Did what they said they were going to do what more could you ask for price was extremely reasonable

I hired Chaffee Construction to replace a number of window sills. I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were professional and clean up after they completed the work. If I have need to hire a Brick & Stone company again, I would hire them again.

When the crew got done it looked like a brand new wall after being tuck pointed and sealed. This was such a great experience to deal with Scott at Chaffee Construction, he is easy to talk to, explains the work to be done and follows through with what he says. He was on time to inspect the wall that needed work done, his bid was in in a timely manner, he was available to phone for my questions, the crew doing the work did a fantastic job, and the clean up was done right. I would recommend Chaffee to anyone needing brick, block or tuck pointing work.

Scott and his crew are professionals. They were timely, they did everything as promised on the estimate and did even a few extra things for us with no upcharge. Everyday they cleaned up and moved their equipment out of the way. All around great job and experience

Fair Price, Great Quality, Sense of Urgency, Flexible, Respectful and Neat. Mr Chaffee was personable, friendly, professional. Squeezed in my job - repair of a badly deteriorated chimney and cap, and general tuck-pointing, and window sealing. He had someone working within a week of my call - during the very busy end of fall time frame. The work was done last year, and proven through our harsh / cold winter. This company went out of their way to make sure this repair was done, knowing that delaying would mean another winter and even more costly repairs the following spring. The tuckpointing looks great - not that sloppy slap-it-on approach. I'll have him come back and do the whole house next year.

I pride myself on shopping around and they were pretty close to the lowest price. Always available and willing to talk about even the minor details - the service hooked me. As expected, they came through in the end with flying colors. It's no wonder they have a ton of positive feedback on this site. They should have no problem stamping 'satisfaction guaranteed' on their quotes : )

Within minutes of submitting my request on Home Advisor to have my chimney tuckpointed Scott contacted me. He was at my residence the same day giving me an estimate that I ultimately went with. Besides doing the chimney Scott also had other "distressed" areas around my house tuckpointed at minimal cost. Scott and his crew are professionals and it showed in the end. Most importantly, they cleaned up at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Perfect job, good value and even did extra at no additional cost.

They put a new chimney in place of the old one they took down, plus some other repair work. Scott was professional, arrived on time, and finished the job one day early. I work nights and prior to his starting the job he asked me what time I get up in the morning, which also showed his consideration. I can't say enough good things about Scott. I would highly recommend him.

They repaired our chimney and fixed a bulge in our brickwork. The new chimney looks great! Scott is a prompt and courteous professional who is very responsive to questions and concerns. Very helpful. My husband and I recommend him highly and will be using Chaffee Construction again!
