For the months of October, November & December, all Angie's List members get an extra 5% off installed water heaters. We are a family owned business that takes pride in our work. We have an emergency line that we answer on nights and weekends. We focus on Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Berwyn, Elmwood Park, Riverside and the north-side of Chicago.

Description of Work: The first appt was cancelled, the 2ND appt was no show/not cancelled _ some mix up at office w schedule. The 3rd was a success. I had the kitchen line assessed for broken tiles and tiles located where broken. Unfortunately, the camera wasn't wrking in the muck but it also had a electronic locator. They got job done....a bit expensive.

Description of Work: Replaced a drain line that was clogged with tree roots. They also replaced a broken vent tube and drain line. Everything went well. They were timely and professional. They weren't the cheapest that I called, but I believe that you get what you pay for. I plan to use them again in the future.

Every once in a while we come across parts that are no longer available because of the age of the faucet. We do have a few contacts that can make parts that take a little longer or we can possibly make them. Most other plumbing companies will tell you that you need a new faucet and that can cost a lot more. I am happy we were able to get you your part. Description of Work: I had some minor work to be done - including replacing a sinktop water filter line. They claimed that they needed to order a part and would get back to me when it came in. This was in September. Two months later I emailed them asking for a status and they responded that they would get back to me. It is now 2 months after that (4 months total) and I have not heard from them. In the meantime, one of the two jobs I needed to have done was completed by my neighbor.

Description of Work: I had a response to our voice message within 15 minutes, and an hour later they were at our place. Description of Work: Replaced sump pump that failed. Came out immediately after calling them. Great response time especially after a big rainstorm the night before. Seemed a little pricey (what do I know?) but really shouldn't complain with how fast they came out and immediately solved the problem. I've used them before and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. Nice people to work with.

Description of Work: When our water heater went out on Sunday, they answered their emergency line and gave directions on how to drain it. They came on Monday to replace it after spending time looking for a replacement that would work for our space. Professionally done and we have hot water again!

THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF OUR HOUSE CONTRACTED REEG TO REPAIR/REPLACE OUR WATER MAIN CONNECTION LEAKS (PART OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT, ORIGINAL REPAIR FAULTY) 3 MONTHS AFTER WE MOVED IN. CHRIS FROM REEG WAS PLEASANT, ON-TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND A GENERALLY NICE GUY. ASSESSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, WORKED WELL WITH THE VILLAGE WORKS REP. WHO TURNED THE WATER ON/OFF, REPLACED THE PARTS QUICKLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING, GAVE ME SOME PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TIPS, AND CLEANED UP WELL. HE ALSO REPLACED A FEW SIDE PARTS THAT GREATLY INCREASED OUR WATER FLOW (WASHERS/ETC.). A JOY TO WORK WITH, A BONUS THAT HIS $315 ($100/HR PLUS TRAVEL TO/FROM OFFICE) WAS BEING PAID BY SOMEONE ELSE AS WELL! I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS AND THE COMPANY - ASIDE FROM A BIT HIGHER HOURLY CHARGE THAN OTHERS, FINE WORK PERFORMED.
