Description of Work: Bald Eagle installed a new roof in summer 2017. Problems subsequently developed, including disintegrating and loosening flashing around chimney & in front of the house. Ridge shingles on the upper roof were not appropriately installed and a hole developed. The lead boots around the vent pipes were incorrectly sized and needed replacement. All of this was documented (with pictures) by another company we asked to assess & estimate repair cost. We notified Bald Eagle's president via email, including the pictures, and asked to meet to come up with a resolution to this problem. There was no answer to that or a subsequent email weeks later. We had the repairs done at our own expense and would like reimbursement from Bald Eagle.
