Prior to the work, the house had mismatch stucco patterns and needed cracks and corners repaired. This provider attended to all those details, including things we hadn't noticed. "Matt and his team are the ultimate professionals. Matt spent hours with us recommending color choices for our living room, kitchen, main bathroom, hallway, master bedroom/bathroom and family room. His color consultation and choice of colors for the various rooms in our house was priceless. He mixed a custom color for the wall behind our bar. This took about 10 different formululations and turned out perfect. Our master bedroom had textured paint and ceilings that needed to be scraped/sanded down. Multiple coats of joint compound were applied to smooth out the walls. The team did a wonderful job and the walls turned out beautiful. He returned after we had carpeting installed in our master bedroom and touched up all of the marks from the installers. He went over our house with a fine tooth comb after the painting was completed and any imperfections that were found were fixed immediately. We highly recommend Matt and his team. "To be clear, I did not even make it to the quoting of my fence with this company since their customer service rep. Claudia was so rude. I tried to set up an appointment online, which was not working properly so I reached out through the contact us. Although the note states to email, Claudia called. Ok. I went over everything I wanted and needed with her. She asked if I had my plot of survey, I did not that was taken care of by the last fencing company in 2016. She called the village of South Elgin and confirmed the size of the fence and everything. However, when I spoke with her, she would request the plot of survey if they needed it. She emailed me back with the information about the fencing and that the survey was needed. I responded that she received it, correct? She didn't answer, so I followed up with her two days later and she said it was now up to the owner to receive a copy of the survey plot. If it is this difficult to deal with their customer service just to get a quote, I cannot imagine their services would be any better. She refused to set up a quote until I then went back to get the survey of plot."
