They offered ideas but were also highly respectful and responsive to ideas we presented, always saying "We can make that happen!", even when we had some really out-there requests like cutting a whole section of cabinets out around our 100 year old laundry chute and installing a stained glass window! Ryan and Jared are superb carpenters; their work is beautiful and they pay careful attention to detail. They had our kitchen completely demolished down to the plaster and back to being a functioning kitchen in just 4 weeks , including significant plumbing and electrical repairs and upgrades , as well as delays in shipping of a replacement for a damaged cabinet (not their fault!) and our new window. They have well-established relationships with a number of local subcontractors and vendors who are equally reliable and skilled, so the project moved along without any other delays.
