Tuck pointing was done well, he damaged a marble corner piece of wall and he never came back to fitx after repeatedly saying he would and he never did come back and hired someone else to fix.

Chaffee did an excellent job on the masonry repair I needed. Had been looking for someone to repair concrete stone steps leading from 2 wide patio glass doors into my back yard. Work was perfect. Got a written quote which was very reasonable and project completed in 2 days. Result is stunning. Very professional! Would highly recommend them.

Scott called right away and we set up an appointment for an estimate for the requested work. I needed repairs to my chimney, clean-up from another tuck-pointing project and advice on bricking around my top bedroom windows. The communication was excellent and the job was done quickly and professionally. They had to match the older bricks on the chimney and they did a great job. I highly recommend them!

I hired CHAFFEE CONSTRUCTION, Inc. to restore the Tuck-pointing on my home that was done by previously done by Priority Roofing and Construction. Priority Roofing did a very bad job before they were asked to leave. CHAFFEE CONSTRUCTION, Inc removed bad material left behind by Priority Roofing and replaced with high grade Tuck-Pointing material and replaced Stone-Cap on the planter in front of my home. My home looks Great Now!

Scott Chaffee and his team did great work on my brick fence. He was prompt and communicative throughout the process. While I did not solicit a ton of bids for this particular job, Scott's quote was dramatically lower than the other bid I got (less than half). The work was just completed this week and it looks great. I will happily hire Scott again the next time I need masonry work done.

I found them on this website. Telephoned Scott Chaffee and he came out within a couple days and quoted the job and what he would recommend to be done. Gave me the "pros" and "cons" of doing job now or at a later date. Decided to do it now to prevent any further chimney problems since I had found small pieces of brick on the ground. Gave me the approximate time he could do the job and how long it would take when he gave me the quote. I asked to be call a couple days in advance of start to let me know when they would start so I could accommodate them with my dogs being home. Came did a very thorough job on the chimney repair and also had to replace some bricks that were cracked. Also, I asked if they would put new chimney caps on to replace the old ones. Bought the caps and they put them on for me without any further charges. Washed down all brick dusk on the roofs, building and ground area. Workers were on-time, thorough, respectful of my property, and cleaned-up. I felt the cost was money well spend since the chimney had not been worked on for 30 years. I am very happy to have chosen Chaffee Construction and would recommend them. Top notch professionals and very experienced in this trade.
