Bill came out the same day and did the job. He guarantees his work for a year. Very responsive. Went above and beyond all other service providers, when it came to this repair.

My experience was outstanding. They were prompt, professional, friendly, local, and under $100! I will definitely use Bill's Appliance & Air when repairs are needed.

Bill returned my initial call within a couple hours. He said he could come out the same day and arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. He figured out the problem right away and had the parts with him to fix it. He was friendly and cleaned up his mess. I would definitely use him again.

Bill went out of his way to work the job into his schedule four days before Christmas to diagnosis the problem and stop a water leak. He returned two days before Christmas with the replacement water line. Installed it properly, and the unit now functions well. Bill appears to be a very nice person. He appears to have a lot of knowledge in his field. I would recommend him highly.

Bill is a really nice guy and he showed up at requested time. Work was completed promptly and he asked to be called if we had any issues with repairs.

Very well. As soon as I told him what was wrong, he knew exactly what the problem was, made sure he got the part he needed, showed up when he said he would, and fixed the problem.

Bill was extremely responsive. Even though this was not an emergency, he made a Saturday morning AM appointment less than 24 hours after my call and showed up on time. I described to him when I made the appointment the symptoms the machine was having. He said he suspected he knew the cause. He was absolutely correct in his suspicion and showed up with the correct parts in tow to fix it. He was courteous and quick. I highly recommend him and would use him again in a flash!!

Bill was extremely responsive, trying to return my call a couple of times the same afternoon I called. When I described my problem with Thanksgiving approaching! Bill quickly located the part, gave me a price and set up a time to do the work just two days out. When I discovered the oven was not in fact broken, he was very gracious about my calling to say don't order that part for me. I will definitely give Bill a call when that oven does break!

Bill came a little later than he said but called in advance. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. It turned out that the ducts inside were clogged with all kinds of stuff from the previous owners of the home. A fairly quick job but very worth it. I would refer him to anyone needed appliance repair.

Bill was able to stop by the day after I called. He was polite and professional. He was able to tell immediately that the heating unit had gone bad on the dryer. He said he could get the part in a few days, but ended up getting it in the very next day. So two days after my first call to Bill, the dryer was fixed! Also, he cleaned all the lint out of our dryer without being asked to do so. He also took a look at a broken ice machine in an old refrigerator. We didn't have it fixed, and he didn't charge us for looking at it. Overall Bill was great and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else for appliance repair!

Bill went to great lengths to try to figure out why we have water in our fridge. He cleaned out all the defrost lines and drains, then came back at no extra charge and completely disassembled and re-assembled the ice maker. Unfortunately, we still have the leak. I am sure he would come back again at no charge, but we just moved in and are inundated with repairmen right now, and I don't have the energy or time to make yet another appointment. I am also tired of worrying about food thawing during the repair session; I fear it could harm our toddler to have the food constantly thawing and refreezing. It just seems easier to keep a bowl in the back of the fridge to catch the water, at least for now. I'm not sure I blame Bill for being unable to fix this- from everything I've read about fridge leaks, he has done what he could. That said, I wouldn't call again, just in case he should have been able to address this issue- at the end of the day, my fridge is still broken.

He was responsive, nice and hardworking. I felt his price was extremely reasonable and that Bill went the extra mile to be a good guy, as if a friend were doing the repair.

Came out to fix the fridge, but the water dispenser quit working a few days later. He came back to fix it again, and it quit working again.

I was impressed and relieved to have such a simple problem/solution. Though that may seem a little pricey but Bill charged only for time and travel and made an effort to work around my schedule.

This is a difficult review for me to write. The technician was polite, and cared very much about doing a good job. He was very likeable, so it's hard to be negative. But the bottom line is he was unable to find the problem, so the leaks were not fixed. One issue was that he was not familiar with the refrigerator we have. Another issue, we live on the outer most edge of his territory, so he had a fair distance to travel. He was close to on time for the first visit, but was quite late on the second. I am convinced he would have come out again (at no charge) if I had called to tell him the problem had not been corrected. However, I thought it was in everyone's best interest to call someone else, which I did.

Although Bill told us right away that he doesn't install central air units, he freely gave us advice on the unit we had chosen and things to look for during the installation. I couldn't believe that he took the time to answer questions about a job that he wouldn't even make any money on! He was great, and as a result, we've ended up calling him several times to do electrical work.

Bill was courteous and professional. He returned our calls same day (this happened in the summertime). He came in and made the first repair on the washing machine. When that electronic board was bad, he exchanged it - under warranty - and put another one in the machine. When he came the second time for the washing machine repair, he also fixed the electronic panel on our stove. Good work that has lasted!

Bill felt that the repairs were not necessary and we should go ahead and purchase a new refrigerator. He only charged us for the service visit. He allowed us to mail in the check which was very accommodating to us. Not many companies will do that.

Bill was very professional, polite, and reasonably priced. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of the workings of the refrigerator and deductive reasoning, which led to a very quick (and thus less expensive) repair. I'll add my own very positive experience to the accolades on Angie's list.
