A&M Professional Refinishing

They did an excellent job. They did not arrived at the appointed time mostly because of a communication SNAFU. |It's been a couple of weeks and so far so good. I would not hesitate to use A&M again if it ever becomes necessary. |

Work was done professionally. Installers explained the process before they started the work. Gave thorough instructions regarding follow necessary by me. Arrived on time. Cleaned up after completing the work. No problems.

They didn't do any work. Communication was fine.

It was fine. They did an okay job. I don't remember a whole lot about them.

The tub looks AWESOME. Jake who got the assignment at my house was professional, answered my crazy questions and made that ugly tub look Brand Spanking New. If your tub is an eyesore A&M is who you want to call. Thanks Jake you're the best!!!! C. BERISH

Andre explained everything he was going to do; he was very thorough. When it was time for the actual refinishing, he recommended that I move to an area away from the fumes. He was very polite & professional! The smell of the paint hangs around for a couple of days and then dissipates. Although we have not yet used the tub, it looks great!

It went fine. They were professional and they did a good job. They explained to us what they did and how we should take care for the new refinished job that they did on the tub. It was good.

The workers did a great job. They were very friendly and explained every thing thoroughly. The work they did was great! our old beat up bath tub looked brand new when they were finished.

I really have no complaints. Jake was on-time, friendly and professional and got the job done. There were no heavy up-selling tactics and I appreciated that. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I had this done about a year ago. I've had experience with refinishing before, where the paint all peeled off within months, or at the very least, had chips. This refinishing job still looks perfect! Flawless and not a chip or peel. Very nice job.

The worker was prompt, courteous and businesslike. He completely masked off everything in the room that was not to be affected, so there was no "incidental damage" to anything. Our tub looks like a brand new one. We are quite pleased.

The tub refinishing with A&M went well. It was a little difficult to get in touch with them at first but once they came out, they were very professional and courteous. I was a little a little put off about the $15 travel charge we were hit with on the day of installation since we called them and they said we were in their service range but it's not that big of a deal. Overall, I would use them again and would recommend to others.

Andre and his staff member did a great job. They explained the process in advance and again on the day of service. When they arrived they took the necessary steps to cover and protect other fixtures in each bathroom and to put up a barrier so that dust and particles. The process for both tubs took about 7 hours total. The tubs look brand new. I definitely recommend Andre and his team.

Company was very accommodating to my needs

Very pleased with the company, the service, and the result. Old, 1930's cast iron tub, already reglazed a time or two previously, was in bad shape. It now looks wonderful. Great job.

Very nice job. Andre was easy to deal with over the phone to schedule the work. He dealt directly with my building manager for insurance certification and other paper work. Jake, the guy who came, was prompt, courteous, clean, and professional. The tub looks like new.

Contacted the supplier several times, to discuss scope of work. Explained what we required and sent the SOW to him He sign, sent the quote for the extra work requested, and set a date to perform the work. He showed up on time, and the work was done as specified.

The new white bathtub looks fabulous. I will update this review in a few months once I see how the new finish holds up to use.

Request credit for work was not done

It went well. We had a leaky faucet, which drove up the original estimate. They were professional and did a fine job.

It was a good experience. Actually they had given me a scheduled date yesterday actually and I told them that I needed to have it done sooner if anyone cancel to let me know. They were very responsive and they called me twice. The first time I couldn't make it, the second time I could they came out and get it done. I would use them again in the future.

I did have to call twice to get the appointment, but, once on the docket, they came in on time, did the work efficiently, and the bathtub looks great.

Had an Angie's List deal for $279. Was charged an additional $100 for a second optional primer coat because of the existing avocado green color and a prior shower door that had damaged the top of the tub. Also an added $15 charge for being over 20 miles from the business. The tub looks good, but on closer examination you can feel and see many small air bubbles throughout the tub. At this point, I have not contacted the company about the problem because I am concerned that fixing the air bubble problem will cause an appearance issue.

This company informed me their work could not be done in a condo. So they suggested I get a refund. I wish they would have communicated that it does not work in condos.
