Mitch responded to a request for a deck repair quote right away. His crew started work when he said they would (within 2 days). They did what they said they would do ... And actually a bit more. The crew worked hard and was friendly. They finished quickly and cleaned the work area well. The price was fair. When I need more work done I'll be giving M&M a call again!

M&M were great to work with. They repaired a wooden deck for be in the Hamlin Park neighborhood of Chicago. I felt they were honest with what needed to be done and the price quoted was just right. They started on time and worked all day. It was a 2-day job and they worked tirelessly to actually finish the job that same day instead of having to come back again. This was a condo and they were conscious of the debris that may be falling to lower units and put a plastic tarp over the unit below's deck so it wouldn't get dirty. Saved me from getting yelled at by a neighbor! They cleaned up everything and it was like they were never there. Would definitely recommend!

they start on the job when they say they are going start.They work hard and they ask you if they found something wrong that was hidden before start working on it. They replaced a 6-6 support beam supporting upper deck one corner of lower deck. was sagging jacked it up put all new supports to straighten it Under upper deck put in new supports .Also replace corner railings on bottom deck. Cleaned up did a great job

THEY WERE FAST AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY GUARANTEED THE NEW DECK FOR TWENTY FIVE YEARS. THEY SAID IF ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT JUST GIVE THEM A CALL AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO THE FIRST THREE COATINGS OF THE WOOD EVERY THREE YEARS. PROJECTS USUALLY SEEM TO COST MORE THAN ESTIMATED BUT WITH THE GUARANTEES IT HELPS SOME...I SPENT A LOT MORE THAN I EXPECTED TO BUT THEY WERE FAST AND DID A GOOD JOB.
