Description of Work: we had 30 yr old bushes (3 huge evergreen shrubs & around 12 smaller ones) from both sides of the driveway, red lava rock removed. they installed around 22 new plantings, sod, mulch, new granite blocks. we are very pleased with the work, and the look of the new landscaping. we wanted less maintenance, more color & visual interest. it will be interesting to see how everything comes to life in the spring.

Description of Work: We're using Laslo Landscaping to cut our lawn each week, and have used them in the past for shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping. Theirs is not the lowest-price service available, but their team has been professional and very easy to work with, very reliable. They do a great job with our lawn each week, they finish quickly. When we've asked for ideas to improve our landscaping, they provide some great options at different price levels, and they've been quick and thorough when following through. Again, not the cheapest service you could find, but very professional, very reliable, and high quality. |

I was waiting for my tree guy to look at he trees that needed to be removed. Mr. [Members Name] contacted me and told me they had made arrangements with another tree company and to just send him my end of the proposal. I sent it to him the next day. His wife contacted me several days later and said the other company had fallen through and to send my tree guy out to look at the trees. I contacted him to get me a quote and was told he would look at it in a few days. The next thing I know, I have been given a bad review for something that I have no control over. Seems strange to give someone such a short deadline for a quote in a busy time of year. I gave the homeowners my price for the work that I was going to be doing. I have no control over the response time of the tree company that I requested a bid from. The entire time frame from the initial couseltation and my estimate was less than 2 weeks. Then I was given 5 days from when tree request was made until this terrible review was written. This review has no merit and should be removed due to homeowners lack of patients. I explained to the [Members Name] family that it was an extremely busy time of year and to give me some time to get everything together. They were an extreme inpatient family.
