We thought everything was o.k. at 1st - friendly packers put everything in "this side up" boxes (their description not ours since there were no exterior marks) and told us to relax while they did the hard work (throwing the breakables into cardboard boxes without packing once we were out of their sight). We thought everything was o.k. while our things were being shipped. Then the rude driver arrived with little warning, threatening to drive off with our things if we didn't sign his legal forms, and proceeded to unload. My wife crossed out the legal mumbo-jumbo and wrote "not inspected" on the form thinking that would be o.k. (The driver didn't care he just wanted the form signed so he could unload without worrying about the damage). They denied our claim because "no exception taken" on the form that had to be signed prior to the unload. Boxes smashed, torn open, artwork damaged, crib broken, table broken, watch stolen, lost items "being tracked" (for over 4 months now), etc.

They didn t have all of our things here within a week, and we had to call and tell them that these items were missing. North American felt like they were not responsible for the missing items. They ended up making a counter complaint against us, but I won for $100.

North American Van Line was wonderful, and I would definitely use them again if needed. They were extremely professional and respectful of all our belongings. They took great care in moving. The crew was all very nice and took pride in their work.

They did a pretty good job moving anything. I was pleased with the service and the workers were very friendly and very careful with my things. They made sure to wrap them over and over again so that nothing would break. I would recommend this company to anyone.

North American Van Lines has moved us from Florida to North Carolina and now from North Carolina to Simpsonville. They did a good job with all the major moving and were real careful with our expensive items. They forgot the little things like putting screws back into the mirror frames. Nothing of value has come up missing which amounts for a lot. I can't remember the cost of this move but it was reasonable.

North American Van Lines were professional and on time. They were a really good company. They supplied boxes and the manpower to help pack. Everything was marked and labeled which made things so easy for us. They supplied three huge trucks to move us and they loaded my three cars also, which helped out on mileage. They didn't break anything and nothing was stolen. They stayed until I was totally satisfied. They did a really good job.

I was very pleased that American Van Lines did such an incredible job moving my things. Not one single thing had gotten broken or anything. The men were also very nice and considerate. They were very down to earth and very talkative to us upon moving. My husband paid for the services and did not complain so I take it the price was good and reasonable.

The workers were very pleasant and they did a good job of moving us into the other house. The people were very friendly and the work that they did was of good quality. I am very satisfied with every aspect of all the work that was done.

They made the move and transition very smooth. They took care of everything. Packed everything and was sure to wrap everything well. They put everything in the right rooms and areas. Most importantly everything got here in one piece. We were very satisfied with them. Ford Company paid for it.

North American Van Lines was a very bad experience. At first they seemed really good, but there were a lot of problems. They showed up late. We paid for insurance, which was nine hundred dollars extra, and some items were broken. They would not replace it, because they said we broke the contract by putting our stuff in a storage shed for two weeks.

Wally Smith (out of Tampa, FL) did a fantastic job. They were on time (early, actually). They packed and moved us. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS. THEY HELPED PACK ABOUT EIGHTY PERCENT OF MY BELONGINGS. WHEN WE ARRIVED IN MICHIGAN, I WAS VERY PLEASED TO SEE THAT NOTHING HAD BEEN DAMAGED..

I LIKED THAT THEY HAD A GUARANTEED PRICE AND NOT AN ESTIMATE. THEY HAD A FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR THEM AND ME. EVERYTHING ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY PACKED EVERYTHING VERY WELL. THEY DID NOT BREAK ANYTHING.

THE DRIVER WAS OUTSTANDING. THE OTHER MEN DID NOT SHOW UP TO HELP HIM DO THE MAJORITY OF THE WORK. THE DRIVER ENDED UP LOADING MOST OF THE BOXES AND FURNITURE BY HIMSELF. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND.

North American Van Lines did a real good job of moving me from Dallas to Humble. I was actually surprised they didn't break anything, and I was very happy that they showed up on time. I really liked that it didn't take long at all to pack the stuff in the house and put it in the vans. The price was very reasonable and the workers were polite and professional.

OVERALL I WOULD SAY THEY WERE GOOD. I KNOW I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE GOOD AT THEIR WORK, BUT THEIR PRICE IS ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE.

I THINK THEY UNDERESTIMATED US, BUT THEY PERFORMED BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE TRUCK DRIVER WAS VERY GOOD. I THINK THEY TOOK CARE FOR THE THINGS UPSTAIRS AND THEY BECAME TIRED WHEN THEY TRIED TO MOVE THINGS UPSTAIRS.

OUR LOCAL SALESPERSON (ERICA) WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCURATE IN HER PRICE ASSESSMENT. THE MOVING CREW WAS TIDY AND WORKED CAREFULLY. THEY MOVED US FROM CALIFORNIA TO DENVER AND ONLY ONE ITEM HAD MINOR DAMAGE.
