Description of Work: I had hired Bill's Appliance repair service when my fridge malfunctioned and was very satisfied with their service so when my neighbor and I needed to have our air conditioners serviced, I called them. The repairman, Melvin, arrived promptly, analyzed the problem with each unit (Hers just needed a filter change; mine needed to be recharged.) and quickly did the necessary work. The $65 payment was for my part of trhe bill.

Excellent, timely, as usual.
Description of Work: Fixed water delivery to refrigerator door -- ice/water dispenser. ID'd faulty part, ordered it from onsite, installed it the next day. Also fixed malfunctioning dishwasher door latch.

GOOD EXPERIENCE
Description of Work: BILL CAME OUT AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE ON REPAIRING A WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER. ALTHOUGH WE ULTIMATELY DECIDED NOT TO REPAIR THE UNIT, BILL WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. HE CHECKED AROUND FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS BEFORE GIVING HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINION ABOUT REPAIRING THE UNIT. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN I HAD AN APPLIANCE BREAK DOWN.
