Scott was wonderful from start to finish. He came out and provided an estimate and was ready to start once we gave him the green light. He handled all correspondence with the Village of Frankfort to obtain the work permit and shared every step of the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the reason for the split from the brick work and drywall. Upon one visual inspection, he was able to determine the materials that would match. While I was nervous about the possibility of the materials not matching, honestly... you cannot tell the rework was not included in the original build. He and his team did a beautiful job with the reconstruction! Greatly appreciated!

These guys are great! Organized, skilled, efficient, they all know what to do. They're on time every day and work hard to get the job done properly, and go out of their way to "fix" things they find that they dont really have to. I'd definitely recommend them.

Scott and his team were amazing. Diagnosed a problem our building has been dealing with for years, recommended a solution, and gave a competitive price. He was patient in letting us shop around but when we were ready to begin, his team was out there quickly. we have used them fro multiple projects now. Chaffee construction is the only reason I still use Home Advisor.

They were on the job working like bees They did a very good job. They rebuilt the chimney, the parapet walls and tuck pointed on the North side of my building it looks very good.

He stayed in contact with me while waiting for a break in the weather to schedule the job WITHOUT me having to chase him down ! Chaffee Contruction was out to house quickly and reviewed the situation of Bricks to be removed and cut by our fireplace - was ready to due job at a fair price and the got the job. next day his crew was out to house and did an Excellent job of what was needed.

Scott gave me a price, a start date, a start time and an end date. He indicated that it would be a one-day job which he would be starting at 7:00am and ending before the end of day. Scott and his crew were at my home approximately 15mins earlier than the scheduled time to begin work. They worked straight thru until their lunch and immediately went back to work and the job was completed before the end of day. I just wish to thank Scott and his crew for excellent work.
