Very well. Company was on time and did a great job cleaning up the job site.

Bald Eagle was very professional. Their estimates were accurate and they communicated well. When asked they gave us a couple different options for the work we wanted done to match our budget. We were really impressed with all of the paperwork (licenses, etc.) they sent us before beginning work - far more credentials than I've seen with other contract work! The completed the job as specified and did a nice clean up job. They did a great job fixing our chimney and masonry work and we've received many compliments from neighbors after they finished. I'd recommend Bald Eagle again in a heart beat! We're already passed their name along to friends. Always happy to support local small businesses! :)

Bald Eagle did excellent work, and their management of the projects was very professional. Everything was completed on schedule and the crew did an exceptionally thorough job of cleaning up. They also talked to my closest neighbors about steps being taken to protect their homes during the work. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Bald Eagle was very responsive and professional. I spoke with Kevin who provided the quote for my project. The quote was a little higher than others, but the ratings were good. There were no bad ratings from the BBB. The work started when he said it would. If I called with question he was very responsive. His workers were also very patient with me when I had questions and they were detailed with their answers.

Went well, there was a short flash storm right after they finished tearing off the roof, some water leaked in and damaged the interior ceiling in our stairwell. Kevin dispatched a couple of drywall repair guys to fix the water damage and repair the ceiling within a couple of days.

Things went very well. It took less than 2 weeks to go from a signed contract to a completed roof. The old roof was removed and a new roof was installed. The work was very thorough and very well done. The prices were very fair. I'm very satisfied and will be using Bald Eagle in the future.

Great! Work took about 4-5 days in total. Kevin handled the permit. Everyone was profession, worked hard, and did a great job. The photos are from just after the pour. They came back to clean up and back fill.

Very satisfied with the work. Some delays due to weather but nothing out of the ordinary. Kevin always kept us up to date.

We chose Bald Eagle based on Angie's List recommendation & BBB status. Initial contact was very professional. The day they were to begin work, the foreman showed up 30 mi. late, only to tell us they "had" to start another job and ours was put off a week. Prior to beginning the job, a huge dumpster was off loaded next to the apron of our garage, effectively preventing our access/egress to the garage. The first two days of work appeared to progress well, but the last day everyone seemed rushed. There was no real supervision of the workers. Some of the lower aspects of the roof were so shoddily completed, that we insisted the foreman have them removed & replaced. The contract said that our gutters would be cleaned. This was only done (and then in a very cursory fashion) after we complained to the foreman several times. Clean-up of the area around the house was poorly done. We found more than 100 nails around the house and in the alley adjacent to our garage. We did our due diligence in hiring a roofer only to be sorely disappointed. Wish we had chosen another business.

I did not have any work done. It was similar to other estimates. Yes, I would use them again in the future.

Exceptionally well! The crew was professional, courteous and quite skilled. The quality of work was more than satisfactory. The cleaned up well and removed all of the debris. The neighbors complimented the work and asked for the contact information. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the value was outstanding. I look forward to working with Kevin and team on future projects and will highly recommend him to others.

Pleasant to deal with and I felt confident they would take of things as we had discussed

Kevin and I conversed probably more a dozen times about questions and confirmation and he was great to work in terms of working out dates and timing. I did bring up during one of several of our walk-throughs (at the location) about the cement and the fence and we agreed, verbally, that the cement would go up to the fence. So the day came that the work was to be done. His contractors showed up and got rid of the old cement and it was then I got a call indicating they would not be able to deal with the drains and I would have to call someone in. I wasn't happen about this at first, but soon realized that atleast they admitted they couldn't do the work - they were honest. I got someone to come in a few days to do the work and Kevin was great about getting his guys back to get the new cement down, layed, and also have it pitched correctly. It all looked great except for the side where the fence was - there was a big gap between the fence and the cement. This is exactly what I brought up previously and he assured me it would go up to the fence. I called Kevin right up and he flat out denied we ever talked about it AND that it was my fault that I did not notice the issue. I obviously do not have expertise with cement or footings or anything so to blame me really made me quite mad. And I was even willing to have him just lay some rocks or get a few hundred dollars so we could do it - but things went south very quick he insisted his job was done. The cement looks great - but I would recommend that if you use Bald Eagle, to get the details in writing. I included pictures to show the gap as well. I would have rated his professionalism even lower, but like I said, up to the end, he was great.

The project went great. Kevin at Bald Eagle has his act together as does the rest of his team. All the i's were dotted and T's crossed. I was thrilled with the punctuality, professionalism and thoroughness of the whole process - including the administration of the permits and inspections. Thrilled with their work.

Bald eagle did a great job. Kevin was very responsive was very good to work with. His Crew worked during the hottest days of June and completed the job within a week. They were very clean and ensured area was in order before leaving the site. I would recommend Bald Eagle for any concrete work!
