I have already rated this service and as I indicated earlier he was prompt, courteous, explained the process well and did what he promised. I am happy.

A little tough to make the appointment but eventually set a date. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and did a great job. The contractor who remodeled our other bathroom took a look at their work. He took one of the cards they left and plans on recommending them to his clients who want to have their bathtubs refinished. I would also recommend them.

Went pretty well. The tub looks great and has stood up well since we had the work done a few months ago. We took off the glass shower doors & brackets so the work could be done, and I understand, for liability, why they don't remove the doors. They communicated these details to us. The only down side was that the worker removed the caulk around the tub, left the tape & paper up, then never came back to re-caulk the tub. We didn't know or expect to finish the job with caulk and clean up.

.There was a mix up on the date and even though Andre was not able to get out on the day we had originally agreed on, he was accommodating and still made it out that week. There seemed to be a discount for doing your own room prep (taping, covering walls, etc.). The work looks great. We would use him again in the future.

The service for that big deal worked out fine. It was fine. I had no problems with it. The tub looks great. I wish they had said something about being recommended that they do this sealant and that it would be extra. What stood out the most about the company when they came out was that they were concerned about my cat which I appreciated because of the odor. I did not see when he did the refinishing because he had it sealed off because of the odor as best as he could. They had what I guess they had what they call 'a negative vacuum' thing where it went out the front window and throw as much of the odor out as they could because 'the odor evens out the odor's priest' and they did warn me about that. He sprayed and he did tape all of the area in the bathroom because I just had it retiled. He had that all well taped and then he did the finishing. When he did finish it, it was smooth. It was like a porcelain finish. They seem to be competitive for the price. I looked through and people were talking about how much it was going to be and that seemed to be what it was. It looks great for the quality. Their responsiveness was very good. They were right on time. They didn't mention the extra thing that I had to pay for ahead of time.

the worker was excellent. He covered the walls and doors. he used plastic to sealed himself in the bathroom to prevent the materials he used from going throughout my house. the job lasted from 9:30 to 4:30. The tub looks new. I am very please with the work.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, they were very nice, they explained the process and everything was done in a timely fashion. It was quality work. I can't complain.

It all went well,but it took so much longer than I had anticipated. It was an all-day project and there was quite a residual smell for a few days. Other than that, the tub is bbeautiful

They refinished our bathtub, were punctual and neat. There was a problem with the finish, I called and they came out quickly to remedy the problem.

It took 5-6 weeks from original call before they could schedule us. Had to call back and have several spots retouched. Took about a month to get appointment for the follow-up. They were helpful, and there was no charge for the follow-up.

Went very smoothly. Only item was the upcharge for reported damage to the tub he had to spent extra time polishing and repairing. Understandable given the tub had not been refinished in decades.

BI bought the deal for bathtub refinishing and made a date. I got a call the day before but the call was obviously from a cell phone and was so garbled and full of static I did not understand most of what he said. I assumed it a call confirming the appointment. He called again the next morning and told me about all the things that had to be covered or removed from the bathroom. I said I couldn't possibly have all of it done before he got here. We made another date for June 22nd. He sent me an email confirming the date. The 22nd came and after he was an hour late I called and asked if he was coming. His answer was no, because I never answered his email. We made another date for June 23rd. When he got here, he said he wanted another $100 because my tub was not confined between two walls and was exposed on one end. He told me either I pay the extra $100 or get a refund .I agreed to give him the extra $100 because I'm putting the house on the market and need the work done (plus I haven't been able to use this bathroom for two days). But then he said there was something else... my bathroom window was not adequate to ventilate his equipment and he would have to set up a ventilating system with a hose run through the house to another window. Enough... I asked for a refund. I had the impression that this man clearly did not want to do the job. It was the worst project I have ever had (not) done - and not any real bargain, either!!

Aandre is very professional. There was a slight peeling with the refinish a few mo the after the job but he came and addressed it, as part of his 1 year warranty.

I learned after the tub was refinished that it's actually painted with a paint very similar to what is used on cars. The smell after the tub was painted was incredibly bad for the first 24 hours. I found the smell to be almost unbearable for 8 hours after it was painted. The tub looked great after it was done, however I should have been told what to expect regarding the smell when the appointment was made.

The service was provided very quickly and on the day I needed them to be there. They called up and gave me things that need to be prepped on my end so when he got in there he was able to start right away. he got there when he said he would set up and started in right away finished in five hours and had It all wrapped up. Went over the maintenance and care of the new finish with me before you left. The tub look brand-new.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company such as A and M, a so called referral from your website. I paid $279.00 for a tub refacing. When they finally showed up after a 3 week lead time for an appointment, they stated we don't need a refacing, (although I disagreed) we just need a touch up but I would still be charged the full amount because of the size of the touch ups. This is what I called a bait and switch) With that said, they did not have the proper tools needed to do it. The person who showed up said he needs to go to Michael's ( yes, Michael's) to buy what he needs. At that point we rescheduled for the Sunday that was coming up and as expected he did not show up. He called that morning and said he did not have the "equipment" needed. We then again rescheduled for this past Saturday and when he finally showed up, he stated that we do need a tub refacing after all. He then peeled off part of the tub (picture of the tub to follow on a separate email) and he literally walked off the job and left. I have purchased homes, cars, and had much more extensive home remodels faster and more efficient than this. This is the shadiest company that I have dealt with and your reputable company recommends them? At this point, I am out $279.00, an embarrassing tub that our guests now have to use this weekend, 2 ruined weekends in a row waiting for them to show up, and frustration beyond belief. At this point, with the HELL we have gone through, we are requesting the following: A refund of MY money for services not rendered. Suspension of their services on Angie's List, so no one else of good character has to deal with them. Identity a reputable company to finish this disaster at no cost to us. I look forward to a response.

Outstanding service! The person who came out was very professional. I had prepared the bathroom as I was instructed. My bath tub looks new. There was a slight problem with the drain, but the company came out again and fixed it at no charge. Now I clean my tub only with the products they instructed me to use. I also have to wax my tub. I thought it was strange, but my tub looks great. The tub was resurfaced in December and they came out in April to fix the area around the drain (problem area - my tub had a lot of rust around the drain before they refinished it). I will definitely call them again soon, to refinish a rental property tub.

It took a little too long to schedule for the work . I contacted Andre regarding the delay and he immediately scheduled and got the job done. He did an excellent job and we will higher him again.

The provider did a refinishing job on my tub. Overall, the job was completed within the time forecasted, but I cannot say I would seek the services again. Here's why.... The service provider did not tell me about an additional fee of $15.00 for travel until he got to my house. Additionally, the provider informed me, in order to get a more finished result I would have to pay an additional $125.00 to protect the finish. He did not tell me about these additions until he had started the job. So I was not happy with getting updates during the job that required me to consider additional charges. The job performed was fair. The tub had a new, white look, however, I noticed when taking a bath...the bottom of the tub, as well as in some areas on the side, felt like tiny pimples. So taking a bath is not comfortable. When finishing the job, the provider handed me a sheet of instructions and said "read this".... and without much explanation on his part he asked me to sign the document indicating I read the instructions. I wasn't too happy about his customer service approach.

I was not contacted until an hour and a half before the appointment after I had left a message for them. When they did contact me they obviously had not listened to my message. They gave many instructions including remove the door to the bathroom. I was not able to do that because by the time they called everyone else had gone to work and I could not remove the door myself. Once they arrived there were more instructions that I was not notified about before hand including access to an outlet on a different circuit than the bathroom and access to a window, also not in the bathroom, through which a large hose would run outside down to the ground and out to the street. All this information should have been provided before the appointment. Their explanation was that because the appointment was on a Monday, they are not open on Sunday and do not call customers then. A call on Friday would have been too hard for them? I did not feel comfortable with all the last minute instructions and information. I did not have them perform the work and sent them away.

They look great. It was cheaper than to get a new one. They did a great job on both of them. I paid an additional $100 for each tub, because the big deal was for a certain size, and the first one was deeper and bigger than the size, and the second one we paid for not only refinishing the inside, but also painting the outside. He worked with me with the colors, and he was very accommodating.

A&M was very prompt and professional throughout the process. The work was completed as promised and the tub looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of our questions.

Andre arrived on time and did a great job. Tub had many scars and chips. Now looks wonderful. I rate him an "A" on everything except price. I gave him a "B" on price because I purchased a "Big Deal" for $317 and when he started the job he told be that there was an optional "primer" that would make the job look even better. I don't recall seeing this in the original Big Deal so I consider it an upcharge which always leaves a little bit of a bad taste. Still, the work was top-notch, Andre was personable and professional and I am very satisfied all-told. Would recommend.

Arrived on time, explained all the details. Work performed in an orderly and professional manner with minimal intrusion. Results are excellent - would definitely recommend to others needing tub refinishing.
