Horrible Experience. Worst Moving Company Ever.!!! Many of our things broken while apparently in their Atlanta Storage facility. Their Insurance Company is the worst ever you can imagine. Our mail box (and our neighbor's mailbox) was knocked down by the Moving Van truck when our things were being delivered to our new Florida home. It cost $350 to get it repaired and we still have not been reimbursed by North American Van Lines after 4 months of waiting. The Company deducted a large sum of money from the Driver's paycheck immediately after the mail boxes were knocked over but still has not paid us even after we're submitted receipts etc. to their "Claims Office". We will never use this Company again and we warn others not to use them either.

They did a great job! Nothing broke and they took care of everything.

I had many broken items and lost items . The packers even packed trash that we had to pay for !!!!!!!!! Lost refrigerator crisper container ??????

They showed up on time and helped us pack up some things that we were not able to get to. They did an excellent job and arrived with our belongings in Illinoise on time. I would highly recommend using this company.

They did not come until mid-day and stayed until 9 p.m. loading. We were given a price and it ended up to be twice as much and they would not deliver our furniture until I went to the P.O. for money orders. They would take no other payment and I didn't know where the post office was in our new city. We were missing some things upon unloa

It was very good and they were very customer oriented.

This was my very first experience with their service. They were very professional and took their time to make sure that everything was right. They called to inform me that they were running a little late and didn't keep me guessing where they were. It was a good experience for me; I wasn't upset at all.

Unloading was only the driver & his wife. Needed another man-most went upstairs. He glued and screwed pieces of oak furniture back together from the move.

The movers arrived on time and did the move flawlessly. My wall unit and my office desk need some adjustment after coming off the truck. One of the movers was also a carpenter. They truly professional movers.

The pickup and storage of my household items was actually done by Nationwide Moving & Storage located in Bloomfield, CT. That part of the move was flawless. No problems no complaints and on time as scheduled. The delivery was done by North American van Lines and that's were the problem occurred. The company was suppose to delivery my goods between 8/13/2013 and 8/20/2013 according their estimate/order for service. The actual delivery did not occur until six days later 8/26/2013. Although the actual delivery was flawless nothing broken nothing missing. I did not appreciate having no furniture and any household goods for six days forcing me to purchase three air mattresses to sleep on, as I could not afford to stay in a hotel any longer. I filed a delay claim form with North American Van Lines and was compensated a lousy $200.00 thirty days later. Hardly enough to cover the hotel, the eating out and purchase of the air mattresses for four people who were put out by their delay which was for their benefit as they don't delivery until the trailer is full with two other families household goods on board therefore delivering a total of three families goods to make it more profitable for them, at my expense. Worst of all I was never notified they were coming. On Aug 26th I heard their trailer outside my door at 7:30AM. That's when and how I was notified!! Since this was the height of the moving season I paid dearly for this move, as the above amount does not include the $1800.00 loading and reloading to a warehouse & storage fees for three weeks. Next time I'll choose a moving co. that is dedicated to moving me and not three families at once.

HORRIBLE! They broke SO much including my dining room table. This is my third corporate move but first time with them. They were the worse ever. Rude, late, etc. NEVER AGAIN will I allow them to touch my stuff.

They did a fantastic job. The driver, the loaders, everything was just great.

Overall the move went poorly. A number of furniture pieces were damaged and broken. The damaged items were outsourced for repair by their insurance people. We had to use that company. We received a letter from the mover's president's office apoligiizing for the problems with the move and their driver -employee in charge- and the damages we incurred would be made a priority for repairs. That has not been the case. We purchased their best moving insurance which thier salesperson assured us would cover any damages and return us to pre-move condition. That has not been the case. Repairs were done by Coastal Furniture Services of Riviera Beach, Fl. As required by the mover's insurance company. (Sirva). We were not allowed to use any one else even though we knew some items needed special skills for repair. We told them these things up front. Much work was poorly done and had to be done over by a different company and/or they paid us for some of the ruined pieces. This whole process of repair has gone on from December 2012 to September 2013 and is not yet over! Two oil paintings that were badly damaged in the move (packed by them) need repair. The estimated repair cost by a qualified Art Conservancy has been rejected by the Moving company insurance (Sirva) and a proposed settlement they offer will not even repair one of the two. Photos availible. We are challenging their method of art appraisal they used with their own appraiser. It was not done correctly according to the professional guidlines as accepted by the IRS. We can document all of the above. We still have some ongoing issues with poor repairs.

They picked up our items on the 25th of June, we were promised our stuff by July 1st and we did not receive our stuff until July 17th. I was told that they were going to pick up our stuff and then heading to FL. They loaded it to a truck and took a stuff to a warehouse and it sat there for 3 weeks. They didn't say anything about not having a drive to bring it right down to FL. They gave us every excuses in the book. From saying it was our fault for picking the busiest time of the year to move (when I had told them 6 weeks prior to the move) to saying the distance was to far and our load was too big. When we finally got our stuff delivered almost all of our boxes were crushed, we were missing 12 boxes and a lot of other things got damaged as well. They didn't offer to discount the price for the three week delay or for loosing our stuff or even for our damaged material.

Thye had great communication. I was very pleased with the information I received. It was very concise and very informative. Everything went very smoothly. A few small things were broken, but we are in the process of working that out.

They came out and they gave me an estimate and it just so happened the estimate came in higher than the orignial. So they credited my account. They were right on scheduled and on time, it was pouring rain, but they did a great job. They wrapped everything, one minor thing was broken but it was not issue. The three guys including the driver who loaded me up in Memphis were the ones who unloaded me in FL. I was super super happy with their service. The price was reasonable. I can't express enough how excellent they were. I treated them to lunch in TN because I liked them as people so much.

We were very pleased. The price was reasonable. We were very pleased with the move. We used them in March. I would give them top marks. The price was competitive. They did a very good job.

Randy came out and gave me a quote which was a little high, but I trusted him. I had two other quotes but was not as comfortable with the reps. He did not wow me with flashy, expensive brochures but estimated the weight and dimensions of my belongings perfectly. Randy's wife was terrific and did not take my deposit at the beginning so as not to tie up my funds. They did not ask for any money until a couple of days before the movers were scheduled to arrive. Very nice. I was assured that it would all fit into a small storage unit in Nashville and though I doubted it, the movers who arrived with my belongings made it work. That alone will save me $50 per month. The movers arrived later in the month than I did but since it was all going into storage, it did not matter. The North American Reps at the Nashville end, Jody and Fay, were wonderful, too.

The service went well. The movers were prompt and professional.

They pulled up in front of my house with two families already in the truck – so they couldn’t fit all of my stuff in the same truck. They ended up pulling up another truck to move the rest of my stuff. Well, those two trucks didn’t travel together, unbeknownst to me; the second truck ended up going the opposite direction, which caused a delay in receiving the rest of my things. We moved April 4th, and I still don’t have all of my stuff, 21 days later!

They did a fine job - just as good as our more expensive previous move by United Van Lines. I like the local family-owned orientation of the company. As far as I can tell nothing was damaged or lost and all the employees and local hires were courteous and attentive.

We had them take apart and take care of our grandfather clock. In Maine the guy came and said he was not going to do it. The movers then took charge and packed the clock. Once they got to Tennessee they had a suppositve professional come out to put the clock together. The clock was not working properly. I called a professional.to come out and look at the clock. The clock was not put together correctly. I just want to let people know buyer beware on specialty objects and that there dispute department was really bad to deal with. Just bad customer service.

Delivery was 6 days after the agreed upon day. It took 15 days to get our belongings delivered. They said there were primarily mechanical problems with the delivery truck. The driver did not contact us or the company for several days. We would not recommend.

They have been very professional, and their workers have been very courteous.

The services were smooth. The prices are comparative. The people are efficient and knowledgeable.They gave a very good job for lamps and fixtures.
