was a left over grit all over. The nice man said they would come back to sand. There are also permanent water like drips on the decorative tile above tub

Description of Work: refinished bathtub. turned an ugly yellow bathtub into a gleaming white beauty of a bathtub. The process was explained to us. Everything was cleaned up afterwards, care and maintenance was explained (removing of the paper protecting walls and floors).

Description of Work: They were very responsive, but their initial refinishing needed considerable additional repair, which they did promptly. We later determined that we could have had the same treatment for slightly less.

Description of Work: I purchased 2 bathtub re-sealing services from A&M Refinishing but after several emails with Andre it seems that they do not remove the taping or caulk after sealing the tubs although this detail is not covered in the description of the service. He told me I could pay another $300 for that to be done. At Andre's suggestion I purchased a tub caulking service for $175 only to be told that A&M Refinishing should be removing the tape and caulking (at no extra charge) and that $300 is an outrageous sum to charge for that. As I feel I am not being treated fairly at this point I would like a credit for these 3 services - 2 tub refinishes and 1 tub caulking. I will investigate other tub refinishing offers and contact them about the specifics before I buy! Mary Mahon

Description of Work: Not only was the work they did very nice, but they were extremely professional and nice while there, took a lot of pride in what they did, and made sure we knew how to take care of things going forward.
