It went well. From the detailed estimate Bald Eagle drew up to the guys being on time and professional, to the finished product, I couldn't be more satisfied, I would definitely hire them again

Very well. Work done by Carreno Concrete looks good and got through the winter without incident. It is very white, though.

After agreeing on a date and time with Kevin to come out and get a quote, he showed up on the wrong day and expected my wife to be able to explain the concrete job I wanted completed. Suffice it to say the specs Kevin had were not what I wanted. I took the time to provide an architectural drawing of what I wanted and sent it via Angies List portal. Kevin stated that he did not get the architectural drawing and that Angie's List system is faulty and prone to not sending the attachments to emails. After I explained everything to Kevin, he stated that he would not be in the Northwest suburbs to re-quote me for atleast 2 weeks. While it is one thing to make an honest mistake, it clearly speaks to the integrity of Kevin, no looking to make good. Unfortunately, he is just another contractor in a long line of those that a) Don't listen and b) Don't care about anyone but themselves and as a result provide c) very poor customer service. Not sure how his company is rated so highly on Angies list, but I assume that is because he pays Angies list to have that rating. I'd stay away for this company!

I had a wonderful experience with Bald Eagle Construction and I would definitely recommend them to others. Everyone was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed quicker than expected and the work is top quality.

Not only was the service as noted above, but the quality and attention to details that contractors know and homeowners don't was beyond what I'd seen in a residential contractor.

I got three bids for this job. First Eagle was the most professional in their approach and price competitive. The job was completed with no damage to surrounding landscaping and irrigation system.

All of the pre-work, planning and communication was great. Kevin was very responsive and his team did a great job to take care of our property around the sidewalk and to take care of our neighbors property. After nearly two years of the work, all of the concrete pours have held up very well. We would certainly use Bald Eagle Construction again.

Bald Eagle Construction did a fantastic job replacing our old asphalt driveway with a concrete driveway. Kevin Wood, the owner of Bald Eagle, came out exactly when he said he would to provide us with an estimate. Not only was his estimate extremely competitive, he pointed out other things that the other companies did not and gave me things to think about concerning the way the driveway would replace my current asphalt driveway. A day before they were scheduled to start, they contacted me and let me know exactly what time the crew would be there and what would be happening. This happened at every step of the way throughout the entire process since 2 inspections were needed. They always let me know when the crew would be on-site to perform the next step and the crew was always there right on time and were wonderful to deal with. Overall, they did a fantastic job pouring our new concrete driveway and it looks fantastic. We have received so many complements on how good the driveway looks and a number of people wanted to know about Bald Eagle since they did such a fantastic job. I highly recommend Bald Eagle Construction for any Concrete work.

Bald Eagle was bale to fit us in about 3 weeks before we had scheduled. The guys were professional, made sure that the forms and areas were what I wanted and expected, came on time in the morning, and cleaned up when the job was done. The concrete looks great, and I am very happy with the results in all the areas.

Kevin was really easy to work with! Very transparent with the estimate and the contract. Did a terrific job in coordinating the work with the company doing our fencing project concurrently. The work was outstanding - exceeded our expectations. Sidewalks look fantastic. The crew worked quickly, and the clean up was great. Furthermore, Kevin's foreman came out one last time to touch up an area near the threshold of our back door after we had paid the balance. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

I'm very pleased with the work and responsiveness of Kevin and the folks at Bald Eagle Construction. Our job was not big but important to us, and it's sometimes hard to get the attention of contractors on a smaller job such as ours. Bald Eagle was there for us.

Excellent. Called and kept me up on every step of the project. Sidewalk looks great and seemed to be an excellent job of laying the sidewalk. The workers were quiet but very efficient. My wife was very impressed with how they worked together to get the job done. Clean up was excellent. And of course, it snowed over the weekend but when i went out the next morning, the workers were here shoveling the snow off the base layer. The contract included a copy of their insurance and workmans comp papers and list of over 20 customers I could contact that Bald Eagle has done work for. Kevin, the owner, sent me a copy of the consumers rights put out by the state of illinois and had me sign and return it that I had reviewed it, and this is basically a listing of my rights as a purchaser and gave me a whole lot of respect for Kevin and Bald Eagle and the work that they did. Also gave a 10% senior discount off the price below making it 2979 actual cost paid. Kevin stopped by himself several times and was the person who gave me the initial estimate. He seemed extremely organized and to know what he was doing. Felt he was very honest and straightforward with me as well. Though price was sllghtly higher than other estimates. I believe the quality of the work done was well worth the cost. Also met the village inspector who passed the initial removal and base preparation for the concrete and he said he was familiar with Bald Eagle and always was impressed positively by the work he saw them do. Though not needed now, when I do need a roof, this seems to be one of their main areas and Bald Eagle will be on the top of my list to call for an estimate!

Kevin was prompt in getting me a quote and was reasonably priced. Such fantastic customer service every step of the way! We unexpectedly needed the roof to be replaced sooner due to baby #2 coming earlier than planned, and Kevin went above and beyond by fitting us in that week! The roof looks wonderful and the we couldn't be happier with our experience.

Very well, they did their work on time and on budget. We had one minor communication miscue but overall I was pleased with their service and would not only recommend them, but I would use them again.

I cannot recommend Bald Eagle enough! This company represented something super rare: the best price, followed by the absolute best work. The professionalism from start to finish was outstanding. The workers extremely diligent, and even filled in parts of the sidewalk dirt around the sides afterward, when that wasn't part of the deal. Everything looks great! Our neighbor had sidewalks done a few years ago and it was a mess, with crap all over even our house. With Bald Eagle, I don't think they even got a blade of grass dirty. I would use then again and again and again.
