Description of Work: We have a big pine in our backyard that was growing over our neighbor's fence. The tree guy came with a couple of workers and did exactly what we needed which was to cut back the over hang even though cosmetically it would not be pretty on that one side. It made our neighbors happy. The tree guys were efficient, respectful of both yards and did a bang up job cleaning up. Great workers! Would use again.

Description of Work: The tree guy was tied up for a week on some other project and could not come, so I had to cancel.

Description of Work: Awesome responsivness. Came day of request to quote and very prompt in scheduling in service. The job was to trim my backyard tree of heavy unstable branches and pruning unneeded branches. Great clean-up too.

Description of Work: While work was not performed due to crossing paths with a preferred service provider of a family member, I would consider working the The Tree Guy in the future. Their price was reasonable, in my opinion, and they proved to be prompt and professional in response time and scheduling. They also didn't blow a gasket when intent changed. That as much as anything was highly respected.

Description of Work: My backyard needed several trees trimmed for the winter. The company did a fair job trimming the trees, except for one tree. This particular tree CLEARLY leans over to my neighbors' yard. Because of this, it was not cut. The reason given by the owner of the company " Keith"(after the job was completed)was he does not go over into someone else's' property without permission. I would have appreciated knowing that before he began the work. Even when he came out to give us an estimate, it wasn't mentioned. The next day, we received our neighbor's permission for them to come back out and re-trim the tree we had already paid for, the owner informed us there would be an additional cost of $100.00 for that one tree. Also, they were 2 hours late. We received a phone call after the first late hour.

Description of Work: Cut down a 15 year old miniature Plum tree, dug out the root and cut it (with a promise to drill it out if it comes back as a courtesy), cut off a medium size tree that comes up every year in the garden area. After all this, everything was cleaned up and hauled away. This was all done on the morning before Easter. Keith was prompt with his estimate, and the work was done without a hitch. I will call him back if I need anything else. I recommend this group to anyone who wants excellent work for a reasonable price. He definitely showed up when he promised and I never had to waste time calling him back. Great Job Keith!!!!
