The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. The work was completed and he also provided tips on how to keep the unit running efficiently.

We were happy. They were good -they did their job, talked to me and explained some things. I don't remember who he was but he was awesome.

They are reliable and we never had an issue.

I don't care for them. As far as the warranty they cover and the follow-up they did after they installed it, they pretty much did a very good job following up. They made a lot of promises. They said they were going to do some duct work that they didn't do as a part of the install. I had a separate company to come out and do the duct work. We had a disagreement on what was promised and what they actually did for us. We didn't get along that long after it was installed. They made promises when they did the install that they didn't keep. They would have charged me extra to do duct work I needed done. It was terrible.

Arrived on time. Was polite and pleasant. Answered questions. Cleaned A/C Unit very well.

They did an excellent job. I have had no problems since they came out.

I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing this company. So much, in fact, that I took copies of their business card and passed them around to my coworkers who live in the same area. Chicagoland Heating and Air Conditioning came out and was able to troubleshoot and get ym furnace working in a matter of 30 minutes when a prior company spent 2 hours on an after hours call attempting to diagnose and fix it (to no avail). Unfortunately, after the furnace was repaired, the borescope of the heat exchanger coils showed massive cracks(potential source of CO in the house). Chicagoland heating and air was able to come back very quickly and replace my furnace quickly and without any issues. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite, friendly and respectful. I will use this company time and time again in the future.

I was extremely happy with them. They are local and are more concerned about the customer's needs. They take the time to make sure that I understand everything and they make everything very clear. They are very professional. I can tell when I look at their work that they know exactly what they are doing. They put in a new thermostat and showed us exactly how to use it. They put in a humidifier and put in a thing for allergies. They were much cheaper than several other companies that had come out to give us estimates. The system that we got is quiet and we had a nice experience with them. They did not try to take advantage of us because we had a flooded basement catastrophe. They were just good.

We purchased the big deal for $65 to get the a/c unit inspected, cleaned and 1 lb of coolant added. Scheduling the service was very easy and the appointment was within 2 days. Mike did the work and performed a wonderful job explaining what he was doing and what we needed to do to keep the a/c unit motor in good shape to reduce replacement costs. He looked at the thermostats for both units and noted that batteries were low. He even advised us regarding our furnaces to keep them running smoothly and reduce replacement costs. In short he did much more that we expected and there were no additional charges. We definitely will keep his card and ask for him directly.

Just great, I will definitely use them again

From the first contact Skip was great! He knew exactly what we had and what we needed to replace it. I asked for a new humidifier and he told me the one we have is perfectly fine and also that he would make sure it was working before the installers left and they did. He showed us the options and wrote up a proposal. Chicagoland was the first company we called, so naturally I wanted to get a few quotes from other companies. Not only did Chicagoland have the best price, but there was also a discount for finding them through Angie's list, and they knew that when purchasing an A/C and furnace together that there were rebates from Nicor and Comed. On install day, they arrived early and got started right away. They kept everything clean, were extremely courteous and answered all our questions. I'm a tech guy so I like to know how things work and the new technology inside them. They took the time to explain everything in detail and never seemed annoyed. When they finished the job, they showed us the new units and explained what they did, how to use and program the new thermostat, how to change the new air filter and explained the warranty period as well as the maintenance that needed to be performed. I wish I had just went with them after meeting with Skip the first night. There were some warm days after that with no A/C that could have been avoided . Thank you very much!

Service went well, looked over entire system and provided the maintenance on our AC units. We will use annually going forward.

They were the 3rd estimate and beat the best estimate by over $400. Installed 2 days later in about 3 hrs .neat, friendly and the unit works great and has. A ten year warranty. And we don't have to have them come once a year for service call for the warrantty to be in effect

It went very good, these guys are real pro's!! They were courteous and really new their stuff, What I really liked was the way they took the time to ask my opinion about the options in the installation of the new system! I was in construction myself in the past and I truly appreciate when people I hire to do a job, not only really know their business but take the time to involve the customer in the job and how you want it done. I took the time to have three companies come out and give me an estimate. Chicagolands professionalism stood out above the others. Their original bid was right in the middle of the three, when I informed them of the lower not only did they match it, they also cleaned and serviced my second furnace I was not replacing for the price. The employees are nice people you feel comfortable having in your home. If I ever need Heat AC work again I will skip shopping around and use Chicagoland.

Everything was great. The gentleman was pleasant, courteous, and he had booties to cover his shoes when he came into my house. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again next year.

The tech that came out to my house was Shawn. He called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived within my appointment time. He was very thorough with his initial inspection. He checked both of my furnaces first for any issues and explained things to me that I didn't know. He then preformed the tune ups on the AC units by cleaning them and adding freon since both units were low. He was teaching and explaining every aspect of the cleaning process to me. I will definitely be using this company in the future when I need to replace my AC units and furnaces (which will be very soon). There prices are very competitive especially for the quality service you will receive.

They called to confirm the appointment 2 days before. They wanted to know if they could come later in the afternoon then originally scheduled and when I advised that I wouldn't be home at that time they rescheduled me to first thing in the morning which worked out perfect. When the tech arrived I advised him of a recent problem I was having and thought that it maybe a dirty flame sensor. He advised that he was going to clean the senor anyway as part of the service. He tested the sensor with his equipment before cleaning and then cleaned the sensor and retested again. He went over the readings with me on each test and in fact a dirty sensor was the culprit with the issue I was having. The furnace was cleaned and vacuumed. He also discussed preventative maintenance and answered all of my questions that I had about eventually replacing this older furnace.

They had a coupon that started in Sept and was good until Jan. They did not say on it that it had to be warm outside. So I purchased it and now cannot use it. I call it false advertising when they put it out there during the fall/winter months and know that people can't use it.

Everything went wonderful. They were very professional and it was quite a pleasant experience. I have rcommended them to others because of the great experience.
