I called Bill at 8:20 a.m. By 10:30 a.m., Bill had come back, checked the model number, went to purchase the correct part, returned and replaced the part in the refrigerator!! Once you contact Bill, you don not have call anyone else. He is professional, knowledgeable and explains exactly what he is doing.

They came out on time and were prompt with the job. They made sure to return my phone calls.

They came out and had the needed parts with him then and there. He repaired everything in about 45 minutes. He was prompt and responsive. I thought the price was good, too.

I called Bill's and was able to arrange for a technician to come by today. I called another, more highly rated company on Angie's List and their first availability was Friday or next week. Bill was able to keep me posted on what time slot to expect the technician so I didn't have to leave work too early. Melvin showed up right within the range and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was very neat and prompt when he had to leave and pick up a part. I expected this to be a more costly repair, but the part replacement and labor were very affordable. I will definitely use Bill's again!

First called GE because no one else called wanted to repair a self-cleaning wall oven. GE said that they would come out for $89.00 and could not guarantee that they could get the part. Found Bill on Angie's list and he came out for $45 did a thorough inspection, was sure of the problem and said could get the part in 2 days. He did just that and the repair came in at under $200 (cost of the part was higher than the labor). Bill was very accommodating and very customer service oriented. I was very pleased and will use him to repair any other appliance in my home that I might have a problem with.

Bill responded within minutes of us leaving a message, sent the technician first thing in the morning, and the refrigerator has been working since.

Bill and staff were unable to fix the dishwasher; a possibility they had warned us about when we placed the service request. FP is not a brand they have a lot of experience with, but they came by twice to see what they could do, and eventually referred us to a couple other companies to contact for repair. We appreciated that they spent the time and effort but didn't bill us for it. We would recommend this company to others--the B grades are just because our needs and their capabilities didn't match up this time, and aren't meant to be a poor reflection of their service.

DEBATED ABOUT GETTING A NEW WASHER OR STAY WITH THIS ONE.DECIDED THAT THE FRONT LOADERS AREN'T UP TO PAR YET VIA CONSUMER REPORTS SO STAYING WITH OLD BESSIE FOR A FEW MORE YEARS. THE REPAIR PERSON CAME,EVALUATED THE PROBLEM,ORDERED THE PARTS AND RETURNED IN LESS THAT A WEEK.HE WAS COURTEOUS,EXPLAINED EVERYTHING PATIENTLY AND EVEN TOOK OFF HIS SHOES WHEN HE CAME IN THE LIVING ROOM! THE SERVICE CALL IS 45.00.

Bill came out on the day we set the appointment for, right on time, with a partner. He quickly looked at the washer and determined it was a bad lid control which needed to be replaced. He took the washer apart and installed the new lid control. It took him about an hour. He gave me advice about not overloading our stack washer in the future, for it tends to cause the lid control to fail, due to the heavy vibration when the washer is overfilled.

Bill returned our call the same day that we made it. He and his assistant came out the next day and evaluated the situation. The $45.00 service call fee was excellent by today's standards. Bill had to order a part and got back to us that day with the estimate. He and his assistant came back a week later to install the new part. He also leveled out the oven, which was great. He and his assistant were very professional and personable and did a great job. I will definitely use Bill again - excellent experience.

Great service. Bill came out on a weekend even though he doesn't typically work weekends. Was very responsive, professional and friendly. Took care of the broken dryer and then also offered to clean out the dryer vent, even though that was above and beyond what we had called about.

He came to fix my dishwasher, collected his service charge and never got back to me on what was wrong or how much it was to fix. I'm not positive but my feeling was he wanted to collect the service charge, but never intended to fix my dishwasher.

Bill arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything to us. We authorized the replacement of the necessary part and the dryer was working again. Bill explained that he cleaned the duct work he could reach, however since our dryer exhaust vent is on the other side of the building exterior and 2 floors up, he could not check the duct since it required a large extension ladder. He thought we should check to be sure the duct was not clogged as this sometimes causes the heating element to overheat and stop working. We have now contracted with someone else to come and check and clean the duct. Overall, the service was excellent, friendly, reasonably priced and honest. We would definitely call Bill again for any appliance repair needed at our residence.

Easy to reach -- he returned my call promptly. He confirmed on the morning of the apppointment and arrived as promised. They were neat and clean and efficient and did the job.

I called on a Saturday in-between Christmas and New Year's. He was happy to come out and do the work. He was on time, had all his own tools. Everything worked fine, he extended the life of my 16 year old dryer another 18 months. The dryer was still working fine, but I did eventually replace it. It was a great service at a great price.

It took him a lot of time, but he didn't charge me extra because it was a difficult job. He did a wonderful job and had a fair price. He had to come out twice because he had to order parts. He was great!

I was very impressed by the efficient, friendly, professional service evidenced by Bill and his helper. I phoned on a Wednesday and left a detailed message, got a call back that day and booked an appointment for that Saturday! Bill and his assistant arrived on time and ready to make repairs. They were in and out in less than 1 hour. I noticed some dust under the appliance and grabbed my handvac--Bill jumped right in and went the extra mile: He took a brush from his bag and got underneath to clean the whole area so there would be nothing blocking the ventilation!

Our dryer stopped heating. We chose Bill's because of the great reviews here. Our contractor working on our renovation project called and Bill responded immediately. Bill was able to come out and give an estimate within the same day and on time. He said the heating element needed to be replaced but he didn't have the part. Came back the next day and replaced it taking no time at all.

This is the second time we've had Bill in for a repair (previously it involved our dishwasher), the experience was great both times. He brought a helper this time. They checked the washer and diagnosed the problem as a clogged pump and cleaned it out. It's working well now, although he advised that if problems re-emerge, the pump might need a replacement. He is extremely professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again if we have other repair needs.

Bill responded to my phone message very promptly. He was able to come out the following day (and apologized for not being able to make it on the same day), first thing in the morning, with a helper. Within 15 minutes he had my problem diagnosed and resolved. Great, prompt, courteous service.
