Provider called me promptly to set up the appointment, and called the day before to confirm. The work was done well and the area was nicely cleaned up. We were left with clear instructions about the care of the tub. The charges were exactly as we expected and the finished product looks great.

Andre and his helper showed up on time and were very professional. He explained the entire process and kept me informed during the day. It took about 4 hours from start to finish. It was necessary to provide a window other than the bathroom window for ventilation. Had to remove a screen and they hung a tube out the opening to allow the fumes to be pulled from the bathroom. There was some lingering smell from the process but it went away in a day or so, All in all it was a very positive experience and I would recommend the service to anyone that wants a new-looking tub without going through a full replacement.

He did a great job and we are very pleased. I had this service done by another company years ago and it took them one hour. These guys took four and a half hours. They really took their time and did a lovely job. I spoke mostly with Andre, who was great to work with. Jake also helped and worked very hard. There was just a $15 fee for being over 20 miles away, which I knew going into it.

They were very professional and did a wonderful job. They made sure to protect everything else in the bathroom. They were hard working and made sure everything was done properly so it would last. They did a very good job explaining how to clean and take care of the new finish. It was greatly appreciated.

The cost was very reasonable as well. He responded quickly after I purchased the Big Deal. I let him know the work could wait but he was able to do the work quick after calling. He accommodated a weekend appointment with no extra charge.

They arrived in the time frame that gave. Andre gave all the details in what they would be doing. He asked if we had any pets, since he didn't want them affected by the fumes. We appreciated his concern. He even gave us his opinion on the right color for the tub (he was right). They were professional and worked hard for 4 hours. Andre gave us the warrantee and written instructions on how to care for the tub. He was extremely informative. The tub looks like new, and I would recommend them to anyone.

It went great. There was a little difficulty in scheduling the appointment but other than that all went smoothly. They did a really good job.

They did a competent job in terms of preparation. The surface has many flaws that are not repairable. There are places in the counter tops with uneven color. There are places where the surface has bubbled. Also, there is a place where there is a horse-shoe shaped stain.

I obtained the service though one of Angie's Big Deals, so the cost was less than I had been quoted by other refinishing companies. The company representatives arrived as scheduled; they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable about the service and very neat. They explained the resurfacing process and began setting up their equipment. The workmen set up a ventilation system to make sure fumes from the resurfacing materials did not linger in my home. They taped paper around the tub to protect wall and floor surfaces. They sanded the tub to remove damage caused by prior removal of the shower doors, and then applied the refinishing material. They completed the project in about four hours. After they finished they answered my questions and provided information regarding the company's warranty, tub maintenance and cleaning. I am very pleased with the result. The bathtub looks new. I highly recommend this company and plan to use them when we update our second bathroom. Great Job A&M!!

Service was prompt, professional and completed to my satisfaction. They took great care to keep fumes and mess to a minimum. Very satisfied with the result.

Jake came to my house at roughly 9am which was a perfect time. Not too early, not too late. He was very kind and professional. You could tell that he knew what he was talking about and I knew he was going to get the job right. I did not want to bother him while he was busy at work and I wanted to be surprised with the finished product. About 4 hours later he told me the job was complete. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my master suite and it looked like a brand new bathtub! It changed my outdated bathroom to new and shiney and sparkley!

Initially I was very happy with the work done, but now the refinishing is disintegrating. The color is fading and it is ugly again. When I called him to ask what he could do about this, he immediately started assuming that I had caused the discoloration to come back. He didn't even offer to come out and look and see what might be causing this. He handled himself, in my opinion, very unprofessionally, since he assumed I had done something to the tub.

This went very well. The team was professional. Left behind care instructions and also provided an asked-for quote to do two other projects in the house. The only thing I would recommend to the provider in the future is to tell customers that when refinishing a bathtub, a bathmat with suction cups cannot be used. It requires a bit of research to find a mat that will work.

Because the old coating was chipped in large patches, it needed to be completely stripped, which was $100 extra. Since I was told it might need to be stripped before the workers arrived, there were no surprises there. After they completed the job, I was surprised that we would not be able to use a tub mat with suction cups because it would ruin the finish. I wish I'd known that ahead of time, because I would have asked them to apply a non-skid surface.

Everything went well except that the coupon did not say that a travel charge would be added if outside their area. Otherwise, they did a great job.

I spoke with them on the phone and they were professional and friendly. I have a jacuzzi that I wanted relined, and they were upfront and said there would be substantial additional costs. I decided to get a refund instead.

I purchased a Angie's List Deal for bathtub refinishing and was able to schedule the service for a Saturday. Two technicians came in and everything in the bathroom was thoroughly taped off and covered to protect from the spray. It was a tight area and most likely challenging for them, but they did a good job. My one complaint is that the technician was hesitant or unable to provide a time estimate for the work when he started, so I couldn't plan around the work. (When I asked if it was a 2 hour thing or an all day thing, he wouldn't give me a straight answer and I had no idea what to expect). It ended up taking pretty much all day, which was fine - I just would have like to been able to plan for that in advance. The tub now looks brand new and I would definitely do this service again if needed.

I bought the coupon from Angie's List for $312.00 for the bathtub refinishing from A&M Refinishers and made the appointment. Andre and his worker arrived on time, approximately 10 am. Andre asked me if I wanted the strip of tile around the tub painted also. I said yes, he charged an extra $60.00 for that. There was no ventilation He had a some kind of loud machine(that did no good) with a giant hose that had big holes in it, and the fumes were very strong throughout the house. The bathroom door was open the whole time and when he finished there was dust all over the house, even the upstairs. Andre also told me that if there was anything that I was not satisfied with to call him and let him know and he would return free of charge. Well I removed the tape and paper coverings. The paint came off of the top of the tile , seems as though the tape was placed on the top the tile and the tape was painted causing the tape to stick to the tile and the tape, instead of placing the tape evenly along the edges of the tile, and there are places on the tub that could be touched up. I feel that a better job could have been done. I called Andre a couple of days later and informed him of this and he told me that he would call me by the end of week to let me know when he would be back in the area. That was over a week ago, he never called back.

After he measured and told me the additional fees of $200 I told him I did not want this done. I didn't really like the color's for the counter tops and he said the coupon is good for 6 months. I would like a refund

Phenomenally good prep and these guys worked very hard, trying to do a perfect job. It came out overall extremely good, with but one small area a bit unsmooth looking in the urethane coating/finish. The paint finish underneathe looks absolutely super! To fix that small spot might require undoing much of the work and redoing it again, which I don't want nor think is necessary. If Andre could buff that small area and reapply the urethane without a whole major job, only then it would make sense to call him back for it. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend him. The counters look so much nicer and the cost a fraction of ripping them out and replacing them. I have a year's warantee, and hopefully won't need anything fixed/redone. Thanks. Mrs. Lieberman

did not come out to give estimate before job was done. tub needed a extra $100 of work day of job. fumes were a lot worse than led to believe. heat from equipment yellowed and warped flooring.

Andre and his assistant arrived punctually and completed the work in 6 hrs. They cleaned up the bathroom carefully. I only had to let the new white finish dry completely and was then able to use the shower (tub) that evening. They brought the old tub back to life with a bright white finish. My only complaints are that there was an up charge totaling $165 for what he called a bright finish and because he had to travel just over 50 miles. Also, the results were strong and shiny on the top edges, but a bit rough on the interior sides. I am glad I had it done. I have seen other services located nearby advertise for under $400, so I might be inclined to use them on future jobs.
