Great - he worked around our schedule and did a great job.

He arrived at my house an hour or two after I called even though this was not an emergency. He was able to identify the problem and fix it in less than an hour using parts that he had with him.

Bill spent a normal amount of time trying to figure out what was causing the problem, and thought he identified a broken part. He wasn't able to fix the problem on the spot because he needed to go pick up a replacement part. He came back the next business day (Monday) and fixed the unit. Our air was working for half a day, and then it stopped. Turns out that something was clogged and needed to be drained, so we called him back. He came to our house the same morning we called him (very prompt), and fixed the problem, but charged us an additional $40 service charge (no charge for labor). When I called him to ask why (my wife had given him a check), he got upset. Said his prices are fair and that he would happily rip up the check and asked us not to call him for service again. We didn't understand why he would charge us to come back since what he fixed broke the very next day, and were surprised by his short fuse.

I, John F. Webb, Jr., was having a hard time finding people, but Bill talked to me about what it would take to get my window air conditioner working. He went above and beyond the call of duty by talking to me for an extended number of minutes.

Air conditioner was leaking water, which had been draining into wall for some time. Bill came within 24 hours of my call, dismantled the air conditioner, cleaned and repaired the drain, and reinstalled the air conditioner. He also fashioned a drain tube out of foil,so that, if the unit began leaking again, it would bypass the windowsill and drip onto a walkway. We have had no leaks since then.

I believe I had described the problem to Bill on the phone when I first called him (Nov 06) and he came with the appropriate materials. He replaced the rotors in the dryer. There was a little surprise in that I thought the estimate he gave me was a little lower than it actually cost. I don't think, though, that he was intending anything dishonest. A few days later the squeal returned. I called Bill, he returned and did some adjustments and everything has been fine since.

I originally called Bill about the furnace problem in Nov 06, at which time he diagnosed the problem (unlike 2 other people I had asked beforehand) and gave me an estimate. A few months later (my choice) I called him up to do the repair. He ordered the parts and took care of the job. This took 2 visits because he at first tried to order a small part (to save me money) but wound up having to order the whole motor because the part was fused to it -- I had researched this repair, and found that this fusion problem is common with this furnace. Bill is a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone. His price was *far* lower than the quote I got from another company, who installed the furnace. Note that this repair was done in late May and I have hardly used the furnace since, but it worked when we tested it.

Bill was very responsive and fixed the problem quickly. We were pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him to others and call him in the future.

Our call was returned promptly, the "diagnosis" (and replacement part required) seemed straightforward, an appointment was made to repair the washer the next day, and the repair was made for the price provided in the estimate.

Bill arrived right on time and quickly got to work inspecting the furnace end of the central AC system, then up to the roof to do the same for the compressors. He diagnosed that both the units (I have two separate AC systems on my building) were low on refrigerant and recharged each. While the AC units were recharging, he took a look at my dryer, diagnosing the parts that it would need to be repaired and we arranged for a follow up visit to make the repairs to the dryer (after the parts came in) and to do a recheck on the AC systems to make sure there isn t something else wrong other than a micro-leak.

He was really wonderful. Showed us what the problem was. On time and did a good job - we really like him!

Bill was prompt, courteous and professional. He replaced the heating element in the dryer, which resolved the issue. Highly recommended.

The water line to the ice maker was leaking right where the line fed into the back of the refrigerator. I had several plumbers look at it before and none of them could figure out what was wrong, they all told me that everything looked fine and that I should call an appliance specialist. Bill came out and within a couple of minutes, he had figured out what the problem was and fixed it. He replaced the old copper line with a longer and flexible plastic line that allowed more flexibility to bend once the fridge was pushed away from or against the wall, which was what was causing the leak to begin with. Very friendly, very prompt and extremely courteous. I would definitely call him again if I had any other issues.

I called Bill at 8:30AM to explain that my washing machine was not working. He came at 10AM the same day, checked the machine and told me that the pump was clogged and since the machine was 7 years old and plastic, it was probably best to replace it. He purchased the part; was back in 10 minutes; fixed the machine in less than 10 minutes and pronounced it: "good as new". He charged me $20 less than he estimated because the part was cheaper than he expected. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, good guy. I would recommend him highly.

HE RETURNED CALLS AND CALLED A HALF HOUR BEFORE HE ARRIVED. HE IS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE ,TRUSTWORTHY, AND HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE IS JUST WONDERFUL.

Bill was very easy to work with and responsive. His first available appointment was two days after we called, which was better than the other repair places we contacted (over a week). He called to confirm his appointment that morning and arrived when he said he was going to. Although he didn't repair the dishwasher (it fixed itself) or the cooktop (cost not worth it since we're replacing it next year), he did provide some good advice about reliability of appliances and adjusted our basement refrigerator at no cost. The only charge was $40 for the service call, which was very reasonable. If we have future appliance (or HVAC) problems again, we would definitely use Bill.

He came out on a sunday, because I work and he did not want me to have to take off. He was pleasant did the job and left. He was great.

Bill came out the next day but needed to order a part. He was back the day after and finished the work quickly. We kept in touch via cell so we could find a time in each others' busy schedules. Great job.

I called Bill and described the problem I was having with my heater. It seemed like I had a bad connection, because If I wiggled the wires it would light and work. Bill was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He asked me to give him the numbers on the part, he then checked to see if he had the part in stock, told me how much the job would cost and a time he could repair the heater. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bill arrived as scheduled, replaced the part, and my heater has been working perfectly ever since. I would definitely recommend Bill to friends and family.

He was very prompt. Answered within 15 minutes of my call and was here within half an hour. He was neat and a good worker. I would use him again.

He was very informative and was a very nice guy. I would use him again. He came out and gave me advice on my stove issues. He said for the cost of repair, I could just get a new stove.

I called Bill on Wednesday afternoon, we agreed on Friday morning for the appointment, he called when he was on his way, did the work, and charged a fair price.

My commercial washer was not washing clothing properly as reported by the tenants. Bill came out on Saturday to inspect the washer and was unable to find any issues. He said the cause was most likely an unbalanced load. Overall Bill was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use Bill again in the future.

He was prompt, courteous, and I appreciated how informative he was. He told me everything about the problem and how it occurred. I really appreciated that.

Bill came, we told him what was wrong, he went in there and worked on it for a while, and now it works. We're happy.
