They were very honest and he sent somebody out to look at the leak. They told me they could patch it for $300.00 but would not recommend it because we really need a new roof. They give me a good discount of $878.00. They cleaned up everything. They took care of everything. They are really good and are not expensive. And anybody that needs a new roof, I would recommend them.

Bald Eagle Construction represents dependable and outstanding workmanship. Workers were friendly and polite and did an excellent job, with cleanliness and efficiency being the top priority. Our cement job was done professionally and completed in a timely manner causing us no difficulty. We highly recommend them for anyone needing concrete work done.

Kevin was great! He gave us an exact time for his estimate (rather than a time range), and showed up right on time. He was quick, clear and professional. He got us the estimate that same evening. Communication in the meantime (while we waited for the work to start) was great. My husband was home while the work was being done. He said the workers were fast and efficient. They even moved our steel gazebo off the patio for us. Amazing!! The completed patio and sidewalk are beautiful! Would most definitely hire them again!

Kevin was very professional and accessible. Work was begun almost immediately and was finished timely despite a couple of delays related to rain. The finished product was professional looking and hopefully functional although it hasn't been weather tested yet. I have no complaints, would recommend again any time.

They provided a very detailed proposal with costs and estimated time line. We liked the proposal details that were specific about work to be done and what was not included. They were not the lowest priced nor the highest. Work was scheduled, permits and inspections completed in a timely. The work was completed with in the schedule. We have a variety of plantings near the work location and Bald Eagle was carful to not damage them. They promptly cleaned up after the job. The workers were professional, worked with us and our needs during the job and left the site clean. Village required specific type of concrete for the work on side walks that was different than on out property. The met all expectations. We would definitely use them again.

The work was done very well. The repaired treads are better made than the weather-beaten ones when they were new.

I hired Bald Eagle Construction to remove and replace the existing roof of my house and detached garage. Kevin was very responsive in answering all questions I had regarding the project both prior to and after I signed the contract. He also provided information about insurance without my requesting it. We had a minor miscommunication about exactly when the project would be done; however, as BEC had such excellent reviews on Angie's List, was so highly rated by the Better Business Bureau, and the references I called were so positive, and Kevin was very responsive to my concern, I did not worry about it. Sure enough, the roof is beautiful and looks professionally done, and my neighbors commented to me (some of whom saw the project in progress) that it is indeed both of those. I also very much appreciated the Angie's List coupon and the 10% senior discount I received. I'm happy to give BEC an A across the board.

Sept 2014. Removed old shingles, replaced damaged wood, installed hew shingles. Kevin was responsive and flexible in fitting the job into my schedule. Price was competitive with lowest of other bids. My only unhappiness was that the interior of the garage was quite dirty after the work was done; had I known what a mess it would be, I would've moved/covered the contents.

Started poorly...I took off work and they had the wrong day in their calendar. It happens. They came right over. From there it went downhill. Felt Kevin was adversarial from the start. We currently have brick on a portion of driveway..."we don't do brick" he said...no sweat, we're taking out the brick for concrete. Next he walked my driveway telling me what terrible condition its in. He tells me I need to figure out how to handle water drainage...again, he's the contractor and he wants ME to figure out how to get water off my driveway. Offered essentially no assistance and told me to call him back once I had the water problem figured out....Kevin, don't hold your breath. For someone with such great reviews I was astounded.

Bald Eagle did a great job all around on an older home. Their masonry person was professional and did a great job matching grout color and making it all look great.

Bald Eagle did a great job replacing our deck that had not been built to code (no footers!). They removed the old one, built a really solid new one, and left the place looking great. Their employees were professional and respectful of my tenants and their three children.

Excellent work. BaldEagle sales as well as the crew were very professional. They let us know when they would start and complete the project, and were very careful to disturb as little of our lawn as possible. The crew manager was very personable, and added some extra touches that we had asked of him. We used BaldEagle because someone down the block had recommended them. I would certainly recommend them as well.

Called for an estimate for a new roof. Kevin came by as scheduled to look at the roof & noted that I also needed repairs to the chimney, which I had been unaware of. He brought binoculars so I could see what the issues were. He seemed very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions. They completed the chimney work before scheduling the new roof. Both jobs started promptly & finished earlier than I expected. Roof & chimney look good. Workers were very professional. And also did a great job cleaning up before leaving, which I really appreciated. Would use again & would recommend.

Very well and timely before the weather set in. No inconvenience to my family outside doing the job by the rear door. Cleaned up well each night and at the end. Job estimates came in accurately. No surprises.

Bald Eagle Construction helped me tear off my old 3-tab shingle roof and replace it with new architectural shingles. His proposal was best and lowest in price, and was a local general contractor who had lots of references in my area. His professionalism, patience, and educational support in guiding me on what I should focus on in getting a new roof was very helpful, as this was the first time I've had to do this. Kevin was very prompt in scheduling the project sooner due to a leaking roof that we had (we had an emergency tarp on it) and wanted to help us get a new roof on before more damage was incurred. He did have a sub contractor do the work, but Kevin was still within communications and so it was manageable. Overall, Bald Eagle Construction did a great job in replacing my roof within 2 days' time.

I’ve used all the Eagle construction for three separate projects and was very satisfied with all of them . The team is very courteous and professional. I really appreciated Kevin’s ability to break down the most complicated project into a simple understandable experience. The company always welcomed my questions and inquiries as to the various stages of the project. I wish all of my experiences with contractors was as genuine and straightforward, as my experience with bald eagle.
